In a completely normal high school, there were completely normal students, and in that school there held a certain child.
Although we call him a child, Nex Vesania had the meniality of an adult. His deathly black eyes held unspeakable horrors and swirls of sadness. As a child, he did not play with other kids and was gradually alienated from society.
You could also call him bullied, but that was because no one could get close to him without having shivers all over their body, and feeling a nauseating feeling.
Some say he is an orphan, while others say his parents still live but are afraid of him. Nex would just vanish after class and no one had enough courage to talk to him or follow him.
With no safe place or camaraderie with any living humans, he found refuge in the world of books.
Reading most of his day he had the appearance of a scholar with a tendency of being absolutely silent. If no one would tell you he was there he could manage to sit next to you without ever noticing.
“Alright class-” The teacher of the class was suddenly interrupted with the ding of the loudspeaker overhead.
*Ding* “Code Blue, Code Blue. This is not a drill” The usually monotone voice of the loudspeaker had an urgency that was usually never there. (Note: Code Blue is an intruder in a school or hospital.)
As if on cue a gunshot rang out through the school. The kids in the classroom were still before pandemonium broke out.
“Kids, quiet down!” The teacher spoke in a quiet hiss and the kids quickly silenced. The teacher went to the door, locked it and herded the kids into a corner where they sat in nervous anticipation.
The door of the classroom suddenly had a shaking noise signaling someone was trying to get in. The person shot the lock of the door and it shattered under the pressure of the bullet.
He walked into the door and shot into the air with his revolver. *Bang!* The kids flinched and the man turned towards them. He aimed at a young girl who was shaking in fear holding her head. *Bang*

The girl jerked but in wonder looked up as the bullet didn’t hurt at all. All she saw was a boy’s uniform with a small pool of blood forming.
“Hii-hii” The girl squealed as she backed up from the boy. Nex looked backwards and with a smile that made more harm than good.
The man, seeing that Nex didn’t die proceeded to shoot him 4 more times in the stomach.
“Heeh~” Nex looked at the man straight in the eye, causing the man to back up in fear. “You know... You can’t just shoot all over the place, there is no point.” Nex slowly walked up the the man who was turning pale and grabbed the gun.
Nex put the gun to his forehead and with a ghostly whisper said “You have to aim for a vital point and...” Nex pulled the trigger and instead of a bang there came a click signalling there were no more bullets left. “Bang” Nex gave a terrifying smile.
Nex dropped the gun and strolled up to the man. “Hey Mister, how does it feel to be on the receiving side?”
The man just squealed and fell on his butt. Nex just looked at him and grabbed his shoulder and pulled out a bullet. The blood splurted out of his shoulder on the man’s face causing even more terror.
Nex just looked at the man and then the bullet. His mouth made a crescent smile that was so wide the corners of his mouth cracked and lines like a crows foot formed and blood dripped down on his face.
“Now... How do you like it?” Nex accentuated each word causing pure dread to appear on the man’s face.
“Wait!” the man begged “I’ll give you anything! I’ll never do this again! Please stop...”
While the man's begs Nex gave a wider smile and reached towards the man’s eyes... And put the bullet in it.
“Ahhh!” The man screamed in pain while he grasped his ragged eye and rolled on the hard tiled floor of the school. All this time the class just watched in silence and horror.
Nex just gave a wry smile before tipping over and falling into a pool of blood.
