A smile appeared on Noah’s face. The young man in front of him returned it, unaware of what he had brought upon himself. A second later, a sharp crack echoed through the room, it was like music to Noah’s ears.
“You shouldn’t be arrogant” said the Adjudicator with glee. With that, Noah walked out of his own office. His work as an Adjudicator was far too boring, Seifer Nox had shown him what his heart truly longed for.
Noah Graves walked with purpose, he knew exactly where to go. He could think of only one profession that would allow him to slap those who deserved it all day and every day. Just an hour later, he was stood in front of a grand building made of white marble.
