"Shizu~!" Mary called across the dorm.

Shizuka jolted out of her train of thought, "you didn't have to yell." She muttered as she closed her book and got off the sofa chair she was reading on. The dorm was small and condo-esqe living space. 

"Yeah, anyway~ look! An invitation!" Mary animated in her classic golden retriever fashion.

"For another party I assume," Shizuka commented as she started to walk over.

"Yup! And you're coming!" Mary chirped.

Shizuka immediately turned on her heel back to the sofa chair and plopped back down. Mary sighed, "I guess you won't get the extra credit."

"They said at the assembly that they allow parties but they don't fully support them," Shizuka pushed up her glasses.

"Adam, you got a text." Eric called, eyeballing the doorway to the hall.

"No, it's their laundry day though," Adam replied as he sat down on the sofa chair next to Eric's to check his phone,

Adam grabbed his sketchbook and opened it to a random blank page. Eric glanced over at Adam, "going all out?"

"Going all out would be coloring it," Adam answered distantly as he sat his laptop onto an end table.

"Do you know who you're sending your art to? I mean what if it's some..." Eric lowered his voice exponentially after "some".

"Some Zori? I think Zoris are more common on Reddit than on BookBrush." Adam replied as he pulled up the latter app. 

"Touché," Eric smiled as he typed up the text his parents have been waiting for.
