Flying in the wonderful nightly sky. The air resistance pushing against my black robe and the black robe against my bones. The stars and everything that was suppose to appear in the sky if it wasn't for the light pollution that the other world has made. Looking at this magnificent sight, I was so inspired by it that I wouldn't mind if I was to stay in this world for just a while longer if I had the chance.

If I hadn't told you, I have an older sister. She is always a maniac about nature to the point she would spend most of her income and allowance on a garden. I always thought it was stupid spending so much money on it. I was pretty sure my sister told me that she would live in the mountains, away from civilization. Of course, it was certain that she did it for her love of nature.

Thinking about what should I do right now is occupying most of my mind. I don’t have any particular goal in this world, much less know anything about it. Before I had been teleported here, I had always loved reading light novels, fanfictions, anime and I even enjoy waiting for new episodes to come out. Especially for my favorite ones. This was during high school by the way. Having to remember my previous life, I always did enjoyed every little thing when I was there. I also remembered when I was in middle school, I fell in love with this particular girl, or was it just my hormones getting out of control? To make it brief, she was very hot. I would take frequent glances at her and it was to the point of closely observing her. One day I got the courage to confess to her my feelings when she was alone at school. Usually she was with her friends everywhere she go so this is quite a rare chance.

“???, I love you. If you are okay with it, would you go out with me!?”

That was what I said to her. Man, thinking about it was so embarrassing to the point I would run around the school 3 times over. After saying that, she looked completely unaffected by my confession. No, she looked as if she expected it to happen sooner or later.

Guess what she said?

“Hey, you know that I have been confessed 12 times the past 3 months right? You say that you love me, but exactly do you like about me?  In addition, what makes you think that I would even go out with you, Ridar. I noticed you had been sneaky glances at me during class and it is to the point of being creepy. Could you stop doing that?”

My first love or girl interest had rejected me so hard with the coldest eyes that you would never expect from a girl her age. That day I cried when I have gotten home, and still cried in the middle of the night. Because of that incident, I have gained an enlightenment of women. They aren't so stupid as to not notice your gaze and intentions. They know what a guy is after when he asks them out. At least for the girl I confessed, she wasn't so heartless as to tell my rejection to my classmates and made fun of me.

Getting back to my reality, I was flying with a bored expression if my skull is capable of making an expression, until in the horizon, I see a village in the right side of my vision. This is an opportunity to find information of this world. Deciding whether or not that I should use ‘Lifeless Body Creation’ so that I may lower tensions between the villagers and me.  

'Wait...is it possible to communication with others in this world?'

I was a bit excited when I found some kind of civilization I forgot that there might be a language barrier. ‘Ah shit’. Having no clue as to communicate, I still nonetheless flew towards it, this time slower.

Taking a closer look to the possibly first intelligent beings I am going to meet in this world, I heard a loud cry in the village. From the tone of the voices, I suspected they may be in a bad situation.

I don’t want to disregard my safety, so instead of going there myself, I summoned my undead rabbits from my inventory. I sent them a mental order to go and investigate the village’s situation.

The rabbits obeyed and hopped towards the village while I just wait here in mid-air and chill. After some time, a received a mental message through the rabbits that it seems that there is an attack in the area. Thinking about it, I should take this chance to see how strong I am in this fantasy world. Checking myself, I took out a scroll called ‘ Void Disguise’. Its effect was temporarily changes your appearance however to like and hides the user’s name in Elareven. It is a rare scroll mostly used as a PK item since whoever uses it would be tardy from the penalty of PKing.

‘Void Disguise’ taking effect, I took the appearance of average-looking, young, light blonde guy with an appearance between 18-21. My clothing changes from a robe to a light set or armor. Now you may question why didn't I use ‘Lifeless Body Creation’. Simply a habit from frequently Pking others in Elareven. I was also in simply in the mood to use and test a scroll in my huge collection.

Finishing covering my appearance, I quickly flew to the village. When I got there, I see many (I assume) villagers laying on the ground. While analyzing the situation, I looked for the perpetrators.. I heard a conversation somewhere nearby and ordered my rabbits to take a look. I have to stay cautious. I still don’t quite know strong they are. In the meantime, I looked at the scattered dead human villagers that have died. I thought about putting them in my inventory, but maybe after the surviving villagers pay respect for the dead and bury them, I will take the corpses when they aren't paying attention.

Again receiving a mental message, a group of men were heading to some kind of shed and one was carrying a crying girl. I immediately head to where my rabbits’ location which were near the bandits and looked at a group of people. They were all carrying swords on their sides while wearing lightweight armor.

Surprised that I was able to understand what they are talking about, I take a look at the girl they were dragging, I was actually quite surprised at her appearance. She was very attractive to make it short if it wasn't for her crying that sort of messed her face up. From the conversation, I just heard, I assume they were going to do her. I ordered the my undead rabbits to attack the group of men. Observing the first kill of my Death Knight Rabbit, I believe that the group isn't that strong at all. The Death Knight is only a lvl 40 undead if assuming the Death Knight Rabbit should fit in the category. (By the way, the max level for a player is lvl 100). My rabbits started a slaughter and the group of around 20 men was reduced to 5 in just a few seconds.The man who was carrying the beautiful girl dropped her. He took out his sword from his sheath to prepare himself for a battle.

I looked at Aedriha in my right hand. Activating a scythe skill, a threw it in a rotational manner. Spinning just like how the fan would look like when it spins. The man attempt to deflect it, but Aedriha sliced his sword easily and cuts him in half. Not a moment longer, Aedriha swerved in mid-air and returned to my hand.

That was a bit anti-climatic even though I didn't expect anything to come out of the dead man.. I took a look around and find group of men have all been slain. Slowly, but surely, the human villagers come out of their hiding spots and shelter hoping the danger has passed. When their sight was on me, they gazed at me for quite a long time.

‘I guess they don’t know how to behave .’

“ You guys don’t have to be concerned anymore. The people that have attacked you have all died.”

The villagers began to relax. This world seems to use language English. I am really glad right now that I could talk to them without any difficulties.

“ I, of course want some payment for saving your lives. However, if you tell me a bit of information of this country, then I shall make do with it."

I was lead inside nice looking house by the about-to-be-raped girl and into the living room. In this empty, plain living room, stood a shabby looking chair with several chairs around it. I took the nearest chair and sat down. It wobbled a bit, but was able to maintain my weight. I had been looking at their kitchen just a few moments ago and their wasn't any mechanical appliances or machines.

The girl who lead me in is Cherly. Her father was a wealthy merchant while her mother was a low rank noble in Pledia. Because of her background, she had more information on the current conflicts in the world then the villagers and also knows the geography of it. All they know was building shelters, farming, collecting fruit and some hunting. They also fish nearby a river very close to here. I wanted to meet her mother if she could give me clearer image of the world.

Unfortunately, the mother caught a high fever and died several months later after she was born. As for her, Cherly is living in this village in the outskirts of the Human KIngdom of Pledia ever since she had lost contact with her father when they were traveling together to sell goods to a village somewhere. They were assaulted by bandits and in fear she left her father. He could be dead for all she knows.

I found out the Demi-Humans and Humans have quite some tension between the two races currently. There had also been a dangerously rising number of bandits lately. Another race which are the Elves, only occasionally come out of their forest when they decide to get travel when they are bored staying home, or to know more about the current times if any advancement in technology or the like had improved. They usually stayed in a forest located in the center of this continent. Humans and other species are not capable of entering the forest.

It is said that the one of the six almighty gods took a liking to the elves, and created a barrier to protect them from any harm that comes to them. The image I had of an Elf was one with long pointy ears while their facial features and body looking fabulous. Noting to myself to remember to go there for the girls.

I asked them about magic. This world to me is a fantasy and I was quite curious about this subject. They told me it is common magic is ranked from 1st to 10th. Most of the beings in this world are only capable of reaching the 5th rank magic. Any higher is where only the 6 gods are able to use high rank magic, although there is still a few exceptions. Some people are born with innate abilities that could allow them to reach out to the higher ranks.There was also  a rumor that a giant fox was sighted with 9 tails and capable of using higher than 5th rank magic.

Cherly and the villagers were also curious about me. How was I able to kill the bandits so easily? How was I able to tame and train the rabbits that had slaughtered them so quickly? Where was I able to make or find my scythe.Of course, I didn’t answer them.  Though I did tell them I came from another country, which is true.

After finishing taking it all the information they know, I walked got out of the wooden house and looked for the bandits’ corpse and stored all dead bodies to my storage. I love collecting. Maybe I could use the undead to create a dungeon for me. I planned out my future opportunities where it could only happen in light novels. This includes, like I just mentioned, a dungeon.

Currently I am in the mood of exploring this world. I have to mention that when the villagers told told me the rumor of the nine-tailed fox, the first thing that came to my mind was to go see it. Sadly, the villagers don’t know where the fox would be. With that I flew to the Kingdom of Pledia.

Realizing I didn’t know where the direction of the kingdom is, I went back to the village and ask some directions.
