“Sorry ma’am but we are fresh out”, a sales girl apologized to Michelle. “Damn it” Michelle muttered under her breath as she left the line and turned leave. “Wait! Hold on!” Michelle stopped hearing someone calling out for her.
Turning around Michelle saw the source of the voice, a man who was waking towards her. “Hi” the man was first to speak, “hello?” Michelle responded to his greeting in an unsure tone, wondering if she knew the man before her.
“Sorry I heard your conversation with the salesgirl over there. It seems you really want that doughnut” “yeah but they are fresh out” Michelle spoke out turning to leave. “Wait, uhm, I was wondering… well you see I kind of ordered one too many glazed caramel doughnuts.” The man began.
“Oh, so you are the reason they are fresh out” Michelle made a joke which cause the guy to let out a laugh. “Guilty as charged, but you can’t blame me after all they do make the best glazed caramel doughnuts in the city.” “They do don’t they” Michelle giggled at that, “and so to make up for it how about you join me” “Oh…” the grin on Michelle’s face disappeared replaced with a thoughtful look. “I mean if you don’t want to then-“ the man started seeing the look on Michelle’s face.
“No, you know what, why not?” Michelle gave in and moved with the guy to his table. “Great the name is Major by the way”, the man introduced himself as they sat down. “Mine is-“ “Michelle Thompson” Major interrupted her, “I don’t think there is a soul in this entire city who doesn’t know who you are” “I guess so”. They both had smiles on their face as they began chatting amongst themselves.

With Naa on the other hand, they had arrived at where the Oteng family had tried to silence Ferdinand for good. “Did the cameras get anything?” Naa asked as she picked up a casing from the ground, “asked around cameras caught the van speeding here before speeding off” Jarred spoke after obtaining information from the surrounding officers.

“What about the alley?” Naa stood turning to face Jarred, “No cameras in the alley”. *sigh* Naa let out a long sigh as she placed the casing in an evidence bag. “Good news though we’ve identified the van” Jarred spoke as they walked out of the valley, “what’s special about it?” Naa questioned seeing the smirk that had formed on Jarred’s face.
“The van is the exact same one the robbers used” Jarred explained allowing Naa to see the importance of the van. “Put out an APB-“ “already have, we have the license plate now so it’s only but a matter of time until we nab those fools” Jarred spoke with his confidence clear in his voice.

“Have you got anything?” Hank questioned Ferdinand as he headed towards him, all drenched in sweat from his workout. “do you have any idea how many banks there are in this city, like 50% of the banks are yours. Speaking of which why do have so many branches in one city like it definitely has to be illegal to own that many… I got it”
“Huh, and would you look at that it’s one of your banks” Ferdinand turned to face with a smirk but soon had his brow quirked when he realized Hank was shirtless. “What happened to your shirt?!” “I decided to work out while you were working on finding out which bank, they were going to rob next. So how sure are you about this bank?”
In response to Hank’s question Ferdinand pulled up a video of Alex and Kwesi disguised heading into the Bank, pausing the video on their faces allowing Hank to confirm their identities. “So now we know where they are going to be we just need to figure out when”, Ferdinand spoke as he put his hand on his chin trying to figure out when they would attack.
“Tomorrow” Hank’s voice entered Ferdinand’s ears causing him to turn around to look at him in confusion. “They will attack the bank tomorrow” Hank spoke with confidence with his hands folded before himself, “how are you so sure about that?”
“They are getting sloppy and more anxious” “…” Ferdinand drew a blank hearing Hank’s explanation unable to understand what exactly he meant. “Based on what we know about them they were always quick and tried their best to avoid injuring others, but since they came here, they’ve killed an officer and tried to kill you.”
“Don’t forget they weren’t originally criminals; they were an ordinary family with a large amount of debt. I’m sure they began all this because of that, but a family wouldn’t have this as an end goal, there must be a limit.”
“They are close to their goal” Ferdinand spoke up with a look of realization crossing his face.
“I’m going to guess the next bank will be their last, now if you were so close to your goal and people start trying to stop are you going to give up or put in more effort”
“so what now?”
“Tomorrow we stop them” Hank left those words before turning back to his equipment to workout.
