*** Pokemon with Advanced Qualification are not rare but most of them are held by the Rich families and the government .Elite , Super elite and champion Qualification pokemon entirely depends on luck .Even the rich people and government doesn't where to find them.

*** No one can forcibly take possession of another trainer's Pokemon. The decision to release a Pokemon must be voluntary on the part of the trainer. However, if a trainer willingly releases a Pokemon, they will experience a backlash resulting in a decrease in their trainer level by 1. Novice trainers, on the other hand, face a more severe consequence. If they release a Pokemon, they will fall into a year-long coma. Therefore, novice trainers are strongly advised to carefully consider their choices when selecting and releasing Pokemon.
