Behind his back, Taluna gasped at the door.
Ake could tell it was hers even while not looking, that was how close they had been. It was not really surprising when he recalled the memories of her.
Ake’s memory was still crystal clear about her. She was his first, and most beautiful to-be bride, who was chosen from the moment of his birth. No one, not even the younger and fairer-skinned ones could challenge her naturally seductive allure.
The magically youthful lady was the daughter of the last chieftain of the tribe before he was killed in battle. Quite a few duels to the death had been fought for her and the winner hadn’t been able to live long. He had no idea why but perhaps jealousy or vengeance had something to do with their short lives.
The similarly dark-skinned woman should be over forty-something, but it was believed her beauty was preserved or even enhanced by tribal magic. The very same magic that foretold his birth, and as far as old Ake knew, she would never age even a single day.
As crazy-weird as it sounded, the fact was, the woman had lovingly raised the man who would later become her dear husband. Taluna had done it faithfully because an old decrepit man said that their stars had matched in the heavens.
The senile old balding man was probably high from sniffing the burnt mushroom but no one had ever dared to speak against him. No one had wanted to shit himself to death.
Regardless of his personal opinion, the strange memory had come flowing down like rushing water, as if they were his own.
“Ake, la-nana, please,” she said as he tried to walk away.
My beloved, she had called him in the tribal tongue.
Ake turned around and was torn apart when he saw the other two, his fourth and sixth promised brides, Oka and Illa, standing behind the older woman. They were just as pretty as he recalled. Oka still had perfect alabaster skin and thick sexy lips while Illa had that lively and smooth olive skin and the innocent look that every man covets.
He was reminded that not all tribal people were dark-skinned. The prettiest among them were kept from outsiders eyes and many tribal wars had been fought for such fine girls.
But haughtily pretty as they were, he had no honest feeling for any of them. The physical attraction was there but surprisingly very dull. Ake had never experienced anything like it before but perhaps it was expected considering the situation he was in.
Nevertheless, accepting their longing felt wrong, but something deep in him forced a tear to escape from his tear ducts. The previous Ake probably missed them dearly.
Another memory flash made his legs freeze.
A glimpse of all-red Taluna with large goat horns and bat wings whilst giving him an awesome blow on his sixteenth birthday. It was the next morning after a long night when the previous Ake had slain a man in battle and became an adult in the tribe’s law.
His feet refused to bulge to either get away or go forward.
He was glued to the floor.
Ake only realized what the memory curtailed because he was no longer the kid or the same naive future chieftain. Something like that could never have been a dream. What the young man had seen was beyond any explanation he could come up with inside his head.
“Ake-ir nu atton,” said the woman, and the two childhood friends came to get him by the arm and dragged him into the room, as she asked them to.
The original Ake might not fully understand what he had lived through, but this new him knew it all too well. He had to thank all the knowledge from modern popular culture which had filled his head with useless fantasy things.
Useless until now.
Goosebumps crawled all over his being.

Whatever his first bride was, the woman was not nearly human. She was probably a demon, at least, according to Earth’s popular culture.
The two girls had been unreservedly pressing their extra warm and otherworldly soft chests onto him, but he couldn’t enjoy them or even relax at all. He almost jumped on his feet when he realized the door was locked behind him, and the two girls let out high-pitched giggles as if it were very funny.
“It’s too bad, but I know you are not the naive boy anymore, Ake,” Taluna said as she sauntered to his front, radiating an alluring but also sinister aura. “And I know you have an idea of what I am. I can see it in your eyes.”
“You- you are not human, aren’t you? And so are these girls,” Ake swallowed.
“That’s very perspective of you,” the woman mocked and chuckled, “these are my daughters but also my twins, and as always you smell very tasty, or tastier, I might say,” the lady licked her lips with her inhumanly longer tongue.
Her red eyes shined brighter in the dark as her nails grew longer and sharper.
His body refused to move even when his instinct was screaming at him to run.
Ake cursed inside when his knees gave out all of a sudden and he knelt before the unnatural beauty. Taluna smiled wickedly as she looked down on him before the two girls directed him to lay on his back, his hands bound in between their lovely long legs.
Something told him that he might not make it after all.
Were they going to eat him, literally, like those goddamned cannibals?
Why else would they hold him down like this?
His fingers felt warm and drenched as the two sat on his hands. They used their whole body to keep him pinned on the floor while letting out ghostly sexy moans.
“Wha- what do you want?”
“Oh, what else?” The three of them spoke in spooky unison and giggled at his shocked expression. “We want our men, Our dear faithful tribe back, and you are going to get it for us, our dear chieftain. But don’t worry, we don’t mean right now, as we kind of enjoy this momentary break. And we also know you are too pathetic to do anything right now,” the three giggled in the same bone-chilling unison.
He would have peed in his pants if he could, or allowed to.
The woman then sat on his completely limp manhood before she licked his face with her inhumanly long tongue. The huge pair of maroon fluffy bombshells dangled over him but there wasn’t even a lick of arousal. All his fingers were forcefully used as their toy all this time but not even that could nearly tickle him into the mood.
“But I don’t know if I can help you,” Ake said, desperate to change the subject.
Ake groaned in shearing pain. Every time he tried to pull his arm, the girls’ moans got louder causing their sharp fingernails to dig a little deeper into his arms.
“Oh, don’t worry, we’ll make sure that you’ll at least survive long enough,” the woman giggled. “It is the tribe's inheritance, but for a tiny price, of course.”
Taluna then tore open her clothes. The pair jiggled wildly and her soft enticing belly alone might have turned him on if the circumstances were different.
She rubbed the soft delicate flesh right before the woman had pierced her stomach open with her razor-sharp nails and pulled the torn skin apart. Her arm bent in all the wrong ways as she then reached in and rummaged through her insides.
All the while the alluring woman let out explicit moans as if she had very much enjoyed every second of the self-mutilation.
A shiver ran down his spine as she pulled a shard out of her torn-open stomach.
Blood was pouring out of the wound before it visibly knitted together right before his eyes. It was back in the form of a bloody sexy belly within seconds.
“This is what you mortals called the [Flesh] shard, la-nana, but of course, it is way more than just that,” Taluna smiled until her lips literally reached her eyes.
It looked like she could swallow him whole if she wanted to.
The woman giggled as she placed the bloody shard onto his stomach. His worst nightmare came true when the thick blood around the shard began to move like it was living limbs.
Only at that moment, he realized the real reason why the girls had sat on his hands. All his valiant efforts to escape had amounted to nothing. Ake gritted his teeth as shearing pain assaulted him as the bloody thing burrowed itself into his stomach.
He would have screamed his lungs out if he could, but the demon lady was kissing him on the lips forcefully. The pain doubled when the thing moved around in his stomach as if it was trying to find a perfect place to settle.
It felt like an eternity had passed until it suddenly stopped.
A breath of relief escaped him when it stopped wiggling around.
The demon lady straightened up while licking her lips.
“Overcome the curse, well, if you can, other-worlder,” Taluna said and giggled as if she was mocking the clueless man from another world.
“And for our sake, don’t stay in this boring town for too long, my beloved,” she added.
He blacked out right after that.
