Introduction

Morning, at a certain elementary school.

A small girl with lightly tanned skin with short neck lengthed wood brown hair that also matched her eyes colour was walking at her school corridor toward her classroom.

With a big grin and without hesitation, she slid the door open and shouted.

"Good morning everyone~!!!"

Every kid, the one that was cleaning the blackboard, the one that was sword fighting with their ruler, the one that was chatting, every kid stopped whatever they were doing and shifting their's attention to the girl that was wearing a white short-sleeved shirt that covered most of her aqua blue shorts, Hattori Miku.

"Beugh!?"

But the one that greeted after her was a headbutt charge coming from the girl with chubby cheeks and black hair length went down to her shoulder blades and had a side parting that was swept to the right. The girl had a light pink flower pin, pinning back the hair which was on her left side, Niwa Tsubame.

"Gwaaaah!!!"

And tears immediately fell from her eyes as soon as she saw her.

"*Sob* Miku!! *Sob* H..he is taking my pencil case!!!" Said Tsubame as she was pointing toward the tan skin giant boy with short buzzcut hair and a strange scar at the bottom of his right eye; holding a flower pattern pencil case up in the air.

"You're short!! this is a training so you can be taller!"

Nodding for a few times with a satisfied smile on her face, "Hm, hm, what a warm welcome you guys have!!" Said Miku cheerfully.

Moving Tsubame away from her body, Miku stood, pulled a rubber band out of her pocket and walked toward the giant boy, Gouda Kentarou.

"What? You want to fight me?!" Said Kentarou as he gave Miku an intimidating glare.

If one was looking, Kentarou had the body size twice of Miku; both on the width and the height. It was like looking at a monkey trying to pick a fight with a gorilla.

As Miku was pulling her rubber band, Kentarou instantly closed his eyes but rather than a sharp jolt of pain on his skin, the only thing he heard was an awe from the other kids.

"Woahhhh."

"It....so coool!!!!"

"From today onward you are our new boss!!!"

Kentarou slowly opened his eyes and in front of him, he saw all of his subordinates had already surrounded Miku.

Tying the right side of her hair into a pig-tail, Miku was showing off her X-shaped scar that went from the base of her forehead, cutting through her right eyebrow and resting right on top of her right eye-lids.

"Khukhukhu, I have a bigger scar than yours so I am the boss of this class!!" Said Miku. "Now as the boss, I order you to return Tsubame's pencil case!!"

"Wha...what kind of rule is that?! don't go making up your own rule!" Said Kentarou.

"But, Ken-chan~ you are the one that made that rule." Said Boy A.

"I did?! *Ahem* so what?! that rule isn't valid anymore!" Said Kentarou. "A new rule! That's it! the one that can take the pencil case will be the new boss!"

"Whaat~? that's not fair~ you're like the tallest kid in 2nd grade~" Said Boy B.

"Shut up! if you can't do it then I'm still-"

Couldn't even able to finish his words, right in front of him Miku was leaping, leaping higher than she usually did, in a single momentum she took the pencil case away from Kentarou's hand, and she didn't stop there. Her body continued to launch into the air until her toe was touching Kentarou's head and Miku was using it as a stepstone to do a summersault.

Silence hung in the air like the suspended moment before a falling glass shattered on the ground. It stretched thinner and thinner, like a balloon blown big, until the temptation to rupture it was too great to resist. The silence was surrounding her trembled body like a blanket.

"Gwaaaah!! Miku~~~!! That's so cooool! *Sob* " Said Tsubame with tears flowing down from her cheek although deep in her heart she wanted to see that again.

"Ho...how do you do that?!!" Shouted Kentarou.

"D..did anyone see me?! Hey, hey Tsubame you see that right?! right?!" Shouted Miku. "I don't know! I just jump and then my body suddenly go whoosh and then bam!!"

Lunch break, at a normal middle school.

The rooftop was crowded with people, and the chaos was so perfect, like a movie. There was the couple that was always making out on the left side of the roof, and about ten feet farther away, the cliquey girls. Opposite them, the cliquey jocks, and between them, the parade of geeks with their huge weekly magazines. There were the aerospace tech kids who never did anything but make paper planes and throwing off from the roof and the fashion kids that wheeled mannequins.

And then there was Hattori Sora. Fifteen years old girl with petite figure compared to the other girls on her age. She was wearing her white button up shirt and navy blue skirt like the other student at her school, her tan coloured skin perfectly matched her long silky black hair.

"Why can't a terrorist just take over this school or something like that." Said Sora as she lazily looked to the schoolyard while munching a bread.

"...Why would they do that?" Said Muto Anzu, a tall and slender girl with long flowing blue hair that hung between the middle of her thighs and her knees.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA!!"

And next on their side, they could hear a loud laugh echoed on the rooftop.

"Oh my gawd. Hey, look at this!! God! this is hilarious!!" Said Konya Pinako, a chubby girl with unkempt curly peanut coloured hair. "This is like so, sooo stupid~" She continued as she showed her phone screen to Sora and Anzu.

With a vein throbbing on her forehead, Sora stretched Pinako's cheeks with an annoyed face. "Because of people like her!! Godamnit! Stop showing off your new phone!! You're doing this on purpose, aren't you?!" Said Sora. "And here I am getting stuck without a phone for ten days!!!"

Taken from Royal Road, this narrative should be reported if found on Amazon.

"Oh? you're not getting a new one?" Asked Anzu.

Still stretching Pinako's cheeks as she wriggling in pain, shouting and trying to break away from Sora. "No!!! My father said my brother is the one that needed it the most!" Said Sora. "Like! what the hell?! Even though he only used it to play some stupid card game!!"

"Den doh yu wan to borrow my old one?" Said Pinako.

Letting off her hand from Pinako's cheeks. "Yes!!!" Sora shouted with starry eyes.

Rubbing her red cheeks. "Then~ let's grab it right now!!" Said Pinako. "And after we take the phone we can go to Mac to celebrate Sora for getting discharged from the hospital!!"

"So... we're skipping again?" Asked Anzu.

"Yup~ I mean just take a look at the weather!" Said Pinako.

Sora looked up, the sky was one of those baby-blue skies, not the psychedelic candy-blue nor the washed out grey. The clouds were as puffs of radiant joy, ready to disperse into the wind, to travel the Earth.  Pure reflected rays dappled and swirling with the sky as if inviting those born with wings to ride warm thermal air heaven-bound.

With one glance Sora took a deep sigh. "Even though this is my first day at school." Said Sora. "Well, whatever, let's meet at the usual place."

Scattering, each one of the girls was heading to their classroom and taking their bag, heading to the back of their school but...

"Huh? It's gone?" Said Pinako as she began to rummage the bush, searching for the wooden crate that they usually use as a base to jump out of the three meters stone wall.

"So now what?" Asked Sora. "I am not going back to the class."

Anzu, without saying any word began to stretch her body, raising her arms and at ease grabbed the top of the wall and started moving her legs to push and pull body upward.

"...Sora, you first." Said Anzu as she stretched her hand toward Sora.

Silently nod, Sora was planning to jump to reach Anzu's hands but...

"Huh?!" Said the dumbfounded Sora as she was leaping over Anzu's head in a single jump without running momentum.

After school, at an ordinary high school.

As the time passed on and the orange sunset began to fill the classroom,  the ceaseless buzzing of the classroom and the unlimited amount of energy the students contained slowly decreased. One by one with a cheerful face they started leaving the classroom until I, Hattori Tsubasa, a seventeen-year-old boy with a medium build, honey coloured skin, medium short length black hair and black circles beneath my black eyes was sitting alone in the classroom.

Weird.

It's too weird!!

My first school day after the incident and the total amount of people who talked to me was one! And it was the teacher!!

I was sure enough there were people who closely checked up on those who survived a huge accident, moreover shouldn't a normal person would be curious to hear more about the accident?! especially the girl?!

Hattori~ I saw the news that must have been really scary right? Said the black haired glasses girl with big boobs.

Are you okay? I-its not like I care about you! Stupid! Said the twin-tailed small girl.

Yo~ if you need something feel free to call me! Said the sporty short haired girl.

That was supposed to happen, or at least I thought should happen, but in reality, they were only watching him from the distance.

At first, I thought they didn't dare to start talking with me, or they were just too shy but even after waiting for a long time, no one was talking to me.

With a deep long sigh, I started collecting his things. Even though I already prepared the answer to their questions. Silently I clenched a piece of small paper, filled with questions and answers and silently put it into my pocket, trying to destroy the evidence of my wish fullfilment.

That's right, this is normal... because we normally don't interact, I didn't think they would suddenly treating me like I'm the man of the day. Yes, It's not like I expected anything either. I thought as I was trying to get away from the reality. God... I feel so stupid right now.

Once again, after a big sad long sigh I left the school and ending the day as usual, but somehow I couldn't shake an uneasy feeling that I forgot about something, something important.

"Watch out!!!" Shouted someone.

Like a big fool, I turned my head toward the voice source and what welcomed me was a baseball ball, hitting right in the middle of my nose. "Guogh?!"

"Sorry!! Are you fine?!" Shouted someone from the baseball field.

Li...like hell I'm fine!! I was holding his nose, trying to stop the bleeding while crouching on the ground and trying to search for my glasses.

"Huh?" Suddenly I realized I wasn't wearing my glasses for the whole day, and weirdly enough, I didn't feel any pain nor any blood coming out of my nose.

"Can you throw it back?!!" Shouted the same person from the baseball field.

Now I just realizing the uneasy feeling that I had was that I forgot to wear glasses, but weird... my vision was crystal clear, a 20/20 vision or maybe better.

"Hello~ Can you hear me?"

"Ah..." Getting dragged into reality by his voice, I grabbed the ball and threw it back to the baseball guy, but... an untrained kid I was, rather than flying straight the ball was flying up into the air, ten meters, twenty meters and it kept going higher until it became a dot on the sky before the gravity started doing its work to pull the ball back into the earth.

"...Huh? Huh? Huh?!" I was so surprised until my eyes started twitching wildly, no... I wasn't surprised by the fact that I could throw the ball higher than the school building, but by the fact that my eyes could still see the ball, the shape, the colour, the red lining, and the dirt.

"Dude!! That's amazing!!!" Shouted the baseball kid. "Oi! How about joining our team?"

?? Does he just talk to me? No, does he just inviting me to the baseball team?! Me?!

No, no, no, there must be someone else behind my back right now.

But, I didn't need to turn my head. I didn't know how but I knew there was no one else behind my back right now.

As the baseball guy and several other of his friends were walking in my direction, I was overwhelmed. Just when I thought that nothing special would happen, suddenly I got invited to the sports team.

Too crazy, this kind of situation was too crazy for me. I didn't prepare an answer to this kind of situation. Heck, in truth, I never thought I would get that kind of question coming out from the sports jocks like them.

I was so overwhelmed that I started to run without answering their question, my feet were kissing the ground. Perhaps a little while ago I would have balked at idea of running so far and fast, but now I relished the prospect. I felt like my feet were made to run. My breathing was steady, my heartbeat was strong.

And the faster I ran, the more I remembered about the accident, the voice I heard back then.

Yes, that accident was weird, my phone was in my pants pocket, and it was completely obliterated, heck, my uniform was even reduced to pulp. It was just too weird that I didn't have any major injury.

But I just couldn't remember the detail nor the conversation that I had with the mysterious voice.

And the next thing I realized, I was standing in front of my father's house, watching Sora hiding behind the wall, shaking her head, looking around as if she had a stalker stalking her.

"...What are you doing?"

Putting her index finger in front of her lips, she instantly grabbed my arm and pulling me into the wall. "Psst!! I think someone is stalking me."

"Seriously?! E..erm... do I need to call the police? wait! are you sure about that?"

With furrowed eyebrows. "Goddamnit! Just take a look at that woman!" Sora whispered, grabbed my collar, pulled me and forcing me to face at her stalker.

Indeed, it was a woman, maybe she was in her thirty? no... she looked younger than that but at the same time, she looked old and wise. But what really attracted my attention was her appearance.

The woman was wearing white long tunic reaching all the way down into her heels with the same coloured shoulder drapes and brown leather belt. Her hair was sunset coloured dreadlock and although she was standing a dozen meters away from us and yet I could clearly tell the colour of her eyes, it was silvery golden.

"...Cosplayer?" I couldn't help but muttered that word when I saw her silver coloured crescent-shaped tiara with white, pure white feather sticking out in the middle.

And she was waving her hand to me... in which I replied it back.

"You stupid!!" Sora shouted and doing a karate chop at my head. "Why the hell are you waving back to her?!"

...It hurts... even though a baseball ball that was flying straight into my nose didn't hurt like at all. "...She seems harmless." I said as I rubbed my head.

"Harmless?! Listen, you stupid virgin! she's been constantly following me all day long!" Sora said as she tried to take a peek at the stalker woman. "Huh? where did she go?"

She was right, the woman was already gone from our vision but there was one thing that was bothering me from Sora's word. All day long?

"Sora, lay low for a bit, will you? geez, this is your first day at school and you're already skipping? mother and father is gonna kill you if they heard this."

"So what? it's not like they have the time for us either." Sora said as she constantly looking around, squinting her eyes, searching for the mysterious woman whereabouts. "Heh! seems like she's gone." She said with a big smirk.

Nonchalantly she opened the door and walked into the house, as I followed her from behind, just to make sure I locked the door.

"WHAT ABOUT SANTA CLAUS?!" From the living room, I could hear Miku's shout.

Hm? Weird... I didn't see any unfamiliar shoes laying around.

"Gah!!! It's you?! But how?!"

Hearing Sora's shout echoing from the living room, I stood and immediately checked what was going on, and like a broken record, I repeated the same words as she just said when I saw the stalker woman, sitting down in the living room as she nonchalantly drinking the tea.

"Ufufu~ we shall talk again at later times, little wench." Said the stalker, and she shifted her gazes toward me and Sora. "Don't beest shy, cometh, sitteth down, I am not going to bite thee."
