Watanabe Akeno POV
'As the Watanabe's greatest genius in ninjutsu, I should have noticed his presence way before he had reached the vicinity of our classroom… but I didn't. Those footsteps of his caught me off guard and alarms started to ring inside my head. How did he get so close without me detecting it?
Those slow, almost methodical footsteps sent chills down my spine. They were as if a giant, ancient beast was lurking through the hallways in search of prey and was heading right towards us. I couldn't help but take this newcomer seriously, whoever it is, he is far above me in power. Then this pressure came, a pressure so intense, my body had no choice but to bow in reverence of this power. What is this intent?! How can anyone contain this much intent?! Not even the Clan Head or Grand Elders of my clan can compare to this! Then, the intent disappears, and the person walks in, I have no choice to get ready for combat should he be hostile to us but when I got a good look at him, I froze.
'Ba-dump' My heart started to beat wildly in my chest, one look in his eyes and I was lost. I was charmed by those abysmal black eyes that seem to glow purple in the light. I knew from that very moment I had fallen in love with him at first sight. There was a warm smile on his face, that somehow went along great with his wild look. He gave off a slight pressure only found in those of noble descent, no, he didn't just exude it, it basically encompassed his very being.
This man was born to be an emperor, to stand above millions of people. I was saddened because I know I have no choice in matters of love, even now in the year 2019, her family's traditional views still rule over her clan. She would be married off to someone the Clan approves of, most likely someone that would bring benefits to the clan. I won't be able to be together with him but just for now, I'll indulge in these feelings of first love.'

Saegusa Sora POV
'I believe I was the first to notice them. Those steps… I knew they had come from someone very strong, so I was a little excited at the thought of someone he could spar against. But, as they got closer and closer, I started to lose confidence. I had instinctively grabbed my katana from underneath my chair, adrenaline started to pump through my bloodstream, I found my body reacting to the possible danger before I was even becoming aware of it.
I had trained since I was very small in the ways of the sword, I was basically born for it. I have trained relentlessly for years and thought my self the strongest sword wielder at my age, I have even gone on a mission with some Watanabe Clan members, where I have even slain enemies. All that training didn't prepare me for what was walking just outside the classroom, I gave a glance at my sister, and with my eyes, told her that imminent danger was coming this way, and I wouldn't be able to protect us.
My body started to tremble, at first, I thought it was out of excitement, for I love to fight those stronger than I, but the reality was cruel. It wasn't excitement I was feeling, but fear… a deep, primal fear, the most basic of instincts that an animal possesses in front of a true predator. As the pressure came crashing down on my head and I involuntarily try to break my table with it, it wasn't my head that broke, but my pride instead. I had been defeated before even laying eyes on the opponent, I struggled to raise my head, but my body wouldn't listen to me.
I couldn't do anything but bow down to the most powerful intent I had ever experienced; my father doesn't even come close to exuding this much pressure on me. The intent disappeared and I immediately turn to look at the door, I wanted to see who could have such an intent.
When the door opened, I was confused, the person that walked in doesn't seem to carry the air that martial artist should carry, he does seem to carry an air of arrogance and wealth but that doesn't mean much to me. This is a school for geniuses and rich children from powerful families, almost everyone has that kind of air around here.
But still, though he doesn't look like he knows martial arts, every time I lay eyes on him, my body reacts as if I am in imminent danger. This boy, I don't like him, he is very dangerous, I don't know how but I'll keep an eye on him and see if I can challenge him one day and find out.'
