Snow's room could be easily recognized from a distance. Most of the rooms were dark colors with an ominous feel to them, all except Snow's. Snow's room, unlike the rest, seemed completely bright white on the outside, and the inside. It didn't seem to be just white however, there were a lot of different shades, ranging from completely white to gray. It looked like a solitary confinement room to some extent, but her belongings made it look sort of normal. There was a bed in one corner, a cupboard, a drawer, a table and chair, and a lot of miniature ice sculptures. There weren't any windows in the room however.
"I would have made it look better if I knew I will be having guests,x Snow chuckled nervously.
Snow sat on the bed with the blood wolf, and Alan got the chair and sat in front of them. He was still bleeding so Snow brought some bandages for him. "Just sit and let me do it for you." She insisted when Alan reached for the bandage.
He nodded and sat there completely still, waiting for her to finish. The blood wolf seemed to be looking down most of the time, sneaking a peek at the two every little while. Snow figured the girl wasn't used to being near dragons, which could kill her in a heartbeat if they wanted to, either that or just extremely shy.
Snow could also get a better look at the girl now that she was not in an environment as hostile as the classroom. The girl wore a hooded, pink coat, reaching down till her ankles. Her clothing was mostly black on the inside with the exception of the hook of her belt which was a dark reddish pink. Her eyes were of a light pink color, a bit lighter than her hair which was also pink. Her two ears were down which Snow guessed gestured towards nervousness. She also possessed a pink tail, closer to that of a fox than a wolf, barely visible due to her long coat as it was under it. Snow decided to keep an eye on the girl in case she tried something, which, as far as Snow could tell, was highly unlikely to happen.
Once she was done with bandaging Alan she sat down near the girl. She saw that Alan was about to say something but stopped, piquing her curiosity. Since the other two weren't saying anything Snow decided to start talking, so to not make the situation awkward. She told the two about herself and what she wanted to do. Talking vaguely about her past and mixing in some lies to make it seem normal, which her actual past did not feel like to her at all.
Snow turned towards the girl just to see her staring at her with big eyes. Snow found that cute, she thought the girl was cute, to an extent she found herself thinking that weird. She didn't really like the part the girl hasn't said anything but she let it pass because she was cute. And yes, she has always been really bad at dealing with cute things.
"So", Alan said out of nowhere, "what do you think of hybrids?"
Snow was confused why he asked that all of a sudden, but tracing where his eyes were focused made it clear. When Alan said that the girl stopped looking at Snow and looked down again, trembling slightly. Even Snow could have put the pieces together a while ago, the girl was a hybrid, fairly obvious to Snow once she picked the girl. The question still remained though, how did Alan know?

The reason she was looking down before wasn't because she was nervous, but she knew that Alan had already figured it out? Snow wondered.
"It was quite obvious." Alan sighed, as if he read her mind and knew just what she questioned. "There was no reason for anyone to be so scared of everything when they were chosen by the demon king himself, except one. If someone knew a big secret which they didn't want others to know. I am sure you know hybrids are not taken well by demons. They are created by humans and only follow their orders, so it's reasonable for demons to kill them at the first opportunity."
That was the most she heard him say till now, but he seemed mostly right. It made sense. Hybrids are not taken lightly by demons, if everyone knew she was a hybrid they, will all be against her, perhaps even kill her. It also became clear who knew that secret, Obsidian. That's why she followed his order that easily even when she hadn't moved when invited by Snow. She also knew Obsidian was powerful and no one would stand up against him, but, when Snow and Alan tried protecting her earlier, or well, not letting her leave, she thought that someone might stand up to him to protect her.
The terror was visible on the girl's face and her ears looked as if they were attempting to retreat inside her head. Snow slowly pulled the girl close and patted her gently on the back, attempting to calm her down. She didn't really care much about the fact the girl was a hybrid, to Snow, the girl didn't seem like she could willingly hurt anyone, not a great quality for someone chosen by the demon king, but it mattered little to her. Snow was willing to protect the girl, but she still felt not sure whether Alan planned to do the same.
"I am not going to hurt you." He reassured, getting a bit closer to the girl with a smile on his face. "I will protect you, not for nothing however." His face changed back to a serious one. "You will have to follow my orders and do as I say, no retaliation."
Snow doubted if she should let it happen. For one, she still felt unsure how trustworthy Alan was, and what he did just now made her trust him all the less. She didn't know what he planned to do, she has been trying to understand his plan but was unable to figure out anything.
He suddenly got up and walked towards the door, opening it, prepared to leave. "You don't have to answer me right now, I am giving you till tomorrow morning." He informed before walking out.
Snow didn't know what to call her still, so she gave the girl a book and quill to write her name after she calmed down. Most blood wolves were unable to read or write, surprisingly the girl could. She wrote 'Crystal', a unique name, but it was also obvious why the girl was named such The girl's eyes shined like small crystals when a bit of light reflected from them, they were beautiful.
After showing the girl what Snow can do, her ice sculpting mainly, she escorted the girl back to her dorm, which was surprisingly close to Snow's, just two doors to the side. When she came back a theory came to Snow's mind. The girl could be in need of their help to stand up against Obsidian, but, she could also be working for him to acquire information on Snow and Alan, something she felt she should watch out for.
Snow felt conflicted of whom to trust and whom to not, she knew she could just kill everyone who betrayed her if the need arise, that wasn't hard for her. Most of the students here wouldn't really withstand sub-zero temperatures, and even if they did they will be greatly slowed.

"Don't be too hasty friend," Whispered the voice in the dark, "We have an ample amount of time."
The friend remained silent, listening to the voice. The voice belonged to a female, communicating telepathically to someone on the surface.
"The final exam, that will be our chance, and then, we will finally get to meet, and then, all who stood against you will perish." The voice faded into silence as it spoke.
