Chapter 1: The Battle in the Sky

Chapter 1: The Battle in the Sky

Hello, I'm Naino and I'm a traveler searching for a treasure.

As I walked through the vast fields, my eyes were fixated on the horizon, scanning for any signs of the legendary treasure that I had been seeking for what felt like an eternity. The sun beat down on my bald head, and the grass rustled softly beneath my feet as I trudged on, my determination unwavering.

I had heard stories about the treasure from countless people - travelers, merchants, and even a few hermits who claimed to have seen it with their own eyes. They all spoke of its incredible power to cure baldness, a curse that I had been afflicted with that time.

I had tried everything in my search for a cure - tonics, ointments, even a few questionable remedies from shady street vendors - but nothing had worked. And so, I continued my search, hoping that I would one day find the treasure and be freed from my baldness forever.

As I walked, my mind drifted to the stories I had heard, each one more fantastical than the last. Some said that the treasure was guarded by fierce beasts, while others claimed that it lay hidden in a labyrinthine maze of tunnels deep beneath the earth.

Despite the odds, I pressed on, my heart filled with a burning desire to succeed. The journey had been long and arduous, but I refused to give up hope. For in my heart, I knew that the Anti Hair Loss Treasure was out there somewhere, waiting for me to find it.

"Hmm?? What is that?"

*BOOOOM*

Suddenly, a loud boom echoed through the sky. Looking up, I saw two massive figures fighting, their attacks ripping and distorting the very space around them. It was a sight to behold, but I knew I had to stay out of their way. The sheer power of their attacks was enough to rip apart the very fabric of space, and I didn't want to end up as collateral damage.

As the two combatants continued to trade blows, I couldn't help but overhear their conversation. It seemed that one of them was named Lin Feng, a boisterous warrior with a sword.

"LIN FENG YOU B*ST*RD!!! I will kill you today. Demonic Moon Decimation Technique!!" one of them yelled out while breathing heavily, clearly frustrated with Lin Feng's antics.

But Lin Feng just laughed in response even with the blood on his mouth.

"BWAHAHAHA. I don't know if I will die today or tomorrow, but I'm pretty sure that today is your death. Heaven Ripping Sword!!" he shouted, unleashing a devastating attack.

An image of the moon with a dark aura appeared in the back of the demonic man while a sword ki came ripping through the space and went in the direction of the demonic man.

""GAHHH""

Both of their attacks landed on their opponents' body along with a massive explosion that engulfed the whole sky. For a moment, I couldn't see or here anything due to the impact of their skills. As I recovered from my dizziness, I slowly managed to see the world around me.

Destruction, pure destruction is the only way I can describe the status of my surroundings, *phew* I'm lucky to be alive.

I looked around when I noticed the two people on the left side of me about 5 meters away. Ehem, more like two corpses. Are they dead? I cautiously approached the two figures, not knowing what to expect. As I got closer, I saw that they were indeed unconscious, but their bodies were still steaming from the impact of their clash.

I hesitated for a moment, unsure of what to do. Should I help them or leave them there? But as I looked at their battered and broken bodies, I couldn't help but feel a twinge of sympathy. No one deserves to end up like this, no matter how powerful or dangerous they may be.

With a deep breath, I knelt down beside the fallen warriors and began to tend to their wounds. It was a difficult and time-consuming task, but I knew that it was the right thing to do.

As I worked, I couldn't help but wonder - what kind of battle was this? Who were these two mighty warriors, and what was their feud about? It was a mystery that I may never fully understand, but one thing was for sure - their battle had left a profound impact on me.

...

After tending to their wounds, I set up a tent to provide temporary shelter for the two of them before going outside to look for food. As I surveyed the carnage around me, I realized that the battle had left a massive crater in the ground. It was as if the very earth had been ripped apart by the sheer force of their attacks.

I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe and fear at the same time. These two warriors were clearly on a different level than anyone I had ever encountered before. But as I thought of their broken bodies, I couldn't help but wonder if their power had been worth the cost.

As I pondered the meaning of the battle, I noticed a glint of light coming from beneath the crater. Curious, I approached and saw that it was a small, intricately carved box.

Could this be it? Could this be the Anti Hair Loss Treasure I had been searching for? My heart began to race as I reached for the box.

The treasure was unlike anything I had ever seen before. It was a small, intricately carved box made of an unknown metal that shimmered in the sunlight. The box was adorned with intricate symbols and runes that seemed to pulse with a faint, otherworldly light.

I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe and wonder as I gazed upon the treasure. It was as if I was looking upon something that was not of this world, something that held within it a power beyond my wildest imaginations.

As I picked up the box and turned it over in my hands, I could feel a strange energy coursing through my body. It was a feeling unlike any other, and I knew in my heart that this mysterious item was not the Anti Hair Loss Treasure I had been searching for. But still, I couldn't shake the feeling that this treasure was something special, something that could change my life in ways I couldn't even begin to fathom. Maybe it is from one of the warriors? Is this the reason for their fight? Should I keep it? Should I throw it?

"Hehe, Let's keep it. It can be considered as their payment for my kindness". I said so with a greedy smile on my face.

When I returned to the tent with some fruits and vegetables I had managed to scavenge, I noticed that the two warriors seem to be waking up. Suddenly, I became nervous. What should I do? Are they going to kill me? Are they going to be grateful? I saved them right? What if they are bad people? I will die. Should I run? Should I stay? Should I rob them before running away? Yosh, let's rob them.

As I fumble through their garments, desperately searching for anything of value, my bald head glistens with perspiration, creating a slick and shiny surface that threatens to blind anyone with its reflective power, all the while my mind races with thoughts of their potential retribution should they suddenly awaken to find me there, rifling through their personal belongings like a common thief. Well, I'm a thief...

"All done" I said with a brilliant smile.

"Adios, amigos". I said to the two unconscious people before running as fast as I can. Thank you for everything my friends. I know you two are grateful because I saved you. No need for any thanks, just live your lives with love in your hearts. That will be enough for me. I love you two and... please don't follow me. Bye.
