I was let down from shake and punched by Bavon, “You are a prick where have been?” he asks letting his anger subside for the moment, he seats himself as well and go through what I had been doing but not that much in detail as with Nathans, “That is something I think you can make a book out of it if you wished” not a bad idea but I don’t think I have talent for it though, “But it is nice to see you back in one piece” he smiles and pats my shoulder.

He turns to face Nathans and puts on grumpy face of sorts, “So, you nor I were notified of his arrival yes?” Bavon has really taken this to heart and I mean I understand why just amazed that he is still ever caring about people he considers family, “No, I was not notified of his return” the old house lord replies back giving the same answer he gave not long ago to Bavon, “I am going to have to give those two an earful latter as they should have at least gotten me on this” he says out loud. Now that I think on it harder than I did earlier ago but how did he find out about someone being here?

“Hey, Bavon, how did you find out about me being here?” he looks over at me form where he is sitting and smirks at the thought, “Snow Knights tell their lord all kinds of information they require in order to get fullest of their abilities” so the knights on the way here let him know that someone apart from the normal two was enroute to the estate. They really are scared of having information leaks to the enemy, information is key I guess but what information do they have to hide that they get rid of most if not all butlers and maids and replace them withs ones from the capital, I shouldn’t worry about it I just need to continue on with being me and learning what had happened since I had left.

“Well, shall we catch up and talk some more about our time being separated I am sure those ten years you have been gone something interesting has happened” Bavon ask’s all giddy like a child, “Oh, I know what about Love have you got someone?” I sit there and sigh, “Yeah I do but I have a feeling that something is wrong between us” both old and new house lord look at me wanting me to get more into it, “Well, it fells one way like I am the one in love while she sees it differently from me” they both look at each other like they have been through this before, “Stop loving her and find someone else but if it is a marriage that is done between families then don’t do it” I am wordless by that short but really understandable point of view given, I go for another sip but find my cup empty, I place it down on the saucer and lean back on my chair.

“No” Nathans and Bavon deplete a little, “Nothing much has changed from when I told her” There have been some actions out place here and there but all found themselves with in reason of the situation at the time well, when we did bring jasmine back she looked like she was jealous. I still want hope that she does feel the same way I do but with what I am being told from these two I am starting to doubt if Merry is starting to feel the same way I do.

Well, I guess I have to find out myself if I want to know but am I willing to get myself hurt to find out if she interested in me, why am I even questioning this lets just move on from this, “So what have you guys been up to for eight years?” Bavon places his cup down and looks me in my eyes like I had just asked a question that was forbidden to ask, “Well I am sure Jasmine told you I am now the house lord of Vilight and that I am now married” well ki was told yes he did become a Husband but not the house lord, “I was told the married part not the other part” he sighs even louder before, “My older sibling need a talking to it seems” I chuckle with Nathans hearing that.

My hairs on the back of my neck stand up like someone was looking at me with intent to kill, I swing my head that way and see nothing. I go back to my normal sitting posture and have faces of confusion looking at me, “I felt someone looking at with a interesting presence” they both at me even more oddly, “from what I learned while at the city presence is something you can unknowingly force out or knowingly force out, presence is a common tactic used to make enemy targets more easily prone to making mistakes and have it easier to make a shot” I don’t really know it but semi-understand from then to know, presence is like intent, like protecting intent or killing, so what presence does is make it know that you are there to do such a thing but the only intent I have really felt was killing so I may have misjudged the intent but it was very similar to Jackson’s just not as heavy.

“So, there is someone here to kill someone?” I smile at that, “Most likely not as I doubt this place is going to be breached that easily and have a sloppy spy doing something as make their presence known is a dumb move so I am guessing it is test of some kind” Nathans after hearing what I said chuckled which is inserting, I look down and see my cup full of more tea, Alice is quick with getting refills done I am surprised I didn’t notice her doing so. Could it be that she was the one who was showing off that killing presence?

“So, let me continue about our talk of what we were doing” I look up smile waving my hand for him to continue, “Well after you had left we were kind off in a panic about you disappearing then we came to the decision that you were dead” I feel bad for Nathans and everyone else they can clearly tell as there face shifted to that of sorrow, “Well a couple years after that Father had made a deal with a low ranking family that they will have security and protection but there had to be a price so they offered their daughters hand in marriage with one of sons” Bavon exhales not sighing like usually but an exhale, “Marcus was going to the academy at the time and openly said multiple times that he did not be the one chosen he wanted to choose someone of his volition and so I was one” he takes a sip of his tea after finishing his story of how he got married, “I had to deal with me growing old and not being able to keep up although being in my late forty’s” Nathans said while I was taking a sip of my tea that was surprisingly hot.

Nothing much changed from eight years ago, “So, what was it like when you meet Jasmine” a look of worry starting to plague my face the two smile thinking of how it happened, “Well she was injured with most of the crew she was dead but we brought her back and healed her up and me and the twins talked and listened to the mission she was given from you Nathans then she woke up a couple hours later if I remember properly and I had to go in there and talk to her” I slouch my head just thinking about that day, “I walked in and ask how she was after eight years and told her my identity she did not believe me so I told her a secret that Is kept between us and she believed me right there and then” I take a sip leaving the two men in shock wondering what I had said, “I am never telling you two about the secret even if you bribe me something nice” the two after that look daggers at me, “Whatever secret you two have will someday come to light and I will make sure of it” I stop myself from laughing from what Bavon had said, “Oh, if only you could know it would be something that would make all of us laugh so hard we could die” Bavon looks at more interested than ever, “really?” Nathans ask’s intrigued even more, “Yep when I first heard it I thought this girl is so funny I could die of two ways laughing to death or her killing me as soon as I laugh” all of us laugh from understanding, “A lot of things that Girl has said makes me want to laugh but if I do I could face death of not being able to breath” Nathans says after getting air into his lungs, “That is true” Bavon says continuing to chuckle, “If she found out we were talking about her right now she want us dead” I say making us to continue to laugh, “I think she has sneezed a lot by now so let’s cut the talk about her we don’t have her room covered in green” Nathans Jokes making us laugh a little more before all huff and puff due to how hard we were laughing, I think at this point Alice thinks we are insane for us laughing at something so small but to us we understood what we meant by ‘she kill or the laughter would’ as what she has said on occasions makes you question if she was serious or just being a jokester.

“It’s nice to laugh like this again after so long of being in all quite like while wandering the white desert of ice” Bavon rubs his chin when I said, ‘white desert’, “what’s it like travelling the desert?” Bavon ask’s, “Hmph, cold and hard, cold is obvious why and hard in that you would be quite for so long only hearing the roar of the wind while you travelled, it just slowly chips at you and I spent a total of 6 years wondering that place and I am amazed I remained sane from it” I chuckle after saying it but sigh, “Its odd though” Both of look with a ‘hmm’, “I liked the sound of the storm while I travelled it just felt like I was one with it like I had become a bird flying the sky” both looked like they thinking hard on it, “Hmmm, what was the feeling and if you say free I am going to punch you” I laugh a little at that, “Like I was…doing the right thing, you know that feeling yeah?” they both nod but couldn’t name it, “I think the word you are looking for is liberated” Alice said while we were struggling for a word, “yeah that suits, thank you Alice” she bowed saying it was her job to help out the lord’s.

I look at the time and see it is five, “Five already?” the two look at their watches and nod, “How time fly’s” Nathans said, “Well what are having to eat?” Bavon ask’s Alice, “We will be having steak with potatoes, peas and corn with gravy as a bonus my lord” sounds really nice and I am surprised that they have managed to get steak of all things here, “Thank you Alice you may go now” She bows and leaves the room.

It gets quite as the air starts to get stiff as now that we have quite room private things can be said, “Arthor, I have a mission for you that I want you to start doing five months from now” Bavon said, “What is it you want me to do?” Bavon goes to say but stops as it looks like he can’t speak, “We want you to join the ranks of the rebels and supply us information” Nathans says, “You can-” “I’ll do it” both of them looked socked from my answer like they were expecting I would decline, “Are sure you want to go back there again?” I nod my head to answer Bavons Question, “okay I understand, the next month I want you to train with a new Helmet we have designed and made for sniping then go and infiltrate the ranks and give information to them and us like a double agent of sorts” this is like movie the way this is set up.
