The forest.

Tana didn't expect much but he still wanted anything he found. It is a new world with a lot of unknown things so he want to be the first one to explore most things! He also thought that there must be people like him on Earth aswell.

One thing he did know is that there won't be starving children anymore if they can find out that mana can be used as an energy source for your body. He didn't want to tell that to anyone but it should be easy to find out on your own. 

The thing that the bird was guarding was a fruit it seems. 2 of them. One was violet in color while the other one was orange in color. The violet one is smaller so he thought the orange one is more precious. He wanted to do research on these fruit that looked like oranges with spikes immediately but he decided to wait until he got home.

After he came home he first took a shower and cleaned himself of the mud he was using to hide his smell. His bike was dirty too but that is normal for him.

He left the fruit on the table in his room.He didn't even bother to get dressed up as he started up his computer and went on the internet to see if someone found something similar to this. He didn't find anything. Some people found some new fruits and plants but that was all. There wasn't anything about this fruit though...

Tana was a bit dissapointed and happy at the same time. Dissapointed that he didn't know what he could do with the fruit,happy that he was the first one to discover something like this.

He decided to try eating the smaller violet one first. But first,he needed to make some precautions so he can be safe while the process is going on. He thought that this fruit might give him some kind of power up so he prepared for the worst. He knew that fruit like these that give power ups usually have some kind of side effect. He sat in a meditating position and started eating the fruit.

The fruit was sour and sweet at the same time. It gave of a relaxing feeling at first. He thought that it maybe doesn't have a side effect and he relaxed completely.

Little did he know that the side effect only starts after the relaxing feeling! After the relaxing feeling finished the side effects began taking effects. His body started to become hotter and he was sweating blood. He started panicking and trying to stabilize his body using mana to regenerate the small wounds he was getting.

After the first phase of the side effects ended the second phase began. A violet gas started coming out of Tana's pores and started fusing into his body. It felt like it was ripping through his bones. This lasted for 10 minutes, Tana barely held out so long,his mana was reaching the limit and he couldn't heal himself anymore.

After the side effects vanished Tana looked at his bloody body and said sadly : "I just took a shower though..." 

He also noticed that the mana capacity he could absorb has become bigger and the speed of absorbtion as well. He didn't notice anything different about his body only that he looked more cleaner.

He also noted that if the small violet fruit almost killed him, what would the bigger orange colored one do? He shivered and didn't think about that anymore. He decided to name the fruit Violet Rebirth Fruit. Because he felt like he was just reborn. Good thing he didn't wear any clothes though. He didn't want to explain how he got blood on them if someone saw them.

His parents visited once while he was testing mana ball and they were suprised and worried that the government might catch him. He told his parents if they don't tell anyone the government can't catch him.

His parents were worried about him but they swore not to tell anyone.

After taking a shower again,Tana decided to absorb the mana to his limit and see what his limit is now for real. He guessed it was atleast double than before he ate the fruit. His guess was right! After only 2 hours he finished absorbing and his limit is now a bit more than 2 times than before.

"Wow...I feel great!" Tana said as he jumped of his bed and started practicing mana control. He also noticed that controling mana also became easier due to his mana capacity. If there is an anomaly in his control he will just put more mana in it. After seeing the effects of the spinning mana ball he wanted to try and make his own spell.

He thought for a moment and decided that he will try making a sword light from mana. The properties he wanted to try were spinning and vibrating. He wanted maximum penetration power in his magic. He also wanted to try and add an elemental effect like fire or water but he didn't know how to do those so he stopped there.

His first few tries on making a sword light didn't go well. He barely made a 1 centimeter long sword light that couldn't spin or vibrate.

This went on for 2 weeks. During those 2 weeks there were some news about an army squad that has gone missing in the woods near his town. He knew what those news were about of course. His progress towards a complete magic spell were slow though. He only managed to complete 10% of the spell.

The sword light he was making right now was 10 centimeters long and could vibrate really slowly. If he tried to make the sword light vibrate faster he would need to change the lenght to 2 centimeters. He wanted to try harder but this was already the best he was doing.

His mana capacity improved aswell with his control.He learned the second basic spell from the tutorial book. It was a mana arrow spell. Its power was weaker than the spinning mana balls but the amount of arrows he can spawn was bigger. It was the perfect spell for group fighting. He tried adding spinning and vibrating to the arrows but he couldn't put so much properties on such a quantity of arrows.

His current spells were :Mana ball,Spinning mana ball,mana arrow and sword light (10% finished)

He was quite confident in his strength so he decided it's time to go on a little adventure in the woods outside the town. He wanted to get some more unknown plants and fruit. He didn't eat the Orange Rebirth Fruit during the two weeks time. He was still a bit doubtful that he can endure such side effects.

The smaller Violet Rebirth Fruit did that to him he didn't even try to imagine what would happen if he ate the orange one.

He grabbed a dagger he got from his father and wore some green and brown camo clothing.He is preparing on going on his first adventure now!
