Franz wasn't even able to sleep for a long period of time before I took control over his dream. First I created some good images that he wanted. For example, I recreated the romantic scene on the prow from the Titanic. That guy really liked it, he is such a good boy.

That sweet moment did not last for long, I made that whole dream disappear only Franz was left alone. It is time for my great entrance. I appeared out of nowhere. I looked exactly like my version in the infirmary. Let's see if my acting skills are still as good as they were.

Franz PoV:

She appeared out of nowhere, she was so white that it was difficult to even see her. -"Sir Franz? Is that you?"- That was way different than usual.-"Sir Franz! Please! Save me!"- She was crying and reaching for me. I wanted to grab her hand but something pulled us apart.

-"Not so fast my little girl"-I heard a beautiful voice.-"You cant do this"

-"Noo, I do not want leave!" - My girl was crying, but I could barely see and hear her. I started to run towards her without thinking, my body just moved on its own. Then I saw it, near my girl stood another woman. She was beautiful like a goddess, her purple dress was simple and long. And on her head were horns, they were shining in the mysterious light.

-"Stop right there, you evil creature!"- That woman did not listen to me, she kneeled before my girl and hugged her in a motherly embrace. At that moment terrifying force stopped me, I felt like something grabbed my neck and lifted me in the air.

Before me stood that same woman that was hugging my girl. But this one had a whip in her right and sword in her left hand.-"You call me evil? Yet it is not me who want to get in her pants."

-"What did you said? I would never do something like this! I love her."-I was swinging my arms but that invisible force was enormous.

-"Hmm, then tell me her name. If you love her you should know it."- She asked such easy question but I wasn't able to say anything. I know only her looks nothing more nothing less.-"You see, it is your dick that is talking, not you."- She released me and I fell on my knees.-"Now begone, I have to make her last-seconds ass painless as possible."

-"What did you say?"-I was shocked with her words.

-"So you do not even know this, right now she is lying with fever in the infirmary. Soon she will die, and it is because of you that this will happen! My sweetie, just stay where you are your mommy is coming to you."- And she disappeared. Was it her mother? I decided to walk to my girl. I was running toward her. Then she spotted me. For a moment she stopped crying and called.

-"Sir Franz! You did not leave alone!" -She slipped out of that women embrace and run towards me. She was faster than I thought, she embraced me, I could fell the warmth of her body.-"Mom, this is Sir Franz, he saved me from that orcs."- Her mother looked displeased with me touching her daughter

-"You know consequences of this right? Yet you still want to stay with him?"- She was pissed, she looked like ripping off my head would be the most pleasant thing in the world.-"Does he want to stay with you?"

-"I do, I am fully aware of this."-My girl replied.

-"Good, but I will not leave you in the hands of unruly man."- She said and my girl evaporated.

-"What did you do to her?"- I readied myself to fight.

-"Nothing she just went back to her body, I need to talk to you." -Suddenly we appeared at top of the highest tower of the fortress.-"I will tell you her fate now, and if you are willing to stay with her then this fate will be partially yours."-She looked very sad and serious.

-"Please tell me, I will do anything for her, I swear on a Holy Goddess of Light!" - She just smiled and started her story.

-"Boy, she is my adopted daughter, I found her in the woods near the corpse of a woman. I saw potential in that baby so I decided to rise her, but law prohibited me from doing this, I could only meet her in her dreams. So I left her under the care of the old witch, that I pacified into obedience. After few weeks she behaved like a proper granny so I could leave without worry. Nothing major happened until that day when you rescued her from the orcs. That day I saw the future. There are two ways it will go. First way she will be hunted as a heretic by the churches of all gods simply because I adopted her. The summoned hero will kill her and take her soul to power up his sword. The second way she will be sold as merchandise by this king, she will end as a sacrifice to the gods. In every case, she suffers because you saved her that day. If you did not interfere she would have her head severed without pain. And her soul would be reunited with me. But now she will suffer and end as power source or meal to this assholes. It is her last chance to die peacefully but she is begging me to let her live a little bit longer. JUST FO YOU!!!!"-She was enraged.

-"I do not know what to say."- I was very conflicted, thousand of thoughts swarmed inside my head.-"Is there a way to save her?"- I asked and her mother smiled.

-"There is but she will not agree to this."-She lowered her head and said.-"She would never forgive me if I did this."

-"Tell me what has to be done?"-I grabbed her hand and asked her.-"I will sacrifice my soul just make her happy"

-"She would need to inherit my powers which would result in my death, and you, you would need to be much more powerful, powerful enough to defeat gods."

-"What"-That things struck me like a lightning.-"You do not mean..."

-"Yes I do, she will have to replace me as a goddess, and I do not belong to this holy faction of gods that you like. Will you still do it for her?"

I did not hesitate for a second.-" I will do anything, just for her."

-"Good to hear"-She raised her head.-"Now I will grant you a blessing or a curse as some would call it. It will work only if you truly love her and if you are able to sacrifice anything for her. Are you ready?"

-"So be it."- I was determined to fight for my love.

-"From now on you will be known not as Franz Maurer but as Franz the Eternal"- She said and touched my forehead. I felt a bit of pain. -" You will understand the power of this blessing in the future."

-"Thank you,"-I wanted to say something but she stopped me.

-"It is time, farewell, take care of my daughter. Right now she is dying in the infirmary, but you can bring her back to live with a kiss of love. Bye" - She disappeared like smoke on the wind. I woke up in my room, in my right hand, I had a Lash in my left hand was a blade. They were the exact same things that mother of my girl wielded. There was a letter too.-"Please tell her that I love her"-That piece of paper disappeared after I read it.

-"Thank you for your gifts."- I stood up and hid them in my wardrobe. Then I run as far as I could to the infirmary to ask my girl for her name and if she is willing to stay with me forever.
