“Emma! I’m back from work!” Sarah said when she went into the house. “Emma? Where’d you go?” Sarah asked. She checked around the house until she decided, to check Emma’s room.
~Knock Knock~ “Emma? Are you in there? Normally you’d have said hello by now at least,” No response “Alright Emma, I’m coming in there.” Sarah said before opening the doors to Emma room, only to find her completely under her blanket asleep, but shaking. “Oh, you just fell asleep, Okay. You look like you’re having a really bad dream. Did something scare you?” Sarah wondered. Sarah decided to sit on the edge of Emma’s bed and ask her when she woke up.
(Inside Emma’s Dream)
Emma’s walking through the open market, it’s empty and deserted. The only other thing there is a man, in a cloak blacker than the night holding a kobold skewer. The man looks at her, and smiles. His shape then changes and grows, his cloak changing, scales replacing the cotton and splitting into large wings, his face contorting, growing more elongated, his eyes turning to lizard-like slits surrounded by brown, his hands and feet growing into dark black claws. The pure black dripping onto the rest of his skin from his wings as if he were bleeding and changing into scales, his teeth growing into long and sharp fangs.
His voice rumbles deep through the empty market place as he grins and speaks to Emma “You thought you could hide from me, didn’t you Little Girl?”
Emma looks around and cries out “Mom, Dad, Big Sis, Help me..."
The dragon lets out a low, malignant, chuckle, “They can not help you, Little girl. No more running, No more hiding.”
“B-But, the knights, th-they will defeat you.” Emma squeaked out.
The dragon boomed with laughter, “Them! Those snacks, sorry ‘Knights’, could never hope to stop me. You of all should know that Little Girl. You are helpless, you were before, and you are now.”
Emma couldn’t speak, she couldn’t move. Her voice would not come to her.
“Nothing else? Alright then. I do suppose playing with one’s food is bad manners after all.” The dragon said, Before lunging at her, mouth agape, her voice not letting her scream until the fangs were around her, about to show her one last time how helpless she was until,
(Outside Emma’s dream)
“~Aah~!” Emma woke with a scream. Emma saw Sarah, sitting on her bed, and Immediately jumped at and hugged her while crying tears of joy and saying,
“Big Sis! You’re safe! It didn’t get you! I’m so happy it didn’t get you!”
“Emma, What happened that’s making you so scared?” Sarah asked,
“I… I saw someone’s, s-something’s stats and some of their skills and… and...” Emma said,
“You see those all the time.” Sarah said,
“No! These, they were…” Emma held on to Sarah tightly “Will you promise that you’ll believe me even though this will sound crazy?”
“Of course I will believe you.” Sarah said putting her arm around Emma.
Emma stopped hugging Sarah, looked at her and said,
“A-All It’s stats except for Magic,” She hesitated for a second “Were one billion. It’s magic was one billion, two hundred million.”

Sarah was completely speechless. It was only after five minutes of silence could she ask in a small panic,
“Where did you see it? What was it doing? What did it look like? What skills did you see? We need to find it immediately!”
“I saw it at the open market. It was sitting down, partway through three kobold skewers. It was tall and had brown hair and eyes, and it was wearing a gold trimmed-” Emma said before being interrupted,
“Black Cloak?” Sarah finished,
“Yes! How did you know?! Did it see you!?” Emma said,
“He… He entered town just today, I had to escort him to the Merchant’s Guild because he didn’t have any ID.” Sarah said, before saying in a softer voice “I- I can’t believe all that time, I was standing right next to…”
Sarah snapped herself out of it and said “Anyways! What skills did you see and many did... Alex have?”
Emma responded “Alex… Alex is his name?”
“Yeah, at least that’s the name on his ID. Back to the point, his skills?” Sarah Said,
“~Ah~, sorry, I only saw five, but I’m sure there were more. The skills were Continuous Mana Gain, Stubborn Soul,” She hesitated “‘D-Dragon Spirit’,’Learn by Example’, and...” She stopped,
“Emm? What was the last one? I’m here for you, you can tell me.” Sarah comforted and asked Emma.
“D-Dice… Dice with Death.” Emma whimpered out.
Sarah leaned over to hug Emma again and said,
“You, are so, so strong. To be able to see all this and be able to tell me on the same day. To be able to handle seeing that at all is amazing. Thank you Emm.”
Emma returned the hug, before Sarah said,
“Alright, I’m going to find and confront him-”
“You can’t!” Emma Said,
“Emm. I’m not going to confront him alone, you’re going to come with me and we’re going to confront him together. I know it will be tough for you to have to see him again, but I’ll be there to protect you.” Sarah said,
“A-Alright, I-If I have to see him again.” Emma replied.
“Great. Tonight I’ll be sleeping with you to just like we used to when we were younger and you had a bad dream after the dragon. You get to sleep now, you need it. I’ll be back in a moment.”
“A-Alright,” Emma went back under her blanket “Good night Big Sis.”
“Good Night Emm."
