"No need to look, I'm the rabbit guardian of Elgrim Academy, you can call me Little Jim." The red eyes of the grey rabbit that was almost half a man tall stared at the badge on Freya's left chest and said "If you're a new apprentice, please show your admission credentials."

"Is this what you're talking about?" Freya looked curiously at the big talking rabbit in front of her while taking out the voucher given by Hegel from the leather case.

The grey rabbit named Little Jim hopped over to Freya's side with a small jump and carefully looked at the black leather pamphlet in her hand before revealing an astonished expression.

"It's actually a letter of recommendation from Lord Tapoli, maiden, it seems you've travelled a long way this far?"

At the grey rabbit's words, Freya nodded noncommittally.

"Since you have the admission voucher, you can enter the area of Elgrim, there will be someone inside to meet you, pay attention, don't go anywhere else other than this road, otherwise don't blame me for not reminding you." After the grey rabbit finished speaking, it directly hopped into the grass next to it.

Freya watched with interest as it completely disappeared before withdrawing her gaze.

'Looks like it's not going the wrong way.' She looked out at the black buildings in the distance.

  Twenty minutes later.

Although Freya followed the path all the way, that distant building seemed to be as far away as ever, not shortening the distance at all.

''Is that weird rabbit lying to me?'' Freya frowned slightly as she looked at the path under her feet, both sides of the path were woods, silent, not even the sound of the wind.

A strange feeling slowly filled her heart, Freya turned her head back to look behind her, only to be surprised to find that the path that she had also stepped on just a moment ago was actually gone, but instead was a patch of woods and thick rotting leaves on the ground.

"What is this?" She looked at the silent but perverse woods around her and had a bad feeling in her heart.

Suddenly, in the depths of those woods, a black shadow flashed through the grass. Bringing up a rustling sound, that black shadow had long ears on top of its head, as if it was that rabbit from before.

"Hi! Is that you. Little Jim?" Freya shouted loudly in the direction the black shadow had disappeared, wondering if she should chase after it when a footstep came from the distance.

"Newbie, I wouldn't rush into these woods if I were you."

Freya looked back to see a young man shrouded in grey robes with only his head showing was walking towards her from the trail.

"Hello. First time meeting. I'm your receptionist Albert, I was delayed by something just now, so I'm a little late."

"Hello. I'm Freya, Freya. Grimm." Freya said in a somewhat respectful tone to the man in front of her.

"Hmm." Elgrim's personality seemed to be cold and he just nodded his head slightly "Come with me, be careful to stay five metres away from me or you'll end up like you did just now."

After Elbert finished his words he didn't wait for her and directly returned the same way, Freya had no choice but to hurry up and follow.

"May I ask Lord Albert, what is 'like that just now?'" Freya turned back to look at the section of path that had strangely disappeared behind her. Respectfully, she asked.

"Don't call me lord, I can't afford that title." Albert in the front did not return his head and said indifferently "Didn't you already feel it before, no matter how you go the distance from the academy is still the same distance? That is the Academy's warning array, if there is no notification from the rabbit guards or the Academy's authority, there is no way to enter the Academy, if you enter this forest rashly. One will also encounter unknown dangers."

"Alright...I know." Freya nodded with a clear understanding in her mind.

  "Hmm."

Albert seemed to be the aloof type of man. Apart from the question that Freya asked at the beginning, not a single word was said. And although Freya had a lot to ask in her mind, there was no point in touching the ground, so both of them were muffled as they hurried along.

After walking for about ten more minutes or so.

The two finally arrived at the foot of that black building.

It was a huge black castle, with high walls stretching around it, not knowing exactly how long it was, countless buildings peeking out from the walls, and she even saw a tall black spire inside, with a round silver clock hanging from the very top of the spire.

Even standing in front of the gates, Freya could feel the faint sense of oppression that this black castle brought.

"We're here." Albert, who did not speak on the way, said to Freya.

He walked to the small door on the right side of the huge black iron gate and knocked with a special technique.

With a creak, the small door slowly opened.

Albert walked straight in, and Freya followed closely behind.

Just after entering, the small door banged and closed again.

Frya who was carrying the suitcase looked around curiously, her current location seemed to be an area similar to a square, some people wearing the same grey robes as Albert's were in a hurry and didn't know where they were going, and these people only looked curiously when they saw Frya who was dressed in other clothes, and then hurriedly rushed on their way again.

"Freya isn't it, do you have a mentor that you specifically designate, if not you can pick one in preference, it's a newcomer's right to have a referral." Alpert asked her suddenly.

"Mentor?" Freya froze, suddenly thinking of Hegel's explanation "There is, it's Mentor Liza of Everything."

"Mentor Liza? Are you sure?" Albert asked with renewed confirmation.

"Yes, there is no mistake." Freya nodded.

One of the two things she came here for was to worship under this wizard called Liza, and according to Hegel, Liza still had some of his things there that were to help her with the second thing.

"Alright." Elbert nodded and said no more, continuing to lead her forward.

After walking through the plaza-like area and then twisting and turning for a long time, they finally came to a long corridor.

On the left and right sides of the corridor there were room doors every so often, and at the very end was the largest door.

"Mentor Liza is in that room, you can see her if you go straight in, the various areas of the academy are marked with signs you can find them yourself, my mission is complete, if there's anything else you don't understand you can ask your mentor directly." Elbert said as he pointed to the door at the far end.

"Thanks." Freya thanked him with a smile.

"Hmm." Elbert nodded and turned to leave.

Freya turned her head and looked at the somewhat dimly lit corridor, took a deep breath to calm her heart, and then took a big step in.

  ''Knock knock knock.''

The crisp knocking sound echoed in the corridor.

"Come in, the door is open." A crisp female voice came from behind the door.

Freya withdrew her hand from knocking and held the door handle, with a click, the door opened.

With a somewhat nervous mood, Freya walked into the room.

It was a study for office use similar to that of an ordinary noble, with a thick carpet on the mahogany floor, two large bookshelves in the innermost part, and in front of it was a long black table and a chair.

Freya looked around and found that inside the room there was only a slender young woman wearing white robes who was carrying a watering can to water the flower pots on the windowsill.
