I know it looks ugly since I drew him when I was around grade eight. Anyways feast your eyes on this ugly piece of art.)

Grayl was caught by surprise. He tried to escape but was too slow. Lucarius and Mia looked in horror and disbelief as the blade sank into Grayl's side. The woman tried to follow up with a slash to his throat but was suddenly stopped by one of the examiners.
"Let go of me you bastards! Do know who I really am?!" shrieked the woman hysterically as she was dragged away from the arena. Silia rushed towards the trio with healers following right behind her. Grayl was groaning in pain as Silia ordered the healers to treat his wounds. While being treated , he looked at Lucarius and Mia. He gave a toothy grin and chuckled. "Looks like I deserved that." Grayl said in a raspy voice.
One of the Healers covered Grayl's mouth. "You should stop talking at the moment. That woman managed to puncture your lungs. You should save your breadth and wait till you recover." Grayl looked as his companions before nodding. He then closed his eyes and waited for the healers to do there jobs.
While Lucarius was worried for Grayl, he looked at the healers in awe. The type of wound that was inflicted on Grayl would have been a serious injury that may need surgery. Yet the healers were regenerating the tissues and mending the wounds as if it was nothing. One could see that these healers were higher level than average.
After waiting for an hour, Grayl was finally healed. Mia rushed towards her brother and hugged her brother. She was afraid that she would lose him. Lucarius joined them after Mia seemed to calm down. Lucarius stared at the place that he was injured. Grayl chuckled. "Why are you staring at me intently? Are you interested in me?" Hearing this, Lucarius blushed and turned away.
Someone slowly approached them which made the trio turned towards the person. Silia was staring at them as if she was very interested. "I was impressed by your spectacular performance. Might I know your name?"
Lucarius stared at her intently in order to figure what she may be thinking. Grayl smiled at her and introduced her to his companions while Mia and Lucarius stayed quiet. "My name is Grayl. I do not have a surname and was born as a commoner. This is my sister Mia, and lastly a friend of mine named Lucarius."
Silia looked interested at both Mia and Grayl but she did not even glance at Lucarius. Everyone could see she did not care for Lucarius at all. Silia smiled at Grayl.
"Grayl an Mia, both of you stood out compared to majority of today's contestants. Would you like to serve under me? I do think both of you will have many advantage joining under my banner compared to most of the 'high' and 'important' figures."
Lucarius and Mia both knew what she really wanted. She wanted the siblings in order to use them rather than nurture their strength. Mia looked at Grayl and pleaded Grayl with her eyes. For some reason she did not like Silia and did not want to be restricted too much to authority. As if understanding what Mia wanted Grayl politely declined Silia's offer.

"As much as I like your offer Mrs. Albrekston, I have to decline your offer. My sister and I wanted to join the council in order to protect people, not gain wealth and fame."
Silia seemed to understand and only gave a smile before leaving. The healers followed behind her and quickly healed those who needed their help or those that Silia found interested.
As the trio watched her leave, Grayl sighed and beamed at his companions. Well that ended well." Lucarius stared at the remaining contestants and smiled.
"Looks like we finally made it..." Mia followed up behind Lucarius. "And we didn't die..." Grayl looked at them as if something was wrong. "What is the matter with you two, Don't you understand what just happened?" He then hugged the two of them joyfully.
"We made it guys! We finally joined the Council! Our life is not in danger!" He laughed heartily and soon both of them joined in with Grayl.

(Back at Jackson's place)
Jackson was sitting on top of his once comfy chair. He was worried for the trio as it seemed as if they pissed off a big organization. While he was wondering, he was snapped back to reality when he heard someone knocking on his door.
"Sheriff, I think you should come see this." said an officer at the door.
Jackson hopped from his chair and approached his door. "I hope this is important officer Tibby because I am not really in the mood."
He opened the door and his face smacked against something waiting at the door. Jackson looke up and stared at a hooded figure in the eyes. The figure was holding officer Tibby by the skull. The figure grabbed it's hood and reaveled his snout.
Jackson stared at the alligator like man right into it's eye. The alligator man's eyes slowly curved upward reaveling large pointed teeths.
"Well hello there bunny, you look quite delicious." and opened it's jaws

Thank you or reading Chapter 14. I am really sorry for uploading it late. There were some change of plans since I had to do an urgent errand. Sadly episode 15-16 will be for tomorrow.
