In the slum, the house of them improved a little bit for these past 2 years. The door that had been destroyed was much better than before. Cien, Dreg and Divina, they always do their everyday life the same as before 2 years ago, they wake in the morning to eat their breakfast and next, Cien, Dreg, and Dvina went to market to collect child support and paying Rev half of their gain. They had no choice but to compromise if they wanted to live peaceful here and to have a protection also to other.
Cien woke up early morning, the sun shine at him through the window. He stood up and went to the kitchen. He saw that there no one in the kitchen and he thought ‘Maybe Divina still sleeping’. He prepared their breakfast, somehow their food also improved a little bit. He cooked 3 eggs for each of them and prepared the bread in the table. After he done cooking the eggs and put it in the table.
He went to the room of Divina and knocked the door and said “Wake up the breakfast is ready”. Divina was sleeping soundly when she woke up to the sound of Cien. “I’m coming, wait” she hurriedly stood up, she realized that she slept to long and she was the one that scheduled today to cook breakfast but she didn’t wake up on time.
Cien went to other room. Dreg move to their 2 years ago, Cien thought that since he was alone to his own house because his parent left him and he was only 4 years old that time so it was hard for him to live alone. They also had extra room that didn’t use to their house so both Cien and Divina decided to let Dreg live with them. Cien also saw Dreg as his younger brother even though they are not blood related.
Cien knocked the door of Dreg room and said “Dreg wake up, the breakfast is ready”. Dreg heard it and stood up. He opened the door and saw that Cien and Divina already sat to the table.
He sat to the table and hand sign “Good morning”. Cien and Divina understood the hand sign very well as they knew Dreg for a long time. They also said good morning to Dreg.
They began eating their breakfast because after this they will began to work. After they finish their breakfast, they prepared themselves as their work was pretty dangerous. The three of them go outside and went to central market to collect money.
While they walking in this alley, they saw a kid older than Cien by 2 years old. It was the person who hit Cien legs in the first try, his name was Tonen even though Cien wanted to punch that kid face, he held back because there is no gain for that but only a risk. He saw him running anxiously and fearful like someone is catching him and doing something not good for him.
Tonen saw them from afar in this alley as he was running hurriedly and furiously sweating. This is the only one way in this alley so he will bump to them. Cien blocked the way because he wanted to knew why he was so anxious for something. He asked “Why are running for?”. “Make a way or I will hit that leg of your again” Tonen said anxiously. “Do you think I’m scared to that threat of yours when someone catching you, if you start fight it make things delay for you” Cien said calmly. “Okay, okay I will tell you what I knew. Do you remember Rev?” Tonen asked him. “Of course, who doesn’t know his name” Cien said, deep inside he was sneering to Rev. Tonen felt a killing intent for a second but he continued he saying. “Behind Rev or you can say the backer of him. that make him unrestraint to this slum and make himself like a king here because of his powerful backer. The powerful backer I’m talking about is a gang called Udio gang, the Udio gang ordered him to gather and recruit many young kids even 6 years old they also accepting and they will pay each kid 1 silver coin to work for them. I heard also that they are preparing to attack the Terf gang because their something they are fighting or trying to get which I don’t know but they said that they gathering many children is to use them as a cannon fodder to test the power of Terf gang and if their someone rejected the recruitment, they will forcefully take them” Tonen said.
They were shocked when they heard Tonen said, they didn’t know that their something happening in this city in the dark that they didn’t even know.
“That’s the only I knew so make a way, because I don’t want to catch by them to only pay me 1 silver coin for my life and it was suicide” Tonen said. Cien didn’t make things difficult for Tonen and let him leave. They saw him already running from a far when they let him go.
Cien, Divina, and Dreg looked to each other, they grinned because they saw opportunities between the fight of this gangs. Why would they run? When these war between gangs is treasure trove for them and it was rare to happen that there fight between gangs.

Rev felt excited and joyful that the man was satisfied to his progress and he assured him that he has higher chance to accepted in the Udio gang which his dream.
“Go back, I wanted tomorrow early morning the 100 quotas will be completed and deliver them here” The man said.
“Yes sir, I understood. I will complete your task as much as possible” He bowed and left while feeling joyful that he was recognized by the higher up.

On the outside it was peaceful but in the underground of it, it was chaotic and many people was hurriedly preparing this coming war between gangs.
In a certain room in this underground, a meeting between higher up was carrying on this circle table, what strategies they will use a measure for Udio gang. There are 13 of them in this room.
“There is a mole in this room that we need to caught, if we don’t catch that bastard that leak our top secret and walk around gathering information about our movement, nothing will change even if we planned thoroughly. Our Terf gang will began it downfall” The man that looked pretty old with white hair and white bird said, he looked solemn and unsightly face.
“I agree to Ronk said, we should uproot that poisonous root in our gang if not it will spread internally to our gang” The woman said with blue eyes and blond hair. She also looked unsightly.
Many agreed but some disagree and they said “We knew that the spy is dangerous in our plan and our gang but we don’t had time to do search thoroughly every higher up because the Udio gang estimated that they will attack tomorrow morning” The man said that looked middle age man with brown eyes and black hair.

The boss was quiet these past few minutes when the both sides were debating what they should do. He was looking everyone in this room to what their stance and finding the spy but it made things more complicated as everyone in this room began to doubt each other and their action make things the spy hide very well. Not only they had spy internal in their gang higher up but also external threat like Udio gang that they need to prepare in their next action, it made the spy hard to find because of lack of time.
Bran the leader of Terf gang was having headache thinking about the problem his gang. He looked to his strategies and the brain of Terf gang, Kult. Kult knew that his leader was asking his advice to their next action. “I think the best action for now is to create two group, first group would be searching the spy in our gang which lead by Aiden old man and the second group would be preparing the attack of Udio gang and be our vanguard to this war lead by Eron (middle age man)” Kult said what strategies he thought.
“Then we will do the strategies of Kult, now I order the both group leader to do their task to be completed as much as possible!!” Bran said solemnly and order the people in this room.
“Yes sir!!” the people in this room stood up and said respectfully, they left by two separate group to do their task.
Only Bran and Kult were left behind in this room.
“I’m sorry Bran, I never though a spy is already in our gang. I neglected my duty as a head of the gang” Kult said guilty that he didn’t put a better measure that can come inside in their gang.
“No, you already did your best to help our Terf gang a lot. We just never expected the Udio gang to put a higher quality mole in our gang this farther than we expected” Bran sighed but also felt hatred to the Udio gang.
“Because of that our secret to had a ‘portal that can go to small world’ had been leaked to them” Kult said, he felt sorrow.
2 weeks ago, they discovered a ‘portal to small world’ appeared in this underground that they didn’t expect to appear here but the most important of this portal its that, it was not a normal portal like others normal portal going through small world. It was unique portal that can rarely be seen for century because it can be used below 14 years old. Its mean that 1-14 years old can access this unique portal. They feared that because of this disturbance, The Allied Federation will sniff the disturbance and their attention will be going to the Geel city because a portal to the small world appeared in their backyard and the most important is, it was exceptional portal than others normal portal. Udio gang use the children in the slum as a smokescreen to not garner attention in their fight since the children were from the slum, many people in the Geel city didn’t care if they die or use to the fight between gang as they also a problem to the Geel city, they more willing to see it happen to reduce the beggar and thief in the Geel city. The people of Geel city were only hoping that they not affected to the fight between two gang.
“HAHAHA our life was always been life and death since childhood, nothing changed but only became a bit riskier. Well, the riskier it is the more reward we can get” Bran said, he recovered himself and clear his mind.
Kurt smiled when he heard Bran said, and he thought after ‘That’s why I never doubt you that you became our leader in the Terf gang’.
“Let’s start planned this out as we don’t have enough time for these worries than only waste our time” Bran said to Kurt. “Alright, I will make a plan for this upcoming war” Kurt said.

“But I never know where the way is, that going to their headquarter…” Cien said laughing awkwardly. Divina and Dreg wanted to facepalm their face when they heard Cien said.

“Exactly, that is why this is the best opportunity to us while they still distracted to each other and we are going to reap secretly to their fruit of labour while they’re fighting” Cien said, laughing menacingly and his laugh was echoing in this canal.
And he added “The more chaos it has, the more opportunities we can get” Cien said while smiling.
“You scaring me brother” Divina distance himself to Cien. Cien saw the reaction both and said “Ahem, my bad it was my bad habit. Let’s go” Cien said awkwardly.
As they walking in this canal, each of them has their own role, Divina with a lamp on her hand to light up this darkness in the canal. Cien was concentrating looking at the map so they were going in the right direction and not to be lost in this canal that like maze. While Cien was concentrating looking to the map where their direction at, Dreg was sketching the way they already walked as for them to had a map in this canal in case they lost.
“Brother, what do you think they’re fighting for? that they escalate to this level” Divina asked, she was curious. Cien heard it, he was also curious but he didn’t know also.
“I don’t know, but maybe it was very important that it make them blinded without reason. You know very well that greedy people only saw benefit as their first priority, even they knew their own destruction they will risk it just to get their wanted” Cien said, he understood human very well as he living in the slum and meet many different people.
“I know brother, it’s always been like that” Divina said, like it was normal for him because she also meets people like that.
The two of them has also been greedy and they cannot deny it because it was their nature to live and a tool to drive them to work. They continue their walking and focus to find the canal of Terf gang.
For many hours of walking, Divina felt impatient and she also felt weird staying in this Canal.
“Are we still far brother? It felt creepy here and eerie” Divina said, she looking in this pitch darkness that cannot be seen what is the end of it. She felt scared for some reason staying here for a long time.
Dreg hand sign and said “Same, I felt the same to” he also felt something wrong in this underground canal.
“No, we are still far from it. Just endure it we will arrive soon” Cien said, he also felt weird to this canal but they had no choice as their no going back when they already started for it.
They keep walking to this underground canal like a maze.
