"Come at me, slow, Tango." I run up and throw a punch slow. He moves out the way and slowly locks my arm in place. "Hey, don't fight it, go with the flow to reverse it." I move with him and manage to do the same to him. We both back up and square up, "Again."

I run up and throw a quick cross and he grabs it. Without hesitation, I come in and sweep his leg and lean back. After we both fall to the ground, I elbow him, he grabs at his nose as we get up. "You broke my damn nose!" I put my hand on my mouth, "Sorry." He charges at me. He throws a punch as I turn away to grab it. I swing him over my back. He gasps as he hits the ground. I almost kick him in the face. A man claps while laughing, "You're a natural at that." I scratch my head, "Oh, sorry bout' his nose" The man shakes his head, "Don't be, he came at you."

Bolt trudges up, clenching his shoulder. "You alright?" He groans, "Yeah, just the shoulder wound." The man smiles, "Could you take him to the med bay?" The guy groans on the ground, "I'm right here, you know?" I smile, "Sure." I follow just behind him, "You weren't kidding about being a quick study, huh?" I smile, "I told you." He frowns, "Don't try to hide it, it only makes you worse." Blood ever so slowly pools around his shoulder. "I'm fine." "Then go back and learn all you can." "Hey-" He knocks on my shoulder while smiling, "Go." I sigh, "Fine."

He walks with a bounce in his step into the medical bay as I turn around. I close my eyes and take a deep breath in through my nose. The air in here smells like cherries. That big guy from the raid training- "Hello?" He bolts down the hallway and a chill flies down my spine. Am I really fine?

After he leaves, the room smells like an office again. "Right!" I march down the hallways. The guy with the broken nose greets me on my way out. "Sorry for going after you again." I stop him in his tracks, "Did you...see that big guy?" He shakes his head, "Who?" "Nevermind, Tango." He grabs my hand and shakes it, "Oliver- They're at the range now." "Shit, thanks."

The tale has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.

Luckily, I just need to follow the gunshots. "Tango!" I salute, "Gladius." Did I imagine that or did he actually run past? Gladius hands me a sniper rifle. "I'll teach you, lay down." I look through the scope, a target's way out at 500 yards. A flag sits by it. "Now everything is a factor, even the earth's

rotation." I breathe in and hold it, "It's not a video game, take a breath, exhale a little, hold, then shoot." "Really?" He laughs as my body grow stiff while exhaling.

The flag blows to the left, so I adjust right and take it. "Now breathe between shots." I look through. I missed, completely. "You adjusted, yanked too much." I chamber another round in and take aim. This time, the flag blows right, strong. I adjust a little. I pull the trigger and breathe in, watching it hit a man smack dab center mass. "Good hit!" I gasp, "You good?"

I look back in the scope, it's a target, just shaped like a soldier. "Yeah." "Now 1000 yards." The target flips down and way out there, another pops up. I shake my head and take aim, "Now, you have more bullet drop." I grin and chamber another bullet in. It's just a target, Alice.

The doctor looks at my shoulder, "Try not to move it, alright?" "Yeah-yeah." After rolling my shoulder, a smell popped in the room. "Cherries?" The doctor looks at me with crossed eyes, "Are you ok?" I squint, "Are you?" A black figure zooms across the hall and past our door. I grab at my head in hope it'll fix the sudden headache. It stops and the place smells like an office again. A bunch of people crowd around the doctor just below me, "I think he just had a stroke!" I shake my head and walk down the hall while squinting, "What was that?"
