He got up and fought the orc.

Anyways, he got better at least at fighting. But still have trouble with wing chun.

I want him to master it, to use it all the time, but use it as mix, with other fighting style or defense in order to have the advantage in some way.

Right now he's using long sword on his right hand and a spear on his left hand.

He chose that on Monday, not me, so we practiced since then. Teaching him to switch weapons on both hands.

Violet: *deep breath* "f-finally, I, finally kills it!"

Hina body trembles by his scream.

Hina wanted to run away, but couldn't. She was tired by walking up to this place.

Hina started to worry so he decided to follow see him, and on Wednesday, she gave up and decided to follow him.

As she did, she follow him very sneaky, trying her best to let him find out. While following him, he went out the wall and went to the forest.

Seeing that, she was sock and scare, she wanted to let others know but knew that they probably won't help her.

So she also went ran towards the forest.

Walking in the forest trying to find her brother, her ears caught voices. Trying to listen carefully, she hear his brother voice, but with another boy.

Violet: "y-yeah."

He looks away. As they were talking with each other.

While staring at him, she noticed that he has black color on top, fading white at bottom both his eyes and hair.

She also noticed that he's the same age as them, but for some reason he feels more of adult rather than a kid.

Hina: (he looks cute.)

Tilts her head sideways.

Yuuto: "that why I'm telling you that you should train you senses."

Violet: "but it boring, you have to stay still at the beginning without moving nor thinking anything."

Yuuto: "you need to feel it, if you just train and doing at the same time, it would ruin your sense because you are focusing too many things."

As they were arguing, hina spoke out loud.

Hina: "I want to train too."

Violet: "you should go home now. Yuuto I'm sorry but I'm going home."

He bows and took Hina hand, but she took her hand away from him.

Confused why she did that he spoke to her.

Hina: "-i know, but either way, i want to become strong."

Violet was about to ask why but stop, he saw her sister in tears.

He stood quite while yuuto just looks at them.

Hina: "please help me to train, I too want to become strong. I know I am weak and scare. But I want to protect my family. Please help me." *Sob*

Yuuto looks away for a moment, while Violet just stood there quietly.

While time past, yuuto look back at Hina who's still blowing and tears running down. He spoke.

He-no both of them thought he would deny her, but he didn't.

So he started to train his sense.

When he turn towards Hina, she was stutter like a puppy.

So he explained her about the five mains exercises which comes from calisthenics, he also teach her about both the weight and calisthenics workout and what's it for.

When she learn about it, she finally understood why her brother does weird pose and movement.

He also tells her about the wing chun martial arts and many things that he taught Violet.

Hina: (T-this this is so much, how come my brother could learn so much.)

No no, keep on going. Don't give up. I have to try my best.

As time past while studying, hina started to workout as well, yuuto help her with her form.

Doing pushups, pullups, squats, dips, sit ups.

At first she gave up pretty fast, she was truly weak but yuuto didn't care and heal her. Repairing her muscles.

Any damage from training could heal the muscles, giving it endurance and durability.

Like eating protein after working out and taking a rest. It just builds up.

Since yuuto heal them while they kept working out, they would lose weight, diets, and would become strong as their muscles shows.

It won't be instantly, but in a few days or weeks, also yuuto won't allow them to have it because it would make their growth bad.

So until they're stop growing or got a bit taller they would be able to show their muscles...

Time past it still day time how many hours did I train it felt alot. As I train, from what I did was push up, sit up, pullups, dips, squats.

I don't know how many I did, I stop counting around 20. But I did it Everytime without a break. And if i do it wrong yuuto would not heal me, which I'll get tied.

I can't believe my brother did all this exercises. No wonder he was able to defeat them.

Yuuto: "time ups, now let learn martial art."

And so, he taught me about wing chun, a martial that I never heard of. Learning that basics, what its about, and mixing it with other fighting or defense.

It was strange because I never move my life this before.

I think that's a nice name. He handed 2 for me, and 2 for him. He would teach me how to use after this it would be a pole than fighting against my brother.
