In the snowy mountains to the south of the city, Hannathema embarked on a journey to the peak in order to confirm the rumors about a very ancient weapon foretold in legends: a greatsword that could crush boulders and split mountains. An unforgiving weapon that bestowed magnanimous power upon those who wielded it.
Her silver hair was blown by the strong wind, accompanied by a rain of hail. If she were just a frail demon, she would have been hurled by the wind and fallen into a hundred-kilometer pit. Instead of worrying about her own safety, she was drinking booze.
"_Burp_"
Her body swayed as her legs were terribly uncoordinated, drool flowing out of her mouth, and her eyes seeming to be in a daze. If one could smell her, she reeked of the pungent and dizzying smell of alcohol; she was drunk beyond comprehension.
Despite her carefree behavior, Hannathema had many enemies to be wary of. For instance, she was a target in the hunt of the Visage. The truth was, she was walking in her enemy's territory, the 28th floor, but all she cared about was getting drunk. Unfortunately, the big boss of the Visage appeared.
"Huh... Who the fuck are you?" Hannathema asked, scratching the back of her head in irritation before gulping another bottle of booze. Snake couldn't help but smirk.
"Drunk huh? Perfect." Snake didn't wait another second. "Now die!" He started attacking the drunk demon, revealing his red shining dagger and dashing forwards, wasting no time to wait. He must have thought that it was the perfect chance to eliminate the rubble on his path; he wouldn't see another time when the thorn is unguarded. However...
Hannathema's mechanical hands punched right through the left side of his face. He was thrown towards the wall and buried inside. If he were not just infected, he could have died, but he got up since it was not the case. He didn't understand what just happened. How could the demon react so fast when she's so drunk? His head almost got squeezed out like a grape.

Snake tried again, enhancing his alertness and focus. He attacked, and as he got near, Hannathema pulled her red sword from her back and instantly performed a vertical slash. Snake evaded easily, but his eyes widened in shock as he noticed the air forward continue to split; he knew what that technique was—the [Dimensional Slash], which could cut anything in half. By anything, it meant that even if he guarded himself with the strongest shield, the cut would slice through it like butter. And that sword, another legendary weapon, was said to be incapable of corroding and couldn't be broken—a perfect weapon for the [Dimensional Slash], as that technique could turn weapons into ash after use.
The Snake-eyed man continued trying to attack, but every time he tried cutting her, she moved like the wind, evading his onslaught and parrying with her red sword. The impact of two weapons created embers on collision, a fierce sharp sound as the metal hit each other. While Snake was getting furious and his blood vessels were swelling, Hannathema continued to drink her booze while parrying. When Snake tried to make a big move, he found his stomach thrust by Hanna's sword, and his intestines popped out from his side.
He leaped through her back after realizing that facing her head-on was futile, but even so, his attacks were still getting parried. He tried moving around while attacking, but it was still useless. When the demon finally finished drinking to the last drop, she suddenly smashed the bottle on Snake's head, causing it to bleed, and plunged her sword into the infected's neck. She cut through the left, almost beheading Snake, who jumped backward, but it was not enough to kill him. Before he could land, he was hit by a [Dimensional Slash], severing almost half of his body.
"Damn you!" cursed Snake.
"How many times did you die? Four? Heheh... Weak. Come on, do better."
It seemed like Snake didn't need to do anything at all because as Hannathema laughed, she accidentally slipped and fell into the hundred-kilometer pit. Her head kept being crushed by the rocks below as she landed, and accidentally, on her landing, her own red sword penetrated her back...
Snake looked below the pit, dumbfounded.
