Chapter 1: A very weak dungeon

"THE HELL!!!!"

A vampire lord screamed.

Actually, it had ranked up into a Black vampire lord and had thus gained eyes.

The reason for its scream was simple.

Eyeing the dungeon menu in its inner mind, the dungeons status was displayed.

In the status, the dungeon master had changed.

Had a different creature been the dungeon boss, it would just have been ignored by the dungeon, and could have just recaptured the dungeon. However, as the boss, it was now a minion under the new dungeon master and could not bring harm to him in any way.

In another part of the same dungeon

"THE HELL!!!!!!"

A certain human screamed.

The reason was the dungeon.

"The goddamn dungeon is useless! No traps, no monsters and only one floor! Well all of that I knew but..."

The reason he screamed was the list of expenditures and the remaining DP.

"He spent 100,000 DP to 'convert floor to vamperian labyrinth' and couldn't buy a single goddamn 100 DP vampire! On top of that, he still has over 25,000 DP left! Also he was the lord for 10 years!"

Looking further down the list, his face became blue with rage.

"THE HELL! He actually sold 4 floors and all monsters and all traps after he conquered it! He isn't lazy or stupid, He is a massive idiot that does not even know he is stupid."

Toa started scanning the list of items buyable with DP.

The dungeon had 9 rooms, thus toa bought 9 vampires for each

cost=8,100

left=18,634

"Now, let me craft some weapons"

Toa entered the ores section of the menu and an item caught his eye.

1 Meter cube of _______ metal=___DP

The first blank was a dropdown menu. Expanding it, he tested various things.

Gold=1000DP

Admantite=100000DP

Mythril=12000DP

Oracalcium=10000DP

Silver=578DP

White Gold=5000DP

After scrolling further, a devilish idea came to his mind...

Aluminum=9DP

Sand=2P

He bought 9000 DP of aluminum and 1000 DP of sand.

Purifying the sand using the unique skill gained from the god of craftsmen, he was able to get 400 cubic meters of glass along with 1000 cubic meters of pure aluminum.

"For what I'm about to do, this is too cheap."

(Insert evil laugh here)

Using his abilities as the dungeon master along with the craftsmanship ability, he coated the dungeon walls with a thin layer of aluminum foil and a layer of glass.

10 cubic meters of aluminum and 30 of glass were used.

Then he got to making swords.

Making a hundred swords out of only aluminum, they were no match for swords made of stronger materials... or so it should have been if not for his craftsmanship ability.

In this world, items have an ability to hold enchantments.

Even the legendary sword excalibur maxed out at 8 enchantments. Yet, the common sword that was mass produced in a few seconds had 10.

He used these slots to enchant them with Durability Max (Impossible to break or even scratch), Sharpness Max(cuts through armor like paper), User power 5x(Cannot be stacked), User Defense 5x(Cannot be stacked), User Agility 5x(Cannot be stacked), HP Drain (100)(Upon dealing any damage to an opponent, 100 extra is dealt and the user heals 100 HP). Then looking at the vampire's stats, he noted their HP is 186 and will rise with level. Thus, he added one more HP Drain(100). Then, he just put the rest in Mana drain (100). Thus, the 81 vampires became a force that could resist all but the strongest blows, killed most enemies in a single slash, are insanely fast, and unless killed in one blow, will fully heal even from a half dead state from simply scratching the opponent. The worst thing, however was the mana drain. There were doors in the dungeon to the rooms. The only way to open the door for a single person was to pay 20 MP. They had an enchantment slot that was immediately enchanted with Durability max. The vamperian dungeon had plenty of benefits. Every 20 MP lost by an creature and not absorbed by a creature or used in a spell was converted to a single DP.

That means the mana absorbed by doors, or the overflow from mana drain(300) or any other dissipation of mana would be converted to DP. Also the air gains the enchantment Mana drain(Original Mana Gain) stopping any gain in mana to occur while in the dungeon. Beyond this, mana gain by bats, bat-men(not related to batman but rather bat type demi-human kind of like a weaker vampire), vampires, or any half bat species is 10x. Even with the drain in mana by vamperian dungeon, their recovery is still 9x and I constantly gain DP.

Now... if you run out of mana, you are stuck to slowly starve to death as a mana door is at the entrance. Then I started reading the stats and skills of my OP vamps and summon bat caught my eye. At 10 mana, their 300 mp can summon 30. Also, at 9x recovery, they fully recover by the end of every day. Thus I told them to summon 30 bats at the end of every day.

If you come across this story on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen from Royal Road. Please report it.

I was surprised by the fact that the bats have a skill slot. Maybe as summons, they are treated as nonliving things. I enchanted one with Mana Drain (100) but it broke. After much testing, Mana drain(30) was put on the bats. Having no MP or MP recovery, this bat basically gives one and a half DP with every bite.The vampires inside the rooms and bats outside, the drain was enormous. Without any way to gain MP, most humans(Me included) would run out in 30 seconds flat. Combined with the mirror hell that is the dungeon, the floor can only be described as a death trap. Also I made stairs(10 DP) leading to a 3x3 block room(9DP) midway through the dungeon. MY room bitches. One block, by the way, is 2x2x2 meters.

Note:

the map of the dungeon. The |||||||| are stairs, the -o- are doors, and the red circle is the dungeon core.

Summoning 18 more vamps to simply wander, I gave them the same swords. However, the vampires are not allowed to roam before the first set of doors en route to the core. Reason is, if somebody runs out of mana, I can drain them until they starve. I could even pick them up for use in a human farm or something. The bats, by default do 0 damage. They are meant for use as scouts and healing sacrifices(vamp stabs bat with HP drain sword when he has little HP left.) Thus, they will never die to bats. However, if they get past a single room, then they are strong enough to deserve to die.

Note: Very coldblooded protagonist. Colm is even worse.

I set the bats to non agro when they started attacking me. I tweaked it such that they are not allowed to approach within 3 blocks of a vamp. Then I set one vamp as my attendant so I would not be attacked. I took the last sword for myself. Then I proceeded to enchant the glass covering the mirrors on the walls and floors with durability max and anti-fouling and the mirrors with Mana drain(touch)(20) that activates simply by touching the walls or floors with bare skin of fur or hair or whatever, draining 20 mp.

Then I summoned 10 vampire mages(250 DP). They come with the same spells as the vamps plus two empty spell slots

I gave them aluminum wands enchanted with Durability max, User 5x defense, User 5x agility, User 5x Intelligence, User 5x Mana Recovery, Support non allies(allows casting support spells on enemies), Emergency cast(when casting support spells, the target's mana is used instead of the caster's), Anti Canceling Max(Spells cannot be cancelled), User 5x HP recovery, and cause I felt like it, Spell 5x Mana consumption. Then I purchased 10 scroll of invisibility (300) and taught them all invisibility(turn ally or user invisible(30 MP/Minute)). The last enchantment only works for one spell and invisibility was chosen. With support, emergency, and anti canceling, They could cast invisibility on the opponent using their own mana and even make them lose 5 times as much without being able to remove it. The bat mobs were made for this dungeon. Small and indistinguishable, even one bat looks like a large amount by the mirrors. Beyond this, they are unaffected by the mirrors because of echo-location. The vampire mages can cast invisibility hidden amongst the bats using bat transformation. They drain mana and confuse enemies without killing, allowing for large DP gains. The invisibility is also amazing. Once invisible, their companions would assume them dead and absorbed by the dungeon. Invisible people would become unable to see themselves in the mirrors, losing all sense of direction and bump into walls, losing even more mp. Once drained, invisibility is removed and the explorer left to starve. Also, all creatures on this floor use echolocation and are thus able to 'see' even the invisible opponents. If the invisible explorers tried to talk to each other, they would call bats like a beacon due to their sharp hearing. Also, as it is cast using the explorer's mana, the mages can use it as many times as they want without loss of mana. The remaining mana can be used to lob fireballs on trouble or to summon bats(every day). Due to their higher MP and recovery, they can summon 100 bats each, twice a day.

after 10 fireball scrolls(30 dp),

DP left: 2,715

Almost out, let me leave then. I removed the aluminum sheets and started exploring the dungeon. At the entrance, a fainted black vampire lord is seen, fainted due to vertigo from the mirrors.

"Shit... I went overboard.... This dungeon... is way too evil."

Lifting a hood covering the face, his eyes fall on the face of a beautiful girl.

"The dungeon boss is female?"

He pulled out the mythril sword she was carrying and scanned it... 1 empty slot, User Power 2x, HP drain(10), MP drain(10).

Hmm...

He melted the sword and remade it.

"THE HELL!!! 34 GODDAMN SLOTS!!!! MYTHRIL IS TOO OP!!!!!"

Overpowered sword: GET!
