While catching up to Nemaus, we went through the entrance of the fifth floor. We are now in the room where Akuezhor, the half-dragon and half-demon, had slain my army. Akuezhor turned around from where my DR died. His appearance is that of dark skin with nicely combed black hair, wearing a black suit. He is also wearing glasses that aren’t like the modern day or my home back then glasses. They weren’t see through. I guess he Akuezhor was using it to cover his eyes.(Shit. just think of Demiurge in a black suit with a cruel freepersonality)

“You have finally shown yourself.”Akuezhor said with an annoyed face.

Picking Nemaus up and putting him in the corner of the room while casting a barrier around him, I turned back,”Might you tell me why have you been spawning goblins all over the place?” I knew the reason because of ‘Analyze’; however, I want to hear it from him.

“I want to end this disgusting world. Everyone regardless of race discriminates against others who are different than themselves. Humans see Demi-Humans as mere animals and they use an excuse such as God telling them to conquer them, ‘the disgusting animals in human form’. Using that excuse, they attacked Demi-Human villages and their establishments. Killing all the men, and old. Using and selling the children as sex-slaves. The Nobles who already have a their wives, fucked little girls more than they do their wives. Despite the Demi-Human kids and women crying and begging them to stop, THEY CONTINUED. In addition, when one race has an offspring with another, that offspring would face persecution and abuse. EVEN THOUGH NEVER WISHED TO BE BORN LIKE THIS! THEY NEVER WANTED TO BE ISOLATED FROM OTHERS. ALL THEY WANTED WAS TO BELONG SOMEWHERE!” As Akuezhor said this, tears started to come out of his glasses.. I mean eyes. His expression turned into sadness and grief.

“You’ve gone through a lot huh?” I said so while with my arms crossed. I don’t understand how much he gone through, but I do understand that he wanted to be needed by someone, someone that would accept him despite his origins. Someone that he can think of as family.

“...... Enough of this, I will just kill you and your pet if you continue to be in my way.”

Rushing forward to be, he threw a jab at me. I took out my strongest weapon, Aedriha, and dodged his punch. Akuezhor swung his tail aiming for my head. Activating Flight Magic, I dodged my rotating myself in midair.

“Hoh, you are able to use Flight, I was pretty sure that it was one of the magic that was lost centuries ago. Only artifacts have the ability to use them now.” He said while making a dark energy ball and throwing it to me. Casting ‘Nothingless’ a black hole appeared in front of the dark energy ball and absorbed it. Akuezhor activated his Illusion Magic at me, attempting to confuse me thinking that he attacked with me with a spear-like fist. Unfortunately, such magic is doesn’t affect me. I used a scythe skill and threw Aedriha towards him. Aedriha rotating diagonally towards him with extreme speed aiming for his chest area.

Akuezhor sensing the dangerous feeling of my scythe, chose to quickly jump to the right and rolled, causing Aedriha to miss while returning back towards me. As it did, he build up his strength in his left legs and pushed forward towards me while forming his right hand like an Eagle Claw. Using ‘teleport’ to get into another location away from him, Akezhor suddenly appeared in front of me and threw a straight punch at my face and hitting it. I flew back from the impact. Fortunately, it didn’t hurt, and my HP seems to not drop by much.

‘Man this guy is way too fast’ I thought while casting ‘Hell Flame’ at him. Seeing the small flame, he was still very cautious towards it and ended up avoiding it; however, I used ‘Remote’ and willed my ‘Hell Flame’ to follow him. Noticing this, he sped towards me, I swung my scythe at him while he dodged with the most minimal movement. Too bad though. Activating my scythe’s special ability, I let go of my scythe. Akuezhor despite knowing how I fight by using ‘Combat Perception’, which allows him to know how a person’s fighting habits and how they fight, was shocked when he saw me let go of my weapon.

The scythe now floating in mid-air, swung itself at him. One of my scythe’s special ability was to allowing it to be something akin to a minion for me. I then used several spells at once targetting him which consists of mostly curses and debuffs. He recognized that he was in a very bad position. With ‘Hell Flame’ coming towards him with the effect ‘Remote’ which would make the spell follow him until it hits, Aedriha attacking him, and me casting debuffs on him which causes him to slow down, temporarily losing his ability to think because of a confusion spell, and several others.

Akuezhor decided to let ‘Hell Flame’ hit him, which was the wrong choice, but he doesn’t exactly have many options wither. Hell Flame finally hits him and he suddenly distorts his face in pain. The effect of ‘Hell Flame’ was to burn a certain percentage of HP per second until someone nullifies it or until the person dies. He created Darkness from his hand and used it to absorb the Hell Flame from causing anymore damage to him while dodging the scythe. I can tell that he is getting really exhausted. He looked at me trying to find some kind of weak point. I immediately casted a special barrier. ‘Life-Absorption Barrier’ with a normal mana barrier. Akuezhor noticed this he decided to go all out now.

Decided to hope for the best, he attempted to catch Aedriha and use it against me; however, I noticed this and cast crowd control spells. Using ‘Bone Prison’ he was surrounded bones while it builds itself quickly into a cage. After that I willed Aedriha towards me and made ‘Bone Lances’ out of thin air. Putting themselves into a spear like positioning. I willed them to pierce Akuezhor, but he then used his Darkness ability and absorbed the Bone Lances.

I then casted ‘Silence’ which causes him to be unable to use magic for a short period of time, I then casted a spear of ‘Nothingless’ at him. Being unable to dodge it, the spear pierce through his right thigh and out.

“AHHHHHHHHHHHH!” Akuezhor screamed in pain. Blood flowing out of his thighs and dripped down his legs. He began the breathe extremely fast and hard. Controlling his breathing, he decided to use his last resort. Turning on ‘Power Augmentation’ his body started to radiate with energy. His veins under his skin began to pop out of his dark skin. He smashed the Bone Prison with his dragon tail and speed up to me. His strength and speed must have at least increases by triple. Being shocked at this, I casted my most useful defensive magic ‘Body of Time’ the air distorts around the area of my body just in time before he made a world shattering punch. The punch hits me right in the chest and the impact made me flew into the wall and smashed it. I felt my HP decreased by 6%. Setting of ‘Body of Time’ ability, my HP reverted back to almost full health. This ability allows me to negate all damage within a certain time period when I activate it. If I get damaged with ‘Body of Time’ on me, as long as the damage I received doesn’t pass 5 seconds after getting hit, I could use this so that the damage would revert back in time and the damage would disappear.

Akuzhor was so shock at this, he fell to his news in front of me and his expression turned into despair and sadness. Tears begins to fall out of his eyes. If I could see his eyes, then I might feel a huge amount of pity for him. He continued to cried, while I came towards Nemaus, who was again sleeping. ‘God Damn, feel some concern for your Papa.’ If I have to see this cold treatment from him anymore, I will definitely cry. Nemaus despite being asleep, patted my head. ‘Who is the father now?’

Waiting for Akeuzhor to calm down, I sat in the corner. I didn’t really want to kill someone who cries after losing to a fight, and reading his life story, I can’t really bring myself to do something like that to him.

“Why?”

“?”

“Why don’t you kill me?” Akeuzhor said while looking at me. His tears seems to dry out now.

“Simply because I don’t want too.”

Akeuzhor stayed silent. He is most likely collecting his thoughts on what to do. Since I am here to stop him from destroying the village nearby, I won’t let him do his way.

“May you tell me your name?”

“Ridar Azzur.”

“Ridar, how are you so strong?”

“At least tell me your name man. I just told you mine.” I said with a playful tone.

“Ah, sorry. My name is Akeuzhor. Uh, no last name.”

Taking control of the conversation,

“Akeuzhor, I understand that you aren’t a bad guy. I can tell that you want to belong somewhere. Where someone would treat you kindly, where someone wouldn’t treat you like an outcast, where someone could befriend you. But if you want to get that place, you must keep trying to obtain it.”

“I don’t know where to start with that.” He said with an expression of grief.

“Well, Akeuzhor, you can start with me.” I pointed at myself while smiling a genuinely warm smile

Akeuzhor surprised by my statement, looked at me if I was serious. Seeing my smile, he jumped back a bit from his knees. Looking at me for some time, he again starts to cry. This time though, it was out of happiness. With him crying again, I took out a handkerchief that I would always kept around to clean Nemaus mouth when he finished eating. He took it and wiped out the flowing hot tears streaming down his face.

“Thank You Ridar, Thank You.” He finally looked at me in the eyes. Though I myself can't see his since his glasses doesn’t allow me to see it for God’s sake.

I came towards him and patted his back. He then asked me,

“Why do you want to befriend me?”

“What kind of stupid question is that? I am befriending you because I wanted to. Should there be any other reason?” Looking at Akeuzhor as if he was the dumbest guy in the world. He smiled.

Nemaus suddenly punched me in the face and scratched me. My face distorted from the feeling of claws scratching my real skull face. My illusion mimicry started to lose its effect when Nemaus scratched me while using his Illusion magic to destroy it. My Necromancer Class doesn’t focus on illusions so skill in it wasn’t very good. I can only use the mimicry to make an illusion that can last, but won’t if someone tries to get rid of it. Very soon my illusion magic lost its effect and revealing my Lich Form. Akeuzhor looking at me didn’t seem to look surprised.

“I kind of expected you,Ridar, to not actually be a human. I've so far never seen a human that was capable of such magic. Even more when their records of magic was destroyed back then. Though even at that time, the magic being used wasn’t as strong as yours.” Akeuzhor said to me like he already knew from the start. Nemaus noticing Akeuzhor’s acceptance of me, made a defiance fox look at him. Then looked at me as if I had betrayed him.

I can only sigh from this; however, why did Nemaus acted like that. Could it be that he liked to spend his time with me alone. ‘Ahhh, you are so sly Nemaus~.’ As if being aware of my thoughts, you shoot out Dark Lightning at me with his tail. I laughed at him while rubbing his head. Making an angry look at me, he closed his eyes and pretend to sleep on my shoulders. Akuezhor showed an amused expression at Nemaus. He then directed his gaze at me.

“Ridar, would you tell me why have you come to this dungeon. I mean why come to this particular area?”

“I was on a goblin subjugation quest. I am an Adventurer after all. Also I wanted to protect the village nearby from harm. One of my good acquaintances lived there.”

Showing a guilty expression, he seems to finally decided on something.

“Ridar, would you not mind if I tag along with you?”

“Will you tell me why?”

Akuezhor showing an embarrassed expression said, “But you won’t mind would you?”

“No. Actually it would be enjoyable if you are going to come along with me.” I smiled at him. This is true. Having a powerful person with you who you can befriend while being a companion of yours, would make definitely make it less lonely. Nemaus is more of my son, so I don’t particularly have a friend in this world. Kelsy, Hudson, Alden, and Mark were friendly guys, but they already made their own circle. If i were to join them, it would make things quite awkward between us 5.

Realizing what I had wanted to ask Akuezhor, I questioned him,

“Why exactly did use this particular dungeon to destroy the world?”

“Ah that. Well, it was the closest dungeon where I was previously at, so I chose it.” Akuezhor saying it common sense just like a kid picking the closest school to go to because he wouldn’t want to woke up in the morning early just to get to a better school. I can only sigh.

“Anyways, Akuezhor,” getting back to the point I wanted to ask him, “ what I do can be boring from times to times. Are you really sure you want to follow me?”

“Yes, I decided and I am sure I won’t regret my decision.” He seemed to be in a very happy mood right now.

Nodding my head I said, “Wait, then where is the treasure when this dungeon is completed, do you have it?”

“ I have it. But the only things it gave was a pile gold and jewels. Oh ya, it also gave this book.” Akuezhor taking out the book out of a dimension [inventory(?)], and gave it to me.

“Seriously?” Saying it as if he was playing with me

“Seriously.” Akuezhor said with a serious face expression.

“............”

Before deciding to leave this Goblin Dungeon, Akuezhor took the blue orb on the pedestal in the room and altered it with whatever it is and leaving it back on the pedestal. Also, I took out a couple of goblins out of my storage and started cutting the goblins’ ears so that I could receive a reward from killing the goblins. I started cutting them out while Nemaus is still pretending to be a sleep. How I know? Raising him for a long time would grant you knowledge of all the habits he does and giving you the ability to tell what he is feeling from just looking at him.

While cutting out the ears, Akuezhor joined me in cutting out the ears. I can’t understand why would he do something so boring, but he seemed to me happy doing so, so I won’t ask him. With that, we finished cutting out 1000 goblin ears before we went under mental exhaustion from doing the same old thing over and over again.
