After our discussion it was brought up that we would need a central location to operate out of, due to the numbers SHIELD would be bringing in order to tackle as many bases the gangs had as possible.
I realised that i had the perfect location in mind, during my endeavours against the gangs I had come across an abandoned warehouse the conveniently sat smack bang right in the middle of the densest concentration of targets.
It had been hidden behind another larger warehouse that had been constructed sometime in the 60’s or 70’s covering up the one in question. It then was forgotten as more larger buildings had been built covering up it’s existence.
The abandoned warehouse was a stark contrast to the bustling city that surrounded it, its windows boarded up and exterior covered in graffiti. As Sam led Black Widow and the SHIELD team inside, the air was thick with dust and the echoes of their footsteps reverberated in the emptiness.
"This will be our base of operations," Sam declared, his voice carrying through the vast space. "It's secluded enough to not draw attention, yet strategically positioned for us to launch our missions against the criminal elements."
Black Widow surveyed their surroundings with a critical eye, assessing the structural integrity of the building and its potential for accommodating their equipment and personnel. "It's not exactly glamorous, but it'll serve our purpose," she remarked, her tone neutral yet tinged with a hint of approval.
Coulson stepped forward, his eyes scanning the space thoughtfully. "We'll need to fortify the perimeter and set up surveillance equipment to monitor any suspicious activity," he suggested, already mentally planning out the logistics of their operation. "I'll have our tech team start setting up the necessary infrastructure immediately."
As the SHIELD team began to organize and secure the warehouse, Sam couldn't shake off the feeling of unease. He knew that this alliance was a risky endeavor, but there was also a sense of exhilaration at the prospect of taking on the criminal underworld with such a formidable group backing him.
Days turned into nights as they worked tirelessly to prepare for their first mission together. The tension in the air was palpable, a mix of anticipation and uncertainty hanging over them like a heavy shroud. Sam found himself constantly on edge, his instincts sharp and his senses heightened as he braced himself for what lay ahead.
Finally, the day arrived for their first coordinated strike against one of the major criminal bases in the city. The team gathered in the war room they had set up in the warehouse, studying blueprints and surveillance footage, finalizing their strategy down to the last detail.

Black Widow stood at the head of the table with various documents strewn out in front of her. Glancing at the various individuals around her she made eye contact with each and everyone before getting into the details.
“As per our intelligence, the primary objective is an organization situated in this vicinity. Our sources estimate their base to house approximately 15 to 20 members. A subset of 5 to 10 individuals can be found conducting transactions within the surrounding area at any given time. However, following Red's infiltration, this number has drastically decreased as they have had to designate more personnel for surveillance purposes…”
The team listened intently as Black Widow laid out the plan, each member fully focused on their role in the upcoming mission. Sam felt a surge of adrenaline as he mentally prepared himself for the dangerous task ahead. He knew that this mission would be a true test of their newfound alliance and cooperation.
Previously Sam had gone over his abilities in a very brief fashion, not wanting to disclose too much information, that could in the future be used against him.
~Flashback~
“Red, in order for us to work properly, what can you tell us about your abilities.” Coulson asked.
Red was currently in a room with Black Widow, Hawkeye and Coulson.
“Hmmmm well if you had to put a label on it then I would say that my abilities pertain to summoning certain creatures called Pokémon. Depending on the one summoned they differentiate their abilities, the Pokémon themselves have untapped potential being able to get progressively stronger the more you train them.
I am able to store them in these things called Pokeball’s which are linked to myself and can minimise to reduce their bulk.
Not wanting to disclose all the secrets I just outlined the more impressive aspects. Especially not wanting to let them know I only had access to Abra, Gastly and Cinder, definitely not the vast number’s I was hinting at.
Black Widow nodded thoughtfully, processing the information Red had shared about his abilities. She could sense there was more to his powers than he was letting on, but she respected his decision to keep certain details obscured. After all, trust was a fragile commodity in their line of work, and she knew that revealing too much could be a dangerous gamble.
"Your abilities will definitely give us an edge in our missions," Black Widow remarked, her gaze piercing. "Just remember, we're in this together now. Any secrets you keep could jeopardize the success of our operations."
Red met her gaze with a determined stare, the weight of their partnership settling heavily upon him. He knew that working with SHIELD meant navigating treacherous waters, but he was willing to take the risk for the chance to make a real impact against the criminal underworld.
~End Flashback~
As they geared up and made their way to the location of the criminal base, the tension in the air was almost suffocating. The streets were eerily quiet as they approached the warehouse where the criminals were holed up, hidden from the prying eyes of law enforcement.
Black Widow signaled for everyone to take their positions, her eyes scanning the area for any signs of movement or danger. Sam felt a sense of camaraderie with his team, a silent understanding passing between them as they braced themselves for what was to come.
