Under the full moon.
On a clear night
In a garden of red trees and black trunks, behind a small mansion.
A beautiful lady, who doesn't look 25 years old. Her skin is as white as the moon that accompanies her, without imperfections, without marks, it's a white skin that you wouldn't even want to touch with a rose for fear of hurting her. Her perfect body like an hourglass, covered in a beautiful scarlet dress with black tones to match.
Even with that great beauty, no one would suspect that she feeds on the blood of humans. No one would suspect that she hides great strength and that those beautiful and mesmerizing red eyes could really make you lose your mind.
But that doesn't matter anymore.
This is a vampire world and she as a vampire doesn't have to hide anymore, not like her ancestors who hid in the mountains, in subway worlds.
She no longer fears the light of day because the Moon Goddess has stifled her flames.
In her face there is a great emotion, it only remained for the moon to rise a little more and for the clock to strike 12 o'clock, so that the day of her birthday could begin.
It wasn't long but the wait was almost eternal, every year she felt that these last 10 minutes were getting longer and longer. She still enjoyed these 10 minutes, an activity that she and her parents did, and she still enjoys it today.
When the clock finally struck 12 she stood still.
Waiting for something...
"Happy birthday, Valery"
She was startled to hear those familiar voices and looked around again, realizing that it was only her imagination. It was just her mind fulfilling her deepest wish.
To see her parents again and be together to celebrate this important date.
Today is her 100th birthday and she is no longer mom and dad's little girl.
And today they can finally celebrate her birthday under the moonlight, in a world of peace that they can truly call their own.
"Thank you" was all she could say.
Grateful to her parents, who were good to her, who raised her in an excellent way. To fight in the front against humans, to allow her what they didn't have.
A world where she doesn't have to hide because of who she is and what she can do.
She got up, straightened her dress and entered the small mansion. Where she was greeted by her maid.
Adelaide, who did not lose in beauty, her hair was black and curly, the tone of her hair marked her plebeian blood.

"Hello Adelaide" Valery greeted her with a soft smile hiding her sadness to her maid, her best friend even though she outnumbered her by 30 years, she still treated her like an older sister.
"Happy Birthday Valery" She said waving her hands previously hidden behind her back, revealing a spiral shaped Cheesecake.
The spiral in the cake, was pink and white. One part mixed with blood and the other keeping the original part of the recipe.
Even if it was not totally nutritious for the vampires who have to drink blood to feed themselves, there are still variants created by those humans who became humans to adapt to this different diet.
One of those few recipes being this B-Cheesecake.
The favorite cake of Valery and her father, now this beautiful cake was a bitter sweet memory.
"Will you join me for dinner?"
"Of course, I wouldn't let you eat this alone, it could give you a sugar problem" Adelaide joked.
"Pfff" She couldn't help but laugh at that joke, as a vampire there are many things that could make her sick. Obviously eating a lot of sugar is not bad for her.
"Let's eat" She said closing the door and sitting down at the table of 14 people.
Adelaide helped her sit down at the table where the silverware was already prepared.
They both ate without making any noise, keeping their sharp ears open to the shrill sounds of china and steel cutlery.
"Adelaide... Can I afford a birthday present?"
"Hmm?" Suppressed and with her mouth full, Adelaide looked at her lady.
Valery is not a girl who asks for gifts and if she asks for them at all, she is one to say it straight out. But now that she was asking, it must be that the gift she wanted was quite expensive.
"Of course, miss, your personal savings are already very large, I was even worried that you would never spend it. What do you want? Tomorrow we can go to the market directly to get what you want."
In the morning
Valery woke up late. Vampires may not need to sleep, but closing their eyes and going to bed is something vampires often do for various reasons.
The most common is to cope with the erosion of time, another reason is so that time will pass more quickly. The reason Valery slept is something that young vampires of this new age have done a lot, sleep to stop thinking and let things go.
A vampire's sleep is different compared to humans, if a vampire sleeps it can last for several years. So what Valery did was more of a short nap.
"Ahhh~" Valery covered her mouth from her loud yawn.
She opened the two doors of her large, cold coffin. The coffin was lined inside with a red soft cloth, on the top were two white pillows.
As she opened it a white mist came out until it hit the ceiling, that white mist was the extreme cold in which she slept.
This cold could be as low as -30°C to -28°C. It is an extreme cold that no human could survive. But for Valery this cold is her minimum sleeping condition, Valery's family is a noble family of vampire barons. So her body has been adapted to the cold element for a long time and centuries.
Making this family one of the few noble families to use the cold element as magic. A sign of this is their hair color, white as the snow itself.
Valery has the magical ability of cold body so she releases from her body an intense cold and can freeze many things with the touch of her body only if she wishes.
But that is her limit, her limit as a vampire of Baron nobility.
Yet she doesn't care about those things, since they are no longer at war her training can wait until she enters the 100 year vampire academy.
She rose from the coffin which was tilted at about 45° from the ground. She went straight to the black glass mirror to see her reflection....
Her hair was so messy and still frosty from the cold she had created to sleep. She scratched her head, not caring for the multiple knots in her hair.
She looked at the clock showing 7:59.
"1.. 2... 3"
Just as she said the last minute entered Adelaide, carrying a bottle similar to a bottle of wine. Of course there was no wine in it.
But the sweet smell released by the bottle is sweet enough and perfect enough to whet her morning appetite. If it weren't for the manners instilled in her since childhood she would pick up the bottle and drink like a drunkard sipping the nectar of a good liquor.
"Good morning! Miss, how was your nap?"
"Perfect Adelaide, it was perfect" she replied as she watched carefully, as the red liquid dripped down into the cup in her hand.
"That's very good, I already sent a letter last week to the 100 year old academy."
The academy for vampires are divided by age, and do not last long, except for the first one that lasts about 5 years from 13 to 18.
The next academy is at the age of 100, which lasts from 100 to 103.
The specific reason why there is an academy at this age is because of the substantial change in the vampire's body from childhood or adolescence to adulthood that begins at the age of 100.
In ancient times it was said that vampires who were born from vampires could not live past the age of 100 because of this great change, obviously this was created by humans who became vampires and had the joy of becoming a vampire.
There are only three results, a bad one, a normal one and a good one.
"It's okay Adelaide... but can we go to the market?"
"Yes, the carriage is ready but please get ready before you go" Adelaide joked to the careless Valery.
Adelaide helped to fix her hair while Valery enjoyed the cup of blood.
"Adelaide this bottle tastes better than the others which one is it?" Valery without waiting for the answer took the bottle looking at the type of blood it is.
AB-
Valery was very excited to see the type of blood, as she knows how expensive this blood is. Also more importantly in the nearby blood farms this blood is so scarce that it is better to trade with it than to keep it for themselves.
"It's my birthday present, enjoy the bottle".
Valery appreciated this gift from the bottom of her heart.
