For the third time i wake up in this fancy room. I think i’m getting too used to this too fast. But i’ve always been fast to adapt, and also i’m learning magic! Who wouldn’t be pumped! Because i got pumped up from what i just thought to myself i quickly change and leap out my door. On a table was a note saying we should head to the field as soon as we wake up. Seeing this i dash over to the field, still filled with energy. When i get there i realize i was the first to get there. But the knight captain was already there. He looked over to me and asked

“Oh? And why are you over here so early?”(knight captain)

“I had a bit too much energy in me this morning so i thought i would get an early start!”(me)

I said enthusiastically!

“Ha! Ha! It’s good to see kids today still have so much energy! Ok then! I’ll put you through extra training!”(knight captain)

I’m vary disappointed in myself for coming here early. It was torture! Much harder than the regular training i was put through before. But the worst part is when the others came about ten minutes later they still went through the standard training, while i still had to continue my special training. And on top of that. After we were through with our morning workout the knight captain said something terrible to me

“Good job nick! Come here tomare at the same time you did today!”(knight captain)

I could only respond with a

“Yes captain...”(me)

Ah! My life is hell… but at least physical training is over. Wait i still have spirit training.

Spirit training was hell with my already exhausted body. But now magic training! That requires no physical use at all right?

“Today we're going to channel magic in our bodies and run a lot!”(GM) [warning this was not actually said. This was just a joke. ;P]

Instead of going to the classroom we went to before, we went to a aulter room. And instead of the grand magus, there was a pope-ish looking elderly man in white robes with white hair, even including a long beard.

“hello there i am the pope of the church of man. And today i’m going to explain the relations of the gods, and see which gods have blessed you. Now it all started around-”(the real pope)

So do all old men give long winded speeches? Because if they do, i want to do that too when i become an old man! Well anyway the jist of what he said was…

1. No one knows how old the world is but it is estimated to be a hundred thousand years old.

2. In the beginning there was only the void that exists between all of the other already existing worlds, then ours came into existence.

3. The world had five gods, fire, water, earth, air, and void(magic)

4. Each one had its own domain, but the world was mostly made of earth, so the god of earth believed it was the most powerful and should lead the other gods.

5. The world was covered in water, so the god of water believed it should lead the others and was the most powerful.

6. The air existed above the land and sea so it believed it was the most powerful, and should lead the gods.

7. The fire burned everything it touched and thus, believed it was the most powerful, and should lead the gods.

8. The void god was truly the most powerful and thus it did not care for the affairs of other gods.

9. The four elemental gods raged a war. The earth was scorched, drowned, blown away, and buried.

10. The void god could not stand to see their beautiful world ravaged by war, so he used his powers to bring all life into the world. Plants, animals, monsters, and all the sentient races.

11. Because of this the void god was also known as the god of life.

12. The void god told the other gods to not directly intervene in the world but instead use the mortals to fight.

13. A great war was fought. Nobody knows who one, but nobody cared. After the war ended the world survived. And although the gods were not on the best of terms they were at peace with each other.

14. then, new gods were born one for each of the sentient races. The god of humans, the god of demons, the god of elves, and the god of beastmen.

15. Unlike how it sounds demons aren't evil and live at peace with the other races.

16. Hundreds of years later a race from a race of monsters called dragons, somehow, even though no one knows how one ascended into a god. From that day forward the dragons were considered a sentient race different from monsters.

17. Many other gods were born, for many different realms such as money, or blacksmithing.

18. No major wars were made after the first great war.

He gestured towards a crystal ball that was on a pedestal. David elected himself to walk up first. And He touched it. and

Yep all standard hero blessings

“Oh! To have the blessings of four gods! And even an elemental god’s blessings.”(the real pope)

David is seeming to be getting used to all this praise, so he didn’t seem to take it seriously.

“Now come on, it’s time for the rest of you all to get tested.”(the real pope)

The others got tested, and because i was in the back, i got tested last. And the results were…

* ???

* God of ???

* God of combate

* God of pride

“Well this is unusual.”(the real pope)

“What do you mean?”(me)

“Well you see the question marks, that means the god has hidden his identity, while still giving his blessing. But the strange part is one of them is just question marks, gods usually only hide their domain”(the real pope)

“Oh, then what about the god of pride?”(me)

“Ah! Pride is one of the seven holy sins!”(the real pope)

“Seven holy sins?”(me)

“Well you see there are seven holy sins in the world. Each are what makes us human, and are good for us to have, and pride is one of them. But each of the holy sins have a dark side, such as pride has arrogance, envy has obsesion, and wrath has revenge.”(the real pope)

“And the god of combat? What's different about that compared to the god of war?”(me)

“Well the god of war is more about big scale battle, while the god of combat is more about one on one fights”(the real pope)

Oh so that's what they means, but those ??? gods still unnerve me. What could it mean. But it seems time was up because we headed back to eat food. And after that food, we did yet again… weapon training, some of the others complained that all we were doing was swinging a sword, they were given a long, and i mean half-hour long speech about the importance of getting familiar to your weapon. But i think i understand what the soldiers mean. I think just by doing this i understand how to swing a sword better. But that didn’t make this any less tiring. And with the stress of the extra workout this morning, i was just so so tired. I just gotta sleep. must! get! to! the bed!
