Prologue

The cab had flipped so many times that I had become disorientated before my head even sustained the concussion that had me drifting in and out of consciousness. I was fleetingly aware of the bloody taste in my mouth. I could feel it grazing my teeth and soaking my tongue

My bones and muscles and joints and organs felt like they were being crumbled and smashed into a tiny box. My lungs contracted with such force that I was afraid they would fold into themselves. My torso and head smashed up against the cold iron while my arms and legs went numb. The world must have kept flickering its figurative light switch because my vision kept flashing from bitter darkness to blinding white light.

The pain, God, why so much pain?

Just when I thought I would die with the only sound that filled my ears was the crushing of glass mixed with the distinct crackles of my bones. Then suddenly, I heard a voice.

"Doth thou want to live? or doth thou want to die?"

W...Who? Rescue team? no...

"What is thy choice?"

The voice, rather than entered through my ear I felt like it echoed inside of my head. If I didn't know any better, I would say that a god like entity had just spoken into my mind. And I would be reincarnated into another world.

"....a...i...."

No good... my voice couldn't come out.

I couldn't move my neck or my head, but I could feel someone was standing in front of me, looking at me overwhelmed by the despair.

I want to live!

I don't want to die!!

"I see, so thou hath already make thy choice."

No...

Under my body, I could feel the faint breath of my youngest sister... as for the second one, I knew she was somewhere near...

".....P...uh...le...se"

Please, please! please!! save them first!!!

Miku is still seven, there are still many things she hasn't seen yet!!

Sora... like hell, she will accept this kind of fate. And if she died I bet she would come back as a ghost and haunt me for the rest of my life.

But even talking was too much for me right now. As the time went on my eyes became heavy and heavier.

.........

When I regained consciousness I found myself in a hospital bed and who would've thought that a miracle would happen to us. In the crash between a cab and a truck, If one looked at the pictures that were taken on the site immediately after the incident, our survival sounded like a lie.

With only minor injuries, after a few days had passed we went home and lying around doing nothing for several days until we started to feel better.

But after the sudden accident I no... we changed.
