Chapter 4 - Magic Stone

I got home and went to my house still can't believe I got a house just for myself I guess this is what happens when you are part of a powerful family still seems a bit excessive might just move into an apartment near the academy since it's pretty much free for the most part, the way things work in this world is sometimes mind boggling to me anyway I reached my house and got into my room and took out the stone that Revas gave me, i only took a quick glance last time and wasn't able to get anything more than it was a magic stone and that it was an expensive one.

Now that I look at it more carefully it not just a regular magic stone it's a unique one which I don't know much about luckily there a lot of information on magic stones in this house I should be able to learn more about it pretty quickly after a while of searching I found what I was looking for its named "super stone" a really generic name I have ever seen, only the name is the bad part of this stone, it's a really rare stone that increases the power the user by atleast 2 times no one knows how powerful someone with this stone can get since it's a stone that can help it's user reach the top of their potential and even more if they so desire, basically a long way of saying it depends on the user,it's also a stone that is tied to it's user unless it's given willingly or under certain condition it wouldn't work for the person in the best case in the worst case it would do the opposite effect, which does make it a pretty rare and valuable stone if you have it no one can steal it from you, I can't believe he gave me a stone like this without any hesitation and I didn't even do anything that would make me deserve it, I have to give it back him tomorrow but knowing how he gave it to me it does seem like a impossible task, why wouldn't you want to keep a stone like this?

While I was pondering about this a sudden knock on my door took me out of my trance, one of the servants called my name saying the was someone at the door looking for me and the person refused to say their name or their purpose for coming here unless they meet me and what I wanted them to do, what sort of person would be trying to meet someone without revealing anything about themselves well since I am pretty curious about who and what they are after so I told the servant to take them to the outside table and to alert the security to stay ready in the nearest room if I need them, the servants agreed and left to do what I told, I changed from the uniform and then kept the stone in a safe place even though no one else would be able to use it doesn't mean I can just keep it wherever, then I got outside to meet this mysterious person, i was greeted by a decent looking boy, who said they are magican and they are 10 years old, still didn't want to reveal their name till we reached an agreement about something they wanted from me, it's pretty suspicious they wouldn't reveal their name but from what they revealed I can kinda get a gist of their intention 10 years in this world is the legal age still can't get used to that fact and an issue with them wouldn't be pushed under the rug easily so I needed to be careful with how I deal with them as It put myself in a difficult position since I still have the deal with the earlier issue in the academy another one would be too much, I asked him what he's are here for to which they said I have something that belonged to his family and they wanted me to return it to them peacefully, which confused me because I don't remember having something that belonged to someone else, seeing my reaction he said Super stone I have is what he wanted, which confused me even more because it was given to me by Revas and I don't know who this person is and how they are connected to Revas, to which I replied the stone was given to me by someone and I give to him unless that person says it belonged to you, the person did not like my answer and said looks like we won't reach an agreement he warned me to give the stone back because his family isn't something I could go against and with that ominous words he left, to say I'm confused would be an understatement I don't know who he is or what family he is from and how the stone belongs to them and why they would openly threaten me for it.

Well there are still a lot of unknown things here I would have to know more before I can start worrying about this I still have time to wait and see what this so called family I should cross would do since it's night by this point that should be the end of a stange and weird day
