Erwin being the idiot he was rushed towards a small girl with black hair and rags for clothing as she was getting beaten up by a middle age man with a stick.

"How dare you steal from me you stupid brat!"-Middle age man

A small crowd of people turned up but only like 5 or 6 people here and there but the rest just ignored the girl being beaten as they are already used to it. Ah. I forgot Erwin is a goody to shoes when it comes to children and poor people, so I just watched from the side. People gathered up around the area but not for the little blacked hair girl who is getting beaten up, it was for me... GOD DAMNIT!

I said regretting my decision of getting out of the carriage in the first place which was absolutely a horrible ideal for me. Turning time is only possible with the help of the Time God Cronus but am I him? Hell no! So, of course I will escape on the roof top as hero butler over there will help that small girl.

Using my magic I cast [Cloak] on my body and disappear off onto the building near by. I salute you Erwin but being mobbed by people isn't one of my goals in life okay! 

I thought to myself before making a 360 and returning to the carriage as everyone is confused about the beautiful girl disappearance. 

I had closed the door before turning off my magic and waited for Erwin to come back from his small errand he put himself through as Marielle just sat there.

"Erwin was always a nice person isn't he mistress?"-Marielle

She talked to me as her eyes seemed to switch to Erwin who was paying the guy money, as he let the girl off the hook. 

"Yes, to be honest he is too nice to serve a horrible mistress Marielle, and someday that kindness can be used against him, as he would priorities other people over his own safety."-Cordelia 

I known Erwin ever since he came over the hill where I always experiment on animals. He made me cease my actions on experimenting on an animals at the time when he first saw me. Let me tell you that Erwin is probably the weirdest person I ever met in my whole entire life, as his personality revolves saving people and similar actions of good deeds.

He always closed his eye when he is in the lab as the experimented prisoners would clawing at the reinforce glass. Erwin was only able to restrain himself because they were prisoners that did horrible things to people. 

Erwin even sticking to me had made me baffles, at what makes me so special that he would get down on his knees to serve me. Well, it's not like asking these answers to myself will help improve my understanding at all.

Now, that makes me wonder what will Erwin think of me after what I'm about to do soon enough. I smiled to myself as Marielle seem to know the reason for my smile. 

"Mistress are you sure this is the right decision to make?"-Marielle

I looked straight back at her with eyes of determination and said in a slow voice.

"Marielle, it would be much more fun that way, besides, it looks like the fun is already starting."-Cordelia 

I said as the corner of my eye was a person wearing all black leather clothing and a mask that had dots for the eyes. The person was spying on us when we first gone outside the garage and probably is still here to get as much information to be used against each other. 

I didn't stop this person from spying on us since I thought it was unnecessary but now that he/she saw spotted Erwin soft side I can't let the person leave here alive.

"Mistress, do you want me to get rid of the garbage?"-Marielle

Marielle said with her eyes closed and while showing a menacing aura that could even make the bravest souls feel like running away from her. I looked at her with my eyes and thought of it but I don't want to show what Marielle potential is.

"No, we still need you as an trump card, so we can't have you blowing your cover."-Cordelia 

I said to Marielle and her dangerous aura dissipate like the wind. Using my magic spell I immediately shot a small sized [Water Bullet] at the person's head through the window. A small hole was carved out from the window as the bullet pierced the person's head. 

Sorry, but I don't like giving information to anyone about my butler, I snickered to myself as my eyes found Erwin walking towards us as a child was right behind him waving her arms. 

"So, is all the troublesome stuff over yet Erwin?"-Cordelia 

He looked at me and sighed to himself.

"Yes, yes mistress everything is over, now let's get going to the palace."-Erwin

We started moving again towards the location that was directed by the paper with the regalia on it. Since, we are in the capital it should be quite quick for us to arrive at the palace within 30 minutes at most.

I looked out the window and what came into view were beautiful homes that nobles lived in. They sometimes have some of the most weirdest fetish nobles nowadays because of them being rich and all.

It basically let them do whatever they want and so it leads to a political power struggle between the nobles. There are 2 different powerful factions that are at the moment battling it out.

Since, I am the Head Director of the Magic development and Magic Tools I have a lot of power in this country, making me someone that is a must to get for the 2 other factions. If anyone were to get me on their side it was an instant win to them but I was neutral throughout the whole entire affair.

I sighed at how these idiots are only trying to use me for their own purpose. Time has passed and we finally arrived to the front gates of the palace that could be as expected of the royal palace as it is pretty large and in darkness to represent there God Lunark. 

The guards let us pass after I showed them the sigil of the MDMT and we went straight for a parking space in the palace. When we got out the carriage a friend of mine waited outside of the parking lot. His name was Rin Barione Laclare the prince of Lunark and my one of my 3 childhood friends. 

Rin was the second person I met right next to Erwin, who was the first ever person to befriend me. If I were to describe Rin, he would have blond hair that is cut short but not too short and his azure eyes would sometimes shine as some might say. I would say that Rin is a diverse kind of fighter who would use both sword and magic to fight against his opponent. 

If I were to illustrate how he would fight, it would be like a magic knight who uses his sword to fight at close range as he would use magic to either trick up his opponent or get into a range fighting position. To be honest, he is more on the magician side if I were to say anything because he has that rare talent that doesn't appear so often which is chant less magic.

It is when a person is able to use a spell without the usage of chants to help them create a spell. Meaning that it's someone that uses their imagination to create the spell. This might sound easy but the it is incredibly difficult because of the reasoning that not many people learn science. 

Without understanding what creates fire without the usage of magic or how water is created you won't be able to succeed. For these reason, no one was able to comprehend the chant less magic spell but me and Rin. 

Rin said that he read it in a book before but I don't buy the story since, scientific books nowadays are kept secret in the libraries of the grand magicians have. Well, he might of been like me and stealthily broke into the grand libraries. 

It would of been more believable, if I didn't know of his habit of always looking away whenever he lied. So, I question myself on what secrets he is keeping under that hat of his but I since he is my friend I thought otherwise. 

"Hey! Rin how are you doing!?"-Cordelia 

I said cheerfully as my eyes lied on his beautiful azure eyes. 

"Oh I'm fine, but I am more worried about you Cordelia?"-Rin

Rin said it in a gentleman like way as he looked upon the red eyed girl.

"I'm doing fine, but did something big happen, since I am pretty sure that I wouldn't be called for a normal meeting."-Cordelia

Rin breathe a sigh of stress as he looked at Cordelia with worried but normal eyes.

"Well, it's hard to say because some magician by the name of Darkness keeps on targeting big shot nobles such as the Arch Duke Kiran Von Revick."-Rin 

I looked at him in a thinking kind of manner before making my assessment on the situation.

"Let me guess because of the assassination of him there is a big power struggle going on and to let whoever should to take over his territory."-Cordelia 

I said as if it was the most obvious thing ever and looked at Rin who made another sigh.

"Well, yea that basically sums up the whole situation."-Rin

I walked out of the carriage and smiled to myself as the situation was going as planned and talked about trivial things with Rin, Erwin, and Marielle following right behind me.

When this meeting starts all the fun will happen and gone through the beautiful palace full of expensive decorations. Looking through all of this only made my bored as I crossed through the narrow hallways. 

We reached the large double doors that could not be pushed normally or at least not with the strength of a normal human being. The doors opened using magic and I walked into the room as my servants stayed outside of the room. 

A chair for the king Luis Lomire Laclare was seated above the others as it was made of soft material for sitting and the gold appearance it had for it. All of the advisors were there and waiting for me the last powerhouse in nobility to stand next to them. 

Walking up the steps I personally stood aside the chair next to the king and with his wife siting down next to him. The advisors had mixed feeling as they look at me with interest, lust, envy, anger, and fright. 

All of this was normal since of my body being extremely beautiful and young and because some of them know of my experiments. Standing next to the king I stood there with my hands behind my back and closed my eyes with a smile on my face.

Everyone took their position as they waited for everyone else to arrive before they start this important meeting about a number of multiple problems happening in the country. For me, it was the beginning of a great adventure that would be fun for me, as I stared towards the reinforced glass.
