Chapter 3: The troubles start….. (Prologue to “The rise of Talking Apes….”)

…….If you are receiving this, it means my third transmission have been a success…..
Something terrible have happened (I am not joking this time, it really is for real!!!). It all started two weeks ago, after my last transmission to you (Wait….did you do this???IS that your Superpower??Because if it is, then NOT COOL DUDE, just not cool at all!!!).
So, to explain everything that’s been going on, I will need to do some rather large (NOT BORING) explaining about the situation of the world. To explain, I’ll begin from where I (Lazily started last time but was too lazy to finish) was last time. So, remember those talking Monkeys (APES) that I was talking last time, well, my neighborhood just got attacked by them.
(Now, you are probably wondering, “I THOUGHT YOU SAID THEY WERE AT LEAST 300 MILES AWAY, WTF HAPPENED IN JUST ONE DAY??) and to explain that, I will first off tell you, it’s been two weeks since I said that sentence, and yes, as you can imagine I decided to take a couple days off from sending transmission to you (Hey, hey, not my fault, remember, if I send transmission too much, I’ll get dizzy and might even DIE, you know) and (Yes, I am using that as my excuse to not send transmission every single day, but don’t worry I’ve been working hard, playing video games, playing that new HALO game and everything)
So during those two weeks and my parents expecting me to CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY (Man, I hate those four words), I decided to actually do something (well, not do exactly just tell everyone what should be done for a safer environment, and yes, I, of course, let them all, do the work) during those times, people were following my advices which was to:
1) From 7 pm-12 there will be four people keeping an eye on the wall and the shift will keep changing from then every 5 hours. (We don't those people keeping an eye during the day since everyone will be awake)
2) Everyone in the neighborhood need to “register their powers on a large board to be display to the whole community” (Truth be told, I only told them to do that so I can see what cool powers the people in my whole neighborhood got so I can copy only the coolest)
3) to start making daily training both physical and those with powers (“And TRUST ME, I’LL EXPLAIN WHY I DID THAT REAL SOON” I LAUGHED WITH A DARTH-VADER LAUGH) to prepare to go hunting for food/and gather food and plants to get start producing fruits and other agriculture stuff.
4) To start preparing weapons and create a large house where we can keep our weapons to protect ourselves as well as build two other large houses only this time to be used as factories to build weapons. (Get it, I am taking some stuff from reincarnation light-novels such as RE: Monster)
5) To make teams to guard and protect the community/and teams that will go outside to gather food/and teams that will go outside as investigators to analyze and research what other groups and neighborhood are doing in secret and to report back immediately should anything be interesting or worrisome, and I made it a rule that every team should have someone with a strong power capable of saving and protecting people if worse comes to worse, of course I told them that I can’t with my power since my power is capable of freezing the enemy with cold fear and I am needed in the neighborhood (Actually we started calling the neighborhood a community recently since we are way more open than just a simple neighborhood)
(Of course everyone named me the captain commander, I am the only person that (Kind of know what he’s doing, so everyone just naturally wants to follow my lead) aren’t I amazing???? (wait…..come to think of it…..isn’t this going to be a lot of work…giving orders and everything……????)
6)There will be agricultural groups in the neighborhood (Most of them are some of the old people ( and I mean old, like grand-parents that can’t move around much) are in the agricultural groups (so to make things lively I made anyone under 8 years old have to be in the agricultural group to help the old people and anyone with knowledge in agriculture have to be there, so, it ended up with my mother since my mom have water-ball ability and knows how planting stuff works)
(While I was having fun sounding cool in front of the community and being looked up too, (The TALKING APES have been steadily getting closer and closer, that 300 miles have been shrinking and shrinking, and before you know it, it wasn't in the hundreds anymore, and still they continued on their path of havoc and destruction, little did lazy me know what will happen in the future, little did I know that my worst nightmare would come true (I am actually going to fight???What???) (And no that’s not my nightmare, it’s “AN WHOLE DAY WITHOUT MY COMPUTER WATCHING ANIME/VIDEO-GAMES PLAYING/LIGHT-NOVEL READING/MANGA READING????NOOOOOOOOOOOO, AN WHOLE DAY?? In a day there is 24 hours, in 24 hours there is 1440 minutes, which mean, it’s similar to a whole otaku month!!! It will feel like a whole month to me, I’ll DIE!!!!!)

So, after I told all those things to the whole community, it was decided all the stuff I said will be written in a large tablet in a poll in the middle of the neighborhood road for anyone to look (Man, my community really see me as some-kind of leader (wow, and I took all that from basic reincarnation-building-a-community-manga-light-novel and stuff like that, Manga can really make someone amazing, really being serious right now!!! LOL XD).
Soon, after I said all that, I went and took my shower. And since I love water so much, I decided to take a bath everyday (We don’t have water problems thanks to my mom) After I finished my transmission last time, I decided to take that shower I’ve been meaning to take.
So, one typical day after playing HALO and watching anime way too much, I went to the bathroom to take my bath, I did the usual things I always do, I took off my clothes, and finally managed to relax myself like I always wanted to do since you know I been too busy to do it (And yes, PLAYING VIDEO GAMES/watching ANIME/READING LIGHT-NOVELS count as hard work to me). So, right when I was relaxing in the bath tub, loud noises could be heard outside.
“BAM, BAM, BAM, BAM”
At first my natural laziness instincts kick in and it was to ignore whatever that noise is (I know, WHAT KIND OF PERSON IGNORE SUCH A LOUD NOISE??? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU???) but truth be told, I really didn’t want to go and check it out. So, I just took my time bathing.
Then people running and screaming could be heard. That’s when I first realized something was really going on, but I didn’t realized how bad it was until I heard…..
“All Humans shall DIE” yelled one rather large ape. “Kill all of them!!!!!”
Yep, that’s when I realized that my life just got turned upside down. As I quickly rushed to dress to check out what yelled that sentence, even though it did feel a bit familiar, (I didn’t put the connection until it was too late.)
I rushed to the kitchen and found my dad and mom, laying low in the floor, and they were signaling me to be quiet, but of course I had to be the idiot and say….
“WTF is going on? Why are you guys on the floor like that? That really scared me!!!” I said with a loud voice.
“Humans” yelled an Ape that was close to the house but would have ignored the house and think no humans was there but then I said something loud and he realized my parents and I are inside the house.
“Oops” I said with a low voice. “I screw up really bad, didn’t I?”
“YES!!!!!!!!” yelled both my parents simultaneously.
“Ok, I get that we are in a life and death situation, but you two do not have to yelled YES so loud like that. I get that I made a mistake, but I am pretty sure we can survive this” I said with a calm worried-free face that disappeared as quickly as it came as I look on the kitchen window and see a gigantic car that was lifted up by one of the Apes and was thrown in the air, heading straight for me (Straight for the house, but I am in the kitchen, I’LL FREAKING DIE!!!!!!)
Without thinking at all, I froze…….I watch as the car is coming straight for me…….you know the saying “When you are about to die everything move in slow motion” well, that’s what was happening to me……And I still couldn’t move………Well, guys…..it was really nice knowing you guys……this was a beautiful connection you and I had…..nice…..knowing you guys…..goodbye….
THE END OF TRANSMISSION
As the car approaches me with a speed I couldn’t even begin to imagine, my dad used his fireball special ability to blast the car out of my way just in the nick of time. And regaining control of my body, I activate my induced fear ability on the Ape that dared attack me, and to my surprise the ape is…….immune????
“HAHAHAHA” said the APE. “You think your puny ability would work on me? I have the greatest superpower of all time, I have Fearlessness, I AM NOT AFRAID OF ANYTHING”
I was just standing there and staring at the talking apes and watching as more and more Apes are coming in my tiny neighborhood and destroying stuff and I had no control over anything…..(Wait…. WTF….Immune to Fear)
(My brain so could not comprehend how one of my great powers could not overpowered my opponent right now, that my own brain almost stopped working…) Immune to fear? What kind of messed up power is that??????????????This isn’t how it looks like in a manga???Isn’t the protagonist’s first fight always the easiest???What kind of messed up TWO-POWERS-CANCELLING-EACH-OTHER-OUT-IS-THIS???? I want my MONEY BACK!!!!!!!
