A peaceful atmosphere surrounded a classroom of 20 students, each one of them focused on their current task of acquiring knowledge through writing and hearing. In the front, a woman in her 30s was projecting digitalized files on a pristine board. And seated alongside a window, a golden haired teenager was meticulously taking notes.
His bright sky-blue eyes casually looked at the displayed course, while his left hand holding a cerulean pen softly filled the blank pages of his notebook. For a moment, the wind rose, and auric hair slightly hovered, making the blond haired adolescent delightfully smile.
"That will be all for today, don't forget to finish your exercices at home." The teacher replied and quickly packed his belongings, and left the class without any supervisor.
The once serene environment became a lively jungle; various groups of interest formed, and began leaving the class as chatter ensued.
"You've heard about the strange bodies? They say they even found some in Antarctica, that's crazy."
Male students leisurely talked about the recent world events.
"Of course I did, who wouldn't? I also heard about people disappearing around the world. I bet it's some kind of failed government experiments gone wrong." One member said, almost muttering his last words.
"It's happening everywhere, Jack. What kind of government would be able to build facilities under other territories' noses?" Squinting his eyes at his friend, another group member stated.
"I don't know, man. You tell me, how did those weird monsters suddenly appeared everywhere?" Jack answered his friend's rebuttal with a another question, and as a debate was about to explode...
"What if they are aliens? There was no real evidence except for the bodies, and even their Dna don't match anything we've seen on earth. Some people on the Internet even managed to find and study the corpses, and they discovered that most of them had absurd durability against modern weapons." The 3rd member stated, and his two other acquaintances sent weird glances at him.
"James, tell me something." Jack blankly asked.
"Yeah?"
"Are the proof still on the Internet?" Jack said.
"No, but more of them keep appearing."
"And why are they constantly deleted, James?" Jack the conspiracist asked again.
"Probably because of the gover-"
"Exactly! The government! Why would they be deleting evidence if they are not related to them. Coincidence? I think not!" Interrupting, he proclaimed, and a victorious grin emerged as he pointed towards James.

"Or just to avoid mass hysteria among the population. I mean If these things keep popping up without any actual explanation, anarchy will be knocking on their doors one day or another." Giving a reasonable explanation, Sam, the last group member looked at Jack as if he was a funny clown in a circus.
Indignantly, the conspiracist stared at Sam, and as the trio walked, debates began and theories were being bombarded at each other. Behind the lively group however, a man curiously listened to their conversation.
'I wonder if it's related to my dreams.'
With blond hair and a strong build, the eavesdropper pondered, gazing at the amber sunset. Quickly approaching the blond haired teenager, another student wearing the same uniform as the former questioned.
"What are you thinking all of a sudden, Noah?" With Chestnut hair and black pupils, a tall student walked at the same pace as the pensive teenager.
"Nothing, I'm just admiring the setting sun." Noah turned his gaze, and was welcomed by an annoyed face.
"Stop lying, you always make that bored expression whenever something bothers you."
"Do I?" As both teenagers went on with their conversation, they walked through the building, often receiving gazes of respect and admiration.
"Always, I nearly lost it the first time you made that face. It was also the moment you showed those ants not to mess with you." The tall figure happily reminisced.
"Alan, we both know that if you weren't there, they would have used their family's influence to kick me out of the school." The once apathetic eyes slightly wavered for a moment, which the other man quickly took notice.
"Krone High School values character over influence, Noah. 'We' value character over influence." Alan pridefully gazed at Noah.
As he calmly looked at the man walking alongside him, the blond haired teenager quicky understood the meaning behind his words.
"My bad."
"It's okay, I would feel the same way with those fools playing around." Alan closed the topic and opened another.
"What do you think about the weird corpses found around the world?"
"Alien, probably." Noah briefly stated.
"Well, you are right."
Widening his eyes, Noah quickly turned his head to the left, startling the brown haired teenager. Getting his composure back, he asked.
"Really?"
"Well, it will probably be common knowledge in a few days but... Some scientists began tracking those things' whereabouts. They found out that they didn't randomly appear but instead followed a certain frequency."
Looking around him, Alan continued.
"When one of them appeared in Antarctica, another one was discovered a few kilometers away, and from that corpse, they found that it died a few hours ago. Having faith in their theories, they waited until another corpse made its appearance."
Two teenagers were seen coming out of the school building, both engrossed in their current conversation.
"A few days later, they found one of them in South America. They secured the perimeters of the dead body and waited. They waited for hours, and when they thought about giving up, they received a report from one of their scouts."
Noah, absorbed by the story could not help but ask.
"Then?"
"They quickly arrived and what they saw... they couldn't believe it. Tiny 'cracks' in the air, Noah. And they were growing bigger by the minutes."
Alan said, barely believing what he heard as well.
"The scientists weren't idiots of course, they quickly called the military, and their personal forces. They even asked for additional help just in case."
"Then after waiting for around 30 minutes, the cracks 'shattered', and some kind of red portal appeared."
"One of them came out, it was heavily breathing, two limbs missing and it was profusely bleeding."
Coming out of the school entrance, they walked through the pavement and continued their conversation.
"The thing straight up attacked after coming out of the portal, which was gradually disappearing."
"It was slow but robust, but in the end they still managed to kill it with big caliber weapons."
Taking his breath, Alan proclaimed.
"That's why I also think they are aliens."
The pondering Noah began asking a few more questions before they diverged and started talking about something else.
"Anyways don't think too much about school problems with me around."
A few minutes later, honking resounded and a luxurious car arrived.
"You know that if you need help, you can always count on me. After all, where's the fun in kicking your not focused ass." With a light smile, the chestnut haired adolescent boarded the blackish vehicle under the gaze of envious passersby.
"I will, thank you." A light smile also made its way towards Noah's face.
"See you at school tomorrow." And with these last words, the car gently hummed, and quickly left the blond haired teenager.
Noah then kept walking towards his destination, oblivious of a grinning individual following him.
"The bromance begins, System. It begins." An ecstatic Blake proclaimed to his invisible assistant as his concealed smug grin grew wilder.
