“Haha.”
Tara laughed a little.
“You guys can go outside, there are some weak wild animals a few hundred meters away from the camp, familiar yourself with your class and equipment.”
Silver nodded and walked out, behind him followed Sylvia, Ivar and Sarah. As they were walking out of the camp, none of the guards stopped them or asked anything.
After they reached outside, Ivar finally breathed out in relief.
“Wow, that was pressuring.”
Sylvia nodded meekly.
Even if Sarah didn’t nod, she felt the same.
“Let me say this in advance.”
Silver said with a serious tone.
“Since I came to this world, I felt there was something calling me out. After getting the valkyrie class, I know that I need to grow stronger.”
“My path in becoming strong would most likely be filled with hardships and I might even lose my life.”
“I will not force you three to follow my path. With the classes you guys have decided, you would have someone to heal, the second to hold the front and the last to deal damage.”
After saying this, Silver didn’t speak any longer and walked away.
The three stood there like statues, they were of course afraid of dying and had to think deeply over what Silver was saying.
As Sarah thought about it, she raised her head and glanced at the lonely back of Silver walking away without turning around.
Her heart unknowingly beat faster, and she swiftly ran towards Silver.
Following Sarah, Sylvia hurriedly tottered along.
“What should I do…”
Ivar shook his head and grit his teeth before rushing towards Silver and the rest.
Silver heard their footsteps and turned around staring at Sarah, Sylvia and Ivar in turn and spoke in a light manner.
“Are you guys sure that you want to follow me?”
Sylvia was the first one to nod, she was at least not stupid enough to think that she could survive in this world with a group not knowing what to do. She held Silver in high esteem because of his every move were calm and calculated.
“I will follow along.”
Ivar was the second one to agree.
Even after having those two agree with following Silver, Sarah could still feel the lonely aura from Silver. Her eyes shined brightly, and she opened her mouth as she stared deeply into Silver’s eyes.
“Silver, let me be your companion, I will follow your orders!”
Silver was slightly shocked, but he quickly smiled and nodded towards Sarah. As they were walking further ahead from the camp, Silver asked without glancing back.
“Ivar, tell me about the knowledge you obtained about your class.”
Ivar nodded and started to speak.
“’ As powerful in defence as in attack, the lancer’s role in a fight is at the head of the formation. His heavy shield absorbs damage, while his lance provides striking power that’s targeted yet effective against multiple foes. Numerous skills for drawing aggro let the lancer take the heat and give his party members more opportunities. Lancers can minimize damage to their own party and help them devastate the enemy.’ This was the first quote I could hear in my mind when that orb entered my body.”
“Lancers are supposed to be a bastion and a battering ram in the battlefield.”
“As a lancer, its’ shield not only protect myself, it also protects everyone behind me. We the lancers are a walking safe spot for the wounded as they escape, and a refugee for ranged fighters who want to get in closer.”
“Not only that, besides pinning down the foes and shrugging off their attacks, lancers can drive forward, drilling through anything in front of them, mowing down multiple targets as easily as one.”
“A moving shield and a mowing lance.”
Silver nodded a couple of times.
“It sounds great when it’s simplified, we will see how it works later.”
He then turned towards Sylvia and asked.
“Sylvia, would you mind telling us about the mystic class?”
“Mhm.”
Sylvia nodded happily and recited the first quote she heard in her mind when the orb entered her body.

“’Mystics walk a wild path, wielding primal powers to heal allies, summon thralls, and curse their foes. Mystics travel the battlefield freely, helping where they can and anticipating the enemy’s next moves. If you can keep up, the safest place in the world to stand is near a mystic.’”
“Mystics in the over situation is a creator and destroyer.”
“In comparison to other classes, mystics have control over the flow of battle. Strategically placing health and mana replenishing orbs around the battlefield and generate auras that enhance critical hits and movement speed.”
Silver raised his hand after Sylvia finished speaking about the ‘creator’ part.
“You said something about health and mana replenishing orbs, do you mean that these ‘orbs’ you can make can improve people if they are injured and those who are low on magical power?”
“Yes!”
Sylvia nodded happily when she saw that Silver managing to understand their abilities with just a glance.
“Huh, how do you know about magical power?”
She quickly asked as she thought she was the only one knowing about magical power.
“I’ll tell you when I’ll describe my class, you can just continue for now.”
Silver smiled and motioned his hand for her to continue talking.
Sylvia nodded and continued without stuttering.
“They are destroyer of the battlefield. Mystics stuns, curses, sears and smites enemies. They can dispel buffs on foes and debuff on allies with a simple gesture and can drain health from opponents and transform it into magical power for allies. A mystic’s thralls are devastating allies that can stand claw to claw with the deadliest of enemies.”
“Hehe, they seem useful as I thought.”
Silver felt happy that Sylvia picked the mystic class.
“Sarah, if you don’t mind.”
He said in a slightly gentler voice as he spoke towards Sarah.
And of course, did they catch up on that difference, while Silver was still smiling, it was an indifferent one towards Ivar and Sylvia. Whereas his smile was gentle as the morning sun towards Sarah.
Sarah nodded and felt happy that she decided to trust her gut-feeling.
“’The berserker is an offensive juggernaut with better-than-average defensive capabilities, heavy armour and an axe block that absorbs damage. Their capacity for sheer destruction gives them a place of honour in any party.’”
“The two points of berserkers which was the most important ones were frontal assault and siege breaker.”
“As a frontal assaulter, berserkers lives for combat. As they move from one downed opponent to the next, berserkers must keep attacking to generate magical power. They are like rabid giants, with axes.”
Even Sarah knew the existence of magical power, but she didn’t bother telling that to Sylvia when she was worked up when knowing that Silver also knew it.
“The siege breaker; a berserker on the front lines scatters, stuns, knocks down, and spins around their opponents. There’s no formation they can’t disrupt, and no opponents too big to fell.”
Even she herself was starting to grow impatient, wanting to know more about her class.
“It seems like all of you picked great classes.”
Silver smiled faintly.
“What about your class?”
Ivar asked as he did really want to know more about the valkyrie class.
Sylvia and Sarah did also nod in agreement.
“Of course, I was about to talk about it now.”
Silver’s faint smile turned into one of a bitter, but he shrugged and started talking.
“’ Using their intricately carved runeglaive, the valkyrie brands runemarks onto enemies and explodes them for massive damage. they mix slashes, leaping attacks, and power slams to destroy their foes, maximizing the effectiveness of their critical hits while nimbly evading damage.’”
“As it was mentioned, valkyrie is a class which used both force and magical power in their attacks, or more refereed to; runemarks.”
Silver stopped for moment and glanced at them before continuing.
“Valkyries aren't concerned with subtlety on the battlefield. Their philosophy is ‘kill them all, and then find someone else to kill.’”
“Weapons are meant to be used, not admired, and how the valkyrie uses their runeglaive reflects that. If they’re not branding you with a runemark, they’re exploding one in your face, knocking you up in the air, or using it to draw you in for the kill.”
Silver took his time and breathed calmly before finishing up.
“The seven runes carved into a valkyrie's weapon aren't just for decoration, they're a recipe for destruction. Every time they score a hit, they brand one of them onto their opponent. After that it's no longer a question of if they'll kill their foe, but when!”
“Wow!”
Sylvia was the first one to voice out her reaction.
“that is crazy, are valkyries a class for battle maniacs!?”
After voicing out her thoughts, she quickly held her hand in front of her mouth and stared at Silver, wanting to see his reaction.
Silver didn’t care and agreed with her with a nod.
“Yes, the valkyrie class was supposed to be forgotten long time ago, but it seems like the Alliance managed to keep it alive and turn it into a class.”
“From all the extra information I got, it all clearly showed the valkyries were a violent part of a demonic race called; Castanics. They soared through battlefields and fought to protect their homelands.”
“They seem like a class you would have fit very well in.”
Ivar voiced out his thoughts too.
“Haha, well, it might because of that I felt bonded with the valkyrie orb.”
Silver smiled and shrugged.
“It’s great that you have a class which is suited for you.”
Sarah spoke and nodded towards Silver.
The moment they were about to talk more in details about their own classes, they could see they were a long way away from the camp and could hear growls of wild animals near them.
