I wondered if the appearance of these dungeons was somehow connected to me. Despite my efforts, I couldn't shake off the feeling of unease that lingered within me. I uttered the word "
Even though I came here every day for 2 weeks, some kind of uneasiness came over me.
Seconds later, the screen popped up before me once again. I was expecting the daily quest prompt, but this time, the message was different. It read: "Act 1: The people in the walled city have all been exterminated, resulting in the city becoming an 'inside dungeon' and being swarmed by monsters. Clear this newfound dungeon to acquire your skills and level up."
As Kaito approached the city, he heard sounds of fighting. Curious, he followed the noise and witnessed two individuals engaged in combat with monsters. To his surprise, they were the same S-ranks he had seen on the news, Mr. Alex Johnson and Ms. Isabella Martinez.
Mr. Alex displayed incredible speed and strength, swiftly defeating an ogre with a single punch. Meanwhile, Ms. Isabella demonstrated remarkable precision and agility, effortlessly dispatching monsters with her controlled knives.
Despite his amazement at their abilities, Kaito couldn't help but wonder why their bodies remained unchanged in this world. The sight of their swift victory left him in awe, pondering if he could ever match their prowess in combat.
Reflecting on his own progress, Kaito steeled his heart and recalled the two weeks he had spent in this world. He had reached level 5 and acquired some exp and learned somethings about this player thing and he got a skill called "merge", the ability to merge objects and craft magical weapons using drops from defeated monsters.
As Kaito contemplated these thoughts, Mr. Alex suddenly appeared before him, followed closely by Ms. Isabella. Their unexpected presence raised questions about their connection to Kaito and the world they inhabited.
As they were in front me, a question came to my mind "Are they players?"
"Yo, are you the new player? "asked Alex
"Yes" I replied
"Hey I know you aren't you Mr. Kaito, the infamous number 1 programmer in the world" said Isabella
I couldn't help but wonder about their apparent knowledge of me despite my altered appearance, so i decided to ask about it. "How do you know who I am even though I don't look like this in the real world, and how are we able to communicate even though we speak different languages?" I asked, seeking clarification on the strange phenomenon.

Isabella and Alex looked at each other and then back at me and Alex replied
"Hey buddy, don't you know about the system and its abilities?"
"The system?" I replied, intrigued by the mention of something I hadn't yet encountered.
"Yeah, that's the system," Isabella explained. "Additionally, we don't know how, but players can communicate with each other despite not knowing the same language, and also, we can see each other's real body."
"How do you know who I am even though I don't look like this in the real world, and how are we able to communicate even though we speak different languages?" I asked again, feeling a mix of confusion and curiosity.
Isabella and Alex exchanged a knowing glance before Isabella responded, "It's all part of the system. Players are granted certain abilities that allow for communication and recognition, regardless of physical appearance or language barriers."
"What about leveling up and skills?" I inquired, eager to learn more about the mechanics of the game.
"Oh yeah, we can level up up to level 25. We can't go above that, and we get skills every level, which are above C-rank. If we're lucky, we may get an S-rank skill," Isabella explained, her words shedding light on the level cap and skill progression within the game.
"I'm currently level 5 and only have 1 skill," I confessed, feeling a pang of disappointment at my own lack of progress.
"You're level 5 and only have 1 skill?" Alex exclaimed, surprise evident in his voice.
"Yeah, I am," I replied, feeling a bit more at ease with their friendly demeanor.
Isabella raised an eyebrow, her eyes examining me with a hint of curiosity.
Alex grinned, clapping me on the shoulder. "No worries, Kaito. We all start somewhere. Now, let's get down to business. You said you've been getting quests, right?"
I nodded, pulling up the strange screen that seemed to appear out of thin air. "Yeah, it's been telling me to kill monsters and all that."
Isabella leaned in to get a better look at the screen. "Standard stuff for a beginner. You'll get the hang of it. But there's more to this world than just quests. There are dungeons, powerful monsters, and other players trying to climb the ranks."
Alex's eyes gleamed with excitement. "And that's where we come in. The oldest player here made a guild and we are part of it. We're always looking for new members and we also are thinking of making the guild in the real world because of the appearances of "The Awakened". Interested in joining us on a real adventure?"
A guild, dungeons, and an adventure beyond the quests — it sounded like the kind of epic journey I had only read about in fantasy novels.
"Sure I will think about it, but now anyways I have a quest to clear this dungeon"
"Oh want some help?" said Isabella
I was about to say yes but then the so-called system appeared and said I had to clear the dungeon myself and I sadly refused.
They went on their way and said to me to come and visit the guild in The kingdom of Instalia when I come to this world the next time and if I didn't find them to tell the person at the guild "Summon Player" and they will come to this world to meet me and the guild was named "The Seraphim guild" and they also warned me that clearing the dungeon alone could take days, weeks or even months as the dungeon is made up of a city and I took notice of that, went back to my world said I was going on vacation for an unknown time and came back.
I faced the door of the dungeon and steeled my heart and had an objective, to level up and get skills and as I went in, I said to myself.................." I WILL CONQUER THIS DUNGEON"
