an Evil, dangerous being named the King comes down from the sky to the billford community house. a Good, benevolent being named the Old Man shows up to fight him. they have an epic battle of the sort that you see in nearly every fantasy story involving magic. the King is sent away, and the Old Man transports the community house into the air for some reason.

If the author didn't care about the [Quest], he would not have included it.
