*** In the early days, before the invention of manufactured Poké Balls, trainers relied on their own energy to create a ball-like shape and capture Pokémon. This method was laborious and drained their stamina. However, thanks to years of research and technological advancements, manufactured Poké Balls were developed. These modern Poké Balls still require the trainer's energy to effectively capture Pokémon, but the process is much more efficient and consumes significantly less energy. This innovation revolutionized the way trainers catch and store Pokémon, making it easier and more convenient for their journeys.

*** In battles, a Pokémon trainer can have a maximum of six Pokémon on their team. Additionally, each Pokémon is capable of learning up to 10 moves. However, if a Pokémon already knows 10 moves and wishes to learn a new one, the trainer must choose to delete one of the older moves to make room for the new move. This can be done using the system provided to trainers, allowing them to customize their Pokémon's move sets based on their strategies and preferences.
