The Beginning "2"

"Old man Taiju!" I shouted towards the Kobold, as if the creature could understand me. It grinned at me, clutching the old man's head and began devouring him. My legs trembled uncontrollably, and my face flushed with rage. My vision blurred with intense anger, and in that moment, the world seemed to fade away. The Kobold turned towards me, running in my direction with a murderous intent evident in its every move. I was paralyzed with fear, attempting to flee, but my legs refused to cooperate, shaking uncontrollably. Desperate, I grabbed a metal rod-like object and hurled it towards the Kobold, but it effortlessly dodged the projectile as if it were nothing more than a harmless pebble. The Kobold closed in, mere meters away from me, when suddenly, a figure appeared before me, wielding an axe. With a swift motion, the figure cleaved the Kobold in two. Clad in black armor, the person appeared to be a soldier stationed in the city. He turned towards me and asked, "Sir, can you stand and walk?" I replied, "Yes, but I could use some assistance." The soldier extended a hand, helping me to my feet. He then urged me, saying, "Sir, we are currently facing a monster outbreak, and we are evacuating people from this area. Head in that direction," pointing towards the eastern part of the city. I followed his guidance, despite feeling weak and shaken. As I made my way towards the evacuation center, the sight of bloodstains, burnt houses, and lifeless bodies surrounded me. Determined, I continued walking, hoping to reach the safety of the evacuation camp.

As I was walking I couldn't help but remember how much pain old man had to suffer. Old man's face continuously coming in front of my eyes. I couldn't help but feel it happened all because of me. I started cursing my destiny, first it were my parents and now the old man. I kept crying like a baby through the entire way. I promised my to make myself so strong that I could protect anyone I who was dare to me.

Finally, in the distance, I spotted people being evacuated, and relief washed over me. Just as I approached the camp, my vision blurred, and I collapsed to the ground. Soldiers involved in the evacuation rushed to my aid, carrying me to the infirmary within the camp. I lay there, unable to move my body, but still able to hear and feel the touch of those around me.

"Call the doctor,we got a emergency here" said a soldier.

At that very moment, a being out from the realm of WARNA observed the situation unfolding. "Perfect, he is the ideal candidate for the task," the being exclaimed. With a focused gaze, the being turned its attention towards the WARNA, a mystical source of power. It began chanting ancient words, invoking the forces of the realm. As the being chanted, a summoning sign materialized in both the air and the ground, pulsating with otherworldly energy.

The doctors examined my injuries, utilizing their mana to heal and diagnose hidden wounds. As the doctor poured mana into my body, a cooling sensation spread throughout, and I drifted into a deep sleep. "Where am I?" I questioned myself. I could no longer feel my physical body, yet I still had a sense of its presence. It was an indescribable feeling. Lost in my thoughts, I heard a voice calling out to me. I saw nothing but darkness around me.

There were some small shiny particles around me. After a while I reached a large hall looking place. A voice calling for me emanated from a massive statue seated on a throne. As I approached, an overwhelming pressure bore down on me. The figure I initially mistook for a statue revealed itself to be a living being, exuding a majestic aura, tinged with a sense of death. It regarded me with disdain, releasing a disappointed sigh before uttering,"Look like this time a inhabitant is summoned" "W..who are you" I said in bewilderment.

The being in front of me then said"Hello, kid. I am the God of ********." The revelation left me utterly shocked.
