When he gets out of the house, apo is greeted by his mother outside of the car. As he walks towards the car, his mother asks "Why do you take so long to come down?" with a somewhat serious look on her face.

After hearing it, apo tries to excuse saying that "he had forgotten some important things while packing and it took a while to pick them up". After saying that, a moment of silence was created for some time, until his mother's face softened as she said to Apo to "go inside the car".

As he goes to the vehicle, apo slowly goes to the back of the car and opens its trunk. As he opened it, apo placed the luggage on it carefully, as he separated his bags and important things inside.

After he was done, apo slowly closed the trunk, and he immediately entered the backseat of the car. His mother also enters the driver's seat, while placing the key on the key slot to make the engine start.

But before she drives the car, she suddenly looks at Apo in the back and asks. "Are you sure that you haven't forgotten anything important??" She said. When he heard her, apo immediately said "no" as he reassured his mother that all the things he needed were in the bag.

After that. His mother nodded as heard the answer. She looks to the front again as she starts the engine. She slowly drives the car as they leave their home.

While on the road, there are a few bumps and potholes they encounter since some of the roads they drive with are damaged roads and dirt roads themselves. But thankfully they were able to get through all of it.

As they left the town, apo started to look at his left hand, as he remembered what happened a while ago in his room.

A moment ago inside Apo's room, Apo is still continuously observing the sword as he carries it in his hand. First, he tried to swing it, while maintaining to not hit anything in the room.

"Whoosh whoosh whoosh" as Apo swings his sword. As he was doing it, his swings started making noise around the house. To the point that the power of each swing is completely visible in the room. But still, the satisfaction on his face was not clear, as he thought that it lacked something important

"Whoosh whoosh whoosh," he tries it again a second time. But it was still the same outcome, as he narrowed his brows in frustration. Because to him there is still something wrong in his swing.

Apo tries to inspect the sword as he thinks of the possible problem with it. At first, he thought that 'Maybe the sword was not well balanced or it was heavy for him to swing'

But after looking at it continuously, apo unconsciously tightens his grip on its handle as suddenly a black smoke starts to appear on its blade. To the point that Apo's eyes widened, as he was shocked to see the sword suddenly releasing some black smoke from it.

And even though only a small amount of smoke is slowly released, as it continues it slowly starts to cover most of it's blade of the sword, until it's completely gone.

As he continuously held it, he also started to feel the sudden lightness of its weight, until the sword was as light as a feather.

"Whoosh whoosh whoosh" Apo swung it again for the third time.

But as he swung it, apo started to feel a huge difference that before. The sound of its swings, and the new balance and lightness of the sword, make it more powerful to wield.

After a few more practice on his sword, apo slowly releases the sword from his tight grip as the black smoke of the blade starts to disappear. As the ability continues to turn off, the sword that Apo wields also starts to come back to its original weight and size.

As it continues to change, apo observes the whole process as he starts to find out how the weapon works. After it was done apo fries to recall the processes he witnessed a moment ago. He remembers that when he tightens and releases his grip to its hilt he can control the ability of the sword

So he activates the ability of the sword again as the dark smoke appears on the blade. As it was active apo said 'Ohhh! now I know how it works' he whispered to himself.

But before he can practice again, he is suddenly shocked as Apo hears his mother shout from below. "Apo!!! Pack your things faster, we have to go now" she shouted.

When Apo hears it, he starts to remember that he needs to pack his things up and immediately places back the blade on its cover, before placing it inside the bag.

Back to the present, as Apo was sitting in the back of the car, he started to look at the windows are he witnessed the things outside.

While looking, he starts to see some very tall buildings along the way as they enter the city. They all have different shapes and sizes as some of them are so tall that Apo can't even see the roof of it.

He also noticed the amount of people on the sidewalk as they walked in every direction. Apo also sees some malls and stores everywhere while Apo decides to visit some of them in the future.

But the best things that attract his attention the most, is the monument of the guy in the 'Heroes Park' a new name the Rizal Park. Since they drive on the central road of the park, apo can see the two monuments on both sides. On the left was the monument of the national hero of the Philippines 'Jose Rizal'. On the right was the monument of the first hero of the quantum beast invasion 'Flavio C. Caparas'

At that time when each of every quantum beast invasion is happening all over the world. Flavio Caparas is one of the first heroes who defend the country from the quantum beast. He is also known for his extreme strength and godly swordsmanship, to the point that the Philippines was able to reclaim most of the territory from the quantum beast at that time. Most of all he was the only person his grandfather respected the most, that is why the apo was more curious about that person than anyone else.

A few minutes later, they stopped at the apartment house as his mother said " We are here". As Apo hears her, he slowly opens the door of the car. Apo steps outside and sees his new home.

As he sees it, he starts to notice that it is much smaller than their home in the province, but it's still big enough for Apo to live in. The house has a front garden outside as it has a white colored wall and a huge brown door.

After that apo goes to the back of the car picks up his things in its trunk and places them in the front of the door. But before Apo enters, apo says his final goodbye to his mother as his mother starts to get back in the car.

She said "Take care of yourself while you're here and call me if something happens okay... And most importantly, don't do anything stupid or I gonna drag you back home... Do you hear me???"

As Apo hears it he nods seriously, as his mother says goodbye before she starts the car and leaves.

Apo waited outside until when he could not see her mother's car before he started to back to the house and enter his new home.
