CHAPTER 94: A NEW MASTER FOR ACCU AND THE EYE OF THE DEVIL

CHAPTER 94: A NEW MASTER FOR ACCU AND THE EYE OF THE DEVIL

Completely naked, after leaving her black with red lines robe next to the Fireflies Waterfall, Keyṉ slowly stepped through the water, advancing more and more toward the depths of the Waterfall.

But even if the coldness of those waters was pleasantly surrounding her, the young lady felt something weird underwater and, stopping in place, when the water raised up to her hips, she slowly turned and looked around, leaving the splendor of a Virgin’s body be admired by the whole nature, which was watching her from everywhere.

Suddenly she saw hundreds, if not thousands of fireflies surrounding her, and those small, phosphorescent beings didn’t approach the waterfall from the forest or from the shore, but they have been born right from those waters, and this gave Keyṉ the feeling that she was in the arms of magic.

And it was so, for… when she looked at the water, her hand unwillingly touched her naked chest and the water surface turned into a crystalline cloth, on which the images were projected one by one. Thus, the young girl saw that that place has been only a huge swamp at first, with ivy and other beasts living in those depths, and all of them controlled by Tenebre. But the Titanide something disliked about that place and, using the magic of the Palantir, which she brought there to see the future of her forest, a habit she had each time a huge, red comet was seen in the sky, an event seen once in 3 months, she projected that image seen by Keyṉ, the splendid image of the famous Fireflies Waterfall, and which was actually only the product of the Titanide’s mind, brought into the world by the Palantir’s power.

„Now I understand why this place seemed strange to me,” Keyṉ said to herself and leaned back, sinking only half in that transparent water. Then, moved by a strange impulse, the young lady stretched her hand in front and saw a weird axis, from a silver material, thin as the necklace of a medallion, that was wrapping around her arm as if a snake was twining itself; on the branch of a tree, and the top of that neckless ended wrapped around her middle finger as if it was a ring in several layers.

„The axis of the Yātrīkar’s magic in my hands,” the young Yātrīkar with the soul of a woman told herself. „Will I be able to use this power for humans eventually?” She wondered.

She kept silent instead, feeling two cold hands touching her body, and she closed her eyes, shuddering inside. Opening her eyes again she saw her sister, Kaṇkaḷ, right in front of her eyes, covered up to the breasts by water, and, at her neck, she saw the Eye of the Devil.

„I see that you’re still curious regarding how these two magic objects work together, Keyṉ,” Kaṇkaḷ told her reproachfully, but she right away changed the tone of her voice, trying not to scare her sister, who she knew shy and easy to close inside, just as she did so many times before.

Kaṇkaḷ actually liked that new Keyṉ: much open at talk and mind, and even if they didn’t have the opportunity to check their power for evil things, something deep inside her told her that Keyṉ could be much more dangerous than she was, and this often made her confuse.

„The undiscovered power of my mother. If Keyṉ discovers it first, then she’ll submit me and… I don’t know if I can allow this,” Kaṇkaḷ told herself that night after they left Tenebre’s hide-out and headed toward the Fireflies Waterfall, where the Titanide demanded them to establish their new camp. „If this happens, probably one of us must die,” Kaṇkaḷ decided that night, „which of us… let our power, that flows into our veins, decide this.”

At that moment instead, being in the water and watching the nakedness of her sister’s body, who was so smoothly floating on the water's surface and in whose eyes the calmness was read, Kaṇkaḷ thought that maybe she has been afraid for nothing and she jumped to conclusion. That’s why she decided to impede her little sister get the power and thus none of them should die.

As if reading her mind or she only tried to confuse Kaṇkaḷ more, Keyṉ suddenly stood up and, stretching her palm in front, she allowed the axis Accu to increase in volume till its top didn’t touch the low part of the Eye of the Devil, the one hanging at Kaṇkaḷ’s neck.

Unified, the two magic elements made a kind of explosion of reddish light around, and, in a blink of an eye, the two Yātrīkars have been covered by water.

Underwater instead, hugged into a kind of splendid shape of natural metamorphosis, but without incestuous meaning, the two sisters have been later surrounded by the axis Accu, which was beautifully wrapped around their naked bodies. But it wasn't anything devilish or with a mean thought hidden in that movement of the axis around the young women’s bodies. Per contra: it joined them more, for what none of the two devilish virgins knew and probably nobody ever knew was that Accu directly depended on the energy of its master’s heart, and as Karina was the new master of the axis it had also creative energy.

***

35 YEARS LATER.

Gaea’s footsteps wandered the hunched back of Mount Kuṭṭi Mantiram again, after 600 years of being away from that place, for that mount was bringing a big pain to her soul, something that killed her inside like a sharp and poisoned arrow, something that broke her in thousands of pieces, making her cry her pain.

And when Gaea was in a such deplorable state of mind it was also seen around her: nature turned yellow and was rushing to death, the rain stopped pouring from the sky, the green fields fell into neglect at first to later take the form of the desert, that even the glaciers were breaking like her soul… in thousands of pieces.

At that moment instead, being on Mount Kuṭṭi Mantiram again, Gaea felt comfort after 35 years of mourning, for Adamant’s death hurt her heart so much and made her feel guilty for the loss of such a strong and great People like Adamant Sheen.

But… even if the day of his death Adamant told her about a new child of his people, Gaea couldn’t find him, even if she spread the word with all her spies and servants. That’s why she decided eventually to come to the places where she took Adamant from, 35 years ago, sending him to the claws of death.

Arrived on the top of the mount, in front of the three white stones that were still put one on top of the other, the Titanide stopped and smiled, amazed to still see them there, for she had the feeling that once Adamant died and he was unable to take care of that holy place, the stones have been probably also consumed by time.

She has been wrong instead, for not only the stones were there, but nature also shone differently: exactly like it shone during the glorious times of Adamant Sheen wolves.

„The Power of the Wolves!” murmured Gaea, hearing strange chinks around. „But… how is this possible? This thing could be done only by Adamant. This power is something assigned only to the leader of the magic wolves of the Forest Kristallar and of this mount.”

A barely-heard yelp put her on guard and Gaea turned and looked around, but she saw nobody. The yelp instead became louder in a few moments.

Eventually, the Titanide understood where that strange sound came from and she peeped behind those three white stones, looking down: only then did she see a small cub, totally red, just as Adamant was, and which seemed to have fallen off the shore right into the gap that was opening its hungry mouth right behind that holy sanctuary.

But he has been lucky, for he fell on his four paws on a small spit, that was coming out of that brink.

„And… how did you get there?” The Titanide asked him reproachfully, staying on her knees and looking down.

She even stretched her hand to reach him, but even if the place, where the cub was, seemed to be close to her, she realized soon that it was only an illusion, caused probably by the shine of the leaves around.

Shaking her head a little and scolding herself this way for her naivety, Gaea stood up eventually and, grabbing the skirts of her dress with her belt not to bother her while working, she took a small whip Cattai from her girdle, but this one was made from leather of a bright brown and not black as those Boor and Sephir had.

Then she tightly grabbed the grip of the whip and started to rotate it in the air, above her head, and the small hurricane formed above her increased its power till it has been able to lift Gaea from off the ground and make her float in the air later. Eventually, being in the air, Gaea slowly moved the grip, changing the direction of the flight, and she advanced thus a few meters above that gulf. Then, when her hand squeezed the grip for three times, she started to slowly descend.

Halfway instead she stopped, seeing a big, black wolf climbing that brink and she understood that he started to climb it from the base. „Who’s he?” The Titanide wondered, amazed to see such a wolf in those places.

She understood eventually that that wolf was the cub’s father, which, seeing his baby in danger, forgot about his own safety and launched out up to that brink, which was surrounded by a lot of dangers actually. But he didn’t care, for he had one single thought in his mind: to save his baby. Nothing more.

Thus, the Titanide decided not to intervene, for she could hurt the wolf’s ego, which actually advanced a lot on that dangerous path for her to be rewarded eventually. Yet, she decided to stay around in case her help will be needed.

But her help hasn't been necessary, for the wolf got to the cub, that was yelping a lot, telling his big pain to his father. Then, the black wolf grabbed it into his mouth and kept climbing. But before moving further, the wolf looked at Gaea and sent her a thought: „see you up there, my lady!”

Gaea winced: the same words used by Adamant to call her. But… how was it possible?! Yet, she rushed to climb back, seeing that the black wolf and the cub were already safe, and the red cub was already next to his mother, a big, red she-wolf, just like her baby, and which right after seeing him next to her, after she had scolded him with her sweet, maternal voice for being naughty, she started to lick his fur to give him some comfort and calm him after the bad time he passed.

„You’re probably so surprised to see wolves here,” the black wolf told the Titanide after her soles had touched hard soil again and the whip from her hand became small and returned to her girdle.

„I won’t deny this,” said Gaea. „The last wolf I knew as the master of these places has been Adamant, but he died 35 years ago, far away from these lands, in the Forest of the Fire Oaks, Rocu Forest.”

„I know,” the wolf calmly said, even if the Titanide felt sorrow in his voice. „It was given to me to meet him before leaving these places forever.”

„It was given to you to meet him? How’s this possible?”

„Because I’m also a child of the People Adamant Sheen. My name is Karuppu and I’m the only black Adamant Sheen wolf.”

„The Black One!” murmured Gaea. „The one chased away by his people for being different.”

„Yes. My people denied me when I was only a cub and this was because of the color of my fur. I’ve been sent away from this mountain for this and forced to live on the western realms of this mount. But… I survived, and I’m back home now.”

„Back home? I thought that once chased away from his lands, an Adamant Sheen wolf doesn’t have the right to turn back. Not even if his people ask him this!”

„Not if this is something that the energy of this mountain depends on,” the young she-wolf answered. „Aaa, I make a pardon for being rude: my name is Illayā, and this naughty boy is A-Sheen, the new master of the Forest Kristallar.”

„The new master?” Gaea asked in amazement, staring at the little cub, that stuck to his mother's body, which was lying on her belly, and he completely stuck to her as if trying to steal from her all the energy she kept inside while suckling her milk and, so soon, he fell asleep.

„That’s right,” Karuppu answered instead of his wife. „This Mount is Holy, my Lady, and it can’t live without someone to take care of its big power, for… even if the Spirit of the Mountain, Kuṭṭi Mantiram could have this role, he still has limited power, and this due to Parca’s curse, in that cursed war that killed our people and left Adamant so lonely.”

„Parca! She’s always poking her nose in someone else’s business,” Gaea hissed through her teeth.”

„There’s a reward for everything in this world, Mother Earth, just as it will happen to Parca eventually, for her Fate has been already sealed by her own decisions,” said Illayā.

„But… there’s something more important now than the punishment Parca will have in the end, my lady. I’m talking about the alive soul hidden among Yātrīkars,” said Karuppu preoccupied. „Very soon, the inevitable will happen, and you must impede this.”

If you stumble upon this tale on Amazon, it's taken without the author's consent. Report it.

Gaea said nothing, a hint that she was also aware of this, and if a representative of the Adamant Sheen wolves, those who could see the future by watching the leaves of the Forest Kristallar, prognosticated an event, this was something sure then. But… it was still a little time to make her heart, which suffered for so long, enjoy those moments. That’s why Gaea sat down, so close to Illayā and the cub, and started to gently caress A-Sheen’s fur.

The cub, feeling the love of a warm hand caressing his fur, moved in sleep and crept with his eyes closed on all four toward the Titanide, and when she took him into her arms, he right away fell asleep again, and the way he started to snarl, so pleasantly at the chest of Mother Earth, made his parents happily smile and with all their heart, and his father eventually proudly whispered: „my sweet, naughty boy!”

***

„They’re back!” murmured Keyṉ, lurking in the surroundings and watching the Siars, that were putting their tents not that far from the Fireflies Waterfall. „I never thought that I’ll see them here again! I knew them far away from these lands, in Kiago Forest. But… why did they come here? Why exactly here?”

„Because the Siars will always be near the dangerous places,” she heard Parca’s voice, something that made Keyṉ wince and look at her with frightened eyes. „And now I understand what bothered me at you: your eyes, hidden under the white peel of Yātrīkars,” and Parca’s hand suddenly moved in front of the girl, making that white peel vanish off her eyes and, so soon, life sparkled in them again.

„How stupid I’ve been that I allowed Hestia and Gaea’s magic to turn me around. But… everything has an end,” Parca hissed through her teeth and stretched her hand to take the Accu axis from her master.

Accu instead deeply bit from the Titanide’s arm, who roared like a mad person, and her roar floated around.

It made even the Siars gather in one big group, frightenedly wondering about what they heard. But they heard nothing else later, no matter how much they didn’t look around.

„It came from the other part of the Waterfall,” the child Nathaniel shouted, appearing from the lake, accompanied by other children. „It was someone there, lurking on us! On the other part of the forest,” the child said, quickly breathing after the mad run he and the other children had till there.

Hearing him talking about this, his mother started right away to scold him: „I told you not to go there, boy! It can be dangerous! We just came here and it’s necessary to look out if we want to survive.”

„But, mother: I heard one of those two women clearly saying to the other one the name of our people. She clearly said „the Siars.”

„The Siars?” „Two?” „What’s going on?” The others started to murmur, gathering more and more.

Solan instead approached the boy, put one hand on his shoulder, and deeply looked into his eyes: „and now my boy, tell us - what else did you hear? What else did those two say? Did they say something about who are they or what were they doing there?”

„No, grandpa Solan! Only one of them, the one that seemed angry, move her hand in front of the other one, and those white, pale eyes suddenly disappeared.”

„Yātrīkar!” Nathaniel’s mother murmured, frightened. „The Devilish Virgins are around again!” And she shuddered.

Seeing that the Siars started to agitate, Solan told them: „I don’t think that we should lose our cool. Yet, it’ll be a good idea to look for a shelter. Meantime, we can hide in that Grotto, seen not that far from here, and if the danger approaches more, we can hide even deeper, in its depths.”

„I agree with you, old Solan,” Nathaniel’s father, a man known as Pedro, who wandered the world for many years and who got home being already at the age of the ripped fruit, said. Even so, even if he had more than forty already, he found a wife soon and had Nathaniel with her. But… even if the man wanted also a girl, to do well by her, more than his life, Fate seemed not to be by his side, for… the more time went by, the more he understood that they should be grateful in front of Life for giving him only a son. „Meanwhile, till you look for the shelter, I’ll go to check the surroundings if they are safe.”

„And you do well, Pedro, for… not for nothing you are our leader,” said Solan, for even if he was the elder of the group and should have been named their leader, yet, he chose to give up on that post in front of the man that had wandered the world more and knew more about life.

„Then, it’s decided!” said Pedro and intended to go.

His wife instead grabbed his hand and told him in a whisper: „we’ll go with you, for… if something happens, then we’ll be together.”

Even if he didn’t want to expose his family, Pedro knew that his wife was right, for the Siars passed through many long years of wandering in their life, and thus the families got to sacrifice themselves together than spend a life without the others.

„Leave at least the boy here!” A woman told them, seeing Pedro, his wife, and his child hitting the road.

But Nathaniel was also stubborn: „No, I will go too! Where’s my father, I must be too!” The boy confidently said and moved away, in front of his parents, for not for nothing did his mother name him Nathaniel - to have a brave heart, a big heart, ready to give safety to others than to be him at safety.

„Don’t worry!” Pedro told others, smiling. „I feel that today isn’t the day of our death and that we’ll be back safe soon. More with this child that’s a gift from Heavens, and if we have him, we are for sure safe.” Then the whole family entered more and more the woods, and, soon, nobody saw not even their back.

***

Keyṉ was running frightened, looking all the time behind her while feeling Parca’s hissing breathing so close to her, for the Titanide seemed to have decided not to lose her trace for nothing in the world.

Actually, to be sure of her success, the Titanide of Fate turned into a pursuer, and this sharpened her olfactive feelings, and when you hate someone so much, as she hated the Siars, even if she wasn’t sure why she hated them, even the enemies got to help you sometimes.

But while Keyṉ kept looking around, desperately looking for help from her sisters Yātrīkars, she understood eventually that’s useless, for Parca managed to send them word, and when Kaṇkaḷ found out that her sister is actually dead and that a stranger, a Siar, had the power of the axis Accu, she decided to take revenge on her and take back what was hers.

Yet, she lost Keyṉ’s trace eventually, despite all efforts she made to find her, and that not even her good nose, she had as a pursuer, didn’t help her to find the trace of her prey.

„Damn you all, charlatans!” Parca suddenly shouted and took back her real form. Looking around, she saw Kaṇkaḷ staring in front while her low lip was slowly shaking because of a big upset.

„A village of humans!” Murmured Parca in mockery. „How didn’t I think about this before?! A human soul will always look for salvation between humans. Let’s go!”

  „Where?” Kaṇkaḷ asked, furious.

„Hunting!” said Parca. But she suddenly vanished, before getting to take a step in front, and this made Kaṇkaḷ make a wry face.

„Hunting, the devil a bit! You better turn tail before helping others! Let’s go!” She demanded the other Yātrīkars and, so soon, they entered the village, that was next to Tenebre Forest, a settlement that was actually not small because the villagers got there, since long ago, having imposing houses at that moment. The Yātrīkars instead less cared about destructions and habits: they were only looking for revenge and intended to have it at any cost that night.

***

„You again!” Parca snarled upset when she finally managed to surface, for Gaea was pressing with all her power to drown the Titanide.

„Let’s say that’s just tit for tat,” Mother Earth hissed through her teeth while both of them were holding the other’s back of her head and with the other hand squeezing the other’s arm.

„The sword law? Why apply this in this forest?” Parca grinned.

„For everything you ow to humans, paying thus for each of your mean deeds,” Gaea practically yelled, and, from a single movement, she pushed Parca underwater again.

Gaea surfaced later when the sun was about to go to bed. Soon after, Parca’s body has been seen floating on that water too while her empty eyes were looking at the sky. But… Parca’s „death” was only an illusion, for Gaea used Black Magic again just to disarm Parca and keep her away from Karina’s fight against the Yātrīkars.

Then, exiting the water, Gaea sat down on the shore and took her gob, made from a big maple leave, from her girdle. And… she started to sing so beautifully from it, being heard everywhere.

Thus, the Siars, who were so close to the entrance to the famous Grotto, stopped in place and looked in the distance, toward where the music was heard from. But… no matter how hard they didn’t try to see if Mother Earth approaches them, they saw nobody coming. Only her sad music was heard floating around, and this also made people’s hearts sad.

„Should we go inside?” one man asked Solan.

„Not yet. Let’s stay here a little bit more and listen to the evening’s music, for… we don’t know if we have a tomorrow and a new sun seen in the sky. Thus… maybe Pedro and his family will also turn back safe and we’ll hide together inside of this big hide-out, like the speckled ground squirrel that run away from the big storm and bad weather.” Then Solan sat down, on the same big rock on which Nathaniel used to stay later, and he also looked at the reddish horizon, which could be compared with a prediction symbol of bad times and maybe death.

***

Hiding her face with the large hood of her robe, Keyṉ was sneaking on the village’s streets - when winding, when narrow, and straight. But people didn’t look at her for long - they only glanced at her when she passed by them, for she was a stranger and her way of acting was also strange. However, it was already evening and there were still a lot of things to do than to stay and look at what a stranger like her had in mind.

But those villagers did wrong in that they didn’t pay attention to the stranger. Thus… they could have predicted the danger that was approaching them. Yet, the daily routine and human negligence often lead to big losses and desolation.

Keyṉ stopped at a crossroad instead when she saw a young couple with a two months baby in her mother’s arms passing by her. And… judging by the luggage, that was put on the donkey's back, which the man was continuously pushing to keep walking, but also seeing the woman’s face, almost entirely covered by a scarf, she understood that they were also strangers.

What caught her glance have been the baby girl’s eyes instead: they had a deep black color, but also blinking so alive, and this made Keyṉ feel a strange, hidden power inside of that girl, something similar to the Yātrīkar’s power.

„It can’t be,” Keyṉ feverishly murmured. „I’m sure that Kaṇkaḷ said that all the Yātrīkars have been destroyed in that fight with the Dirges and that their leader, Oḷi, also died. But… how can this soul be so similar to them?! It’ll be too much if…”

Yet, she remembered that Kaṇkaḷ mentioned several times that nobody saved herself then and that they had been cursed to stay for an eternity at the Gates of the Purgatorium. But… she was also sure that Kaṇkaḷ never said what happened to their mother and why Oḷi didn’t also get to wait for their punishment in front of the Gates.

This was what convinced Keyṉ to follow that couple, for something deep inside her told her that that child came for something into the world and that she had to protect her. More than this: it was something strange about that girl, but Keyṉ couldn’t understand what.

Arrived at the edge of the village, where Keyṉ actually came from, the Hell started to be felt: the Yātrīkars, outraged and mad because of the mortal’s „betrayal,” as they got to call Keyṉ after they had found out the truth, mercilessly attacked the village, killing and destroying everything around.

That has been the moment when Keyṉ shouted at the two spouses to run, and they didn’t wait for a second invitation, for it was too big havoc behind them to ask for more explanations at that moment.

And when his masters started to run, the donkey also started to be on the lam, even if the poor animal was barely dragging his feet till that moment, being half starved and overcome by fatigue because they walked a long way till there and that long road sucked all their power.

Yet, their enemies caught up with them a few hundred meters after entering Tenebre Forest, and Kaṇkaḷ and Yātrīkars followed them in a run.

Seeing this, Keyṉ stopped and told the two spouses: „stay behind me, and if you see that I’m also in danger, then run, and don’t stop till you’ll be safe. Especially protect the girl, for she’s your guardian.”

Poor men only nodded yes, even if they had no idea what that mad woman was talking about. Yet, they moved at a safe distance from their enemies, at the shelter of a secular tree.

„Kaṇkaḷ, listen, I think we can just talk for a moment,” Keyṉ tried to make an appeal to her sister’s feelings. But… it was useless to ask mercy from a soulless one.

Kaṇkaḷ only furiously grinned and threw a leather, tissued belt toward her. Thus, controlled by the magical power of the Yātrīkars, the top of the improvised whip deeply bit from Keyṉ’s flesh, who, seeing herself attacked also by the other Yātrīkars with similar whips, kneeled eventually.

„You believed that you could cheat on the Yātrīkars, you, brainless mortal, but you forget one thing: Yātrīkars won’t be ever brought to their knees by humans while the humans will always fall prey to Yātrīkars,” said Kaṇkaḷ.

And at the moment Kaṇkaḷ left her whip to fall from her hand and she opened her robe to take a long-blade dagger from her girdle, Keyṉ’s eyes caught the movement of the Eye of the Devil undulating like the pendulum of a clock. Thus, taking advantage that the Yātrīkars’leader was inattentive, she tightly grabbed the thin body of Accu, which suddenly started to wrap around her hand and, with one precise movement, she threw the top of the axis toward her sister.

Kaṇkaḷ instead felt that movement too late and even if she tried to withdraw and be out of the trajectory of Accu’s hit, she didn’t manage it in time, and the axis wrapped several times around the Loupe, that was hanging at her neck.

Feeling the other top hard, as if being a signal for her, Keyṉ drew it hard and Accu turned back to her, bringing the Eye of the Devil with it.

Seeing herself stripped of her priceless object, Kaṇkaḷ screamed like a crazy person, more when she spotted the two objects - Accu and Picācu, unified, after hundreds of years, and this made by Keyṉ, who still had part of the Yātrīkars’power, so familiar to those two objects, something that made them eventually strangely illuminate around with red, yellow, and green rays.

Yet, Keyṉ felt that she didn’t have time to enjoy that beauty held by her hand, more seeing that the Yātrīkars regrouped and were heading straight toward her, intending to take that treasure from her. That’s why the young girl rushed toward the two spouses and put the medallion at the girl’s neck. Then she told them: „run! Now! And don’t even look back!”

And the two spouses ran, with their baby in their arms, looking for other safe places.

Keyṉ instead didn’t have that chance, for… at the moment she turned with her face toward the place where the Virgins Yātrīkar stood by then, she felt the blade of a dagger stabbed in her heart and her eyes saw, like the last image in front of her eyes, Kaṇkaḷ’s glance, covered by that famous white peel, but which was transmitting so much hatred around.

But Keyṉ was wrong and she only imagined that she fell prey to Kaṇkaḷ’s hatred, who stabbed eventually that dagger into her heart. What actually killed her has been a Vanamar wolf, summoned there by Yātrīkar, for only the Vanamars had that supreme power to chase an alive soul out of a body and kill it eventually while Yātrīkar could only strip a body of its soul, and this only if a Samargo was around.

Jumping over Keyṉ, the Vanamar wolf stubbed his fangs into her nape, and the venom of that bite has been what made the young Virgin imagine things.

And Karina’s soul left so quickly her body, the one that was dead for hundreds of years already, and she remembered what Gaea told her one day: „if this happens and your soul will leave your body while I'm not around, look to hide in another one. Only this way you'll give me the chance to save you.” And Karina ran and hid in the girl’s body, what has been later protected by her parents’bodies, that fell over her.

But even if Karina protected then the girl by using Yātrīkars’power, which was also into little Yellen’s body, yet, she couldn’t be saved, even if Gaea tried to release her soul when she took the Eye of the Devil from Yellen and her glance. Thus, Karina had been trapped in another body for 15 years, and only after that ritual of the Fire, on an unknown field, called the Barefaced Field, she has been finally released.
