Ray had long given up on achieving anything worthwhile in life, and his greatest ambition was to spend 24/7 reading books until the day he finally died. He had no one, and he wished for no one. Dealing with people was too exhausting and nerve-wrecking for him. He wasn’t lonely, happy or sad, he just was, empty. But even his only wish for death was not meant to be as he found himself in an endless cycle of life and death, with an egotistical backseat driver in his head, thrown into messed up worlds one after another. So what to really expect? A pathetic protagonist who wants to change and become awesome, but is still pathetic and struggles with himself, tries to ignore problems, goes on long-winded outburst and internal monologues that makes you want to beat him up, and yell at him to just get his... stuff together. Just a broken man who's being throw around, and hoping to get somewhere. Sounds super fun and interesting right? Sometimes it's even funny, but I have a weird sense of humor I admit.
