It happened too suddenly, there was no time to prepare. They said it was something akin to a meteorite. Just bigger. And faster. It was so fast that signs of it's existence were noticed mere days before its arrival. It ripped everything to shreds. In just an instant everything was gone. But why am I still conscious?
