"Ughh why is this thing so freaking hard to do!?" Niraya yelled as she tried to make herself simple clothes so she could cover her private parts.

Even if she was a ghoul now she doesn't have to be a savage one that doesn't know anything and just acts according to instinct and go all commando, because of her former life of a human she felt shame walking around without any clothes on, but she soon gave up as she was just not skilled enough to even make some simple clothes.

A week has passed since that little incident where she killed the former alpha of the newly born ghouls and many changes happened in that small amount of time.

The first and major change was not something Niraya expected at all and was the change as how the newborn ghouls saw her, after killing the former alpha it seems that she automatically assumed his position as the new alpha honestly she didn't want for that to happen she only wanted to show her strength and to be left alone but ghouls are creatures that follow the strong almost like wolfs but only more brutal and cruel.

The other major thing was the ghouls terrifying speed of growth only a week has passed and already the former baby ghouls are now the same hight as a twelve-year-old human child.

Niraya was stunned by her growth in such a short amount of time, one morning you are a baby that just came into this world and the next one you are an adult that has to care for himself, not that adult ghouls took care of the baby ghouls that much they would come and toss some dead animals carcass into the cage and move on with whatever they are doing.

Another thing that shocked Niraya was the thing that shook behind her, yes it was a thin white with red lines just like her skin tail.

The first morning she saw it she freaked out, she thought she was attacked by a strange snake monster and actually tried to strangle it only after some time and a sharp pain that came from her attack did she realize what it was.

"At least now it is a lot easier to recognize female ghouls from male ones" she thought to herself as she looked at her tail once again.

What made her snap out of her daze was a little ball that curled beside her, the little ball was the former bullied female ghoul for some reason even with the freakish nature of growing so fast the bullied ghoul didn't grow too much she might be a size of a five or six years old.

I poked the little ghoul beside me and woke her up as she was kicking around with her tail too much, she raised her head and looked at me she smiled or at least did something that resembled a smile and jumped to hug Niraya's leg her tail swayed like that of a dog.

"Sigh" Niraya sighed at the scene where the little ghoul acted like a little dog rather than a ferocious beast that devoured animals and humans whole.

But the little ghoul did become ferocious only not to Niraya after she became the alpha of the ghoul pack whenever it was time for food the little ghoul would leave Niraya's side and come back with a large chunk of meat in her mouth, Niraya just thought that she just arrives there first and gets the biggest chunk of meat.

But in reality, the little ghoul became so ferocious that made all the other ghouls fear and cover whenever she came to get her meal she was no longer a bullied ghoul but rather a true bloodthirsty beast like the ghouls are, of course Niraya knew nothing about it and just thought that she was useless.

As Niraya looked at little ghoul waving its tail around the doors of the cage opened and the same tall male ghoul that threw Niraya into this cage spoke up.

"You come time to hunt we no longer bring food go hunt!" he spoke the human language Niraya understood all too well, how did he learn it? She thought to herself.

Naturally, all the other ghouls didn't dare move a muscle, which made Niraya sigh as she stepped forward first to take the lead, such was the burden of an alpha.

All the ghouls followed after her and left their cage, the male ghoul that stood near the opened cage just starred at Niraya and growled silently before he turned around and started to walk back in the direction he came from.

"He is most likely the nest alpha, unlike me leading these newborns he is a true beast I better be careful...for now" Niraya thought to herself and walked towards one of the tunnels, she completely failed to notice the eyes of the smallest ghoul in her group the eyes full of bloodthirst towards the nest alpha, that of course was the formerly bullied ghoul.

Niraya led her pack through one of the tunnels, the nest alpha didn't show them the way out but a ghouls sense of smell is on par with wolves so it wasn't too hard to find a hole leading to the outside world.

"This is...." Niraya was dumbfounded at the sight in front of her as she stepped outside the nest for the first time.

"Snow...." in front of her eyes was bright snow-covered forest everywhere she looked she would only see white treetops.

"Damn...so this is how the northern region looks but the question is what kingdom did I end up in...I just hope it is not Elbedar" Niraya gulped down her saliva as she continued to look around for anything that might tell her where exactly was she.

"If its Elbedar we...I am screwed who would want to be reborn as a monster in a monster hunter....no exterminator kingdom!?" she freaked out and started waving her hands around like a lunatic.

This upset the little ghoul as she came closer and hugged Niraya's leg and let out whimpering sounds.

Niraya looked down and finally calmed down "yeah you are right maybe we are lucky.." she finally calmed down and petted the head of the little ghoul which made the little one let out a sound that resembled a cats purr.

"Anyway we need to look for our own food from now on, or we will starve to death I doubt the adult ghouls will take pity on us lets move!" even tho Niraya spoke her speech sounded like a bunch of beastly howls but for some strange reasons the ghouls in her pack understood it completely and followed closely behind her.

"Father you have requested my presence?" the second prince of Galma kingdom Vint Helford entered the throne room with all his pride of a noble.

"Vint come sit down we need to speak of a serious matter" the elderly man with a big grey beard spoke as he pointed at the seat next to a young and handsome similarly blonde haired man.

"Greetings to you brother Elias" Vint greeted his elder brother with a slight bow to which Elias only responded with a small nod.

"Well then, shall we begin" the king and a father of the two princes Helgoras Helford spoke up in his elderly voice and looked at his two sons, they both nodded and the king continued.

"You all know that I am not going to live much longer the illness of my heart is growing stronger by the day, and I need to name my successor now by the tradition the eldest son would be given the throne but I will do it differently, both of you will set out and conquer our hated enemies to the north no longer shall we be in a stalemate with them" Helgoras continued with a growing anger and hatred in his voice.

"The barbarians that established their so-called northern kingdoms alliance is a threat to our great kingdom both of you will take your legions and subjugate the northern kingdoms I will let you chose which one you will take first who ever subjugates more shall be named my successor I am confident that I will witness the fall of the northern alliance before I die, now excuse me I need to lie down for a while" Helgoras stood up and slowly made his way out of the throne room with a help of his servant.

The brother bowed until he left the throne room then stood up and looked at each "chose where you will start little brother I shall start from the opposite side if you want I will take on the famed monster hunter kingdom if they scare you" Elias smirked as he spoke.

"Hah, me scared of those northern barbarians, fine I will make sure that Elbedar is the first one to fall even before you move your army brother, besides how strong can their army be when they are led by a woman hahaha" Vint laughed as he left the throne room and Elias behind.

"Don't underestimate your enemy brother...or it will come back to stab you" Elias made a small smile before he shook his head and left the throne room as well.
