Hi all,

Know this is VERY late for an update and I apologize for that. Know there is nothing worse than the unknown wait.

TL;DR As soon as I get past this mental block and the major time sinks, releases will return to 1/2 chapters a week with aims/hopes to speed this up after mid-Feb (when most of the below issues should pass).

Not only has life hit me with successive curveballs, the House move falling through at the last moment, work issues with the competition/three product releases/employees/boss, two health scare in the family and the little ones being very ill, but hit a bit of writer's block as I write, then re-write the upcoming chapters. All of the above has to lead to a fair bit of stress in which, in a vain attempt at escapism, and limited free time I get ends up being wasted on games/reading instead of writing/my other hobbies.

I'm also having second thoughts of the end of book one and the time skip and who/what should be answered in this arc. I've to think I've got it sussed but the next book keeps changing between:

1) A contintuation of the current era with things going on in the background that leads to the same time skip (More of the traditional adventuring/plot/friends and world building).

2) A significant time skip (Nyx not involved (think hybernation/leaving the main timeflow)) into a 'apocolypic/post god era where drastic changes have occured and are discovered by the character early on before moving onto the crux of book two.

2 was the original intent, however, the two PR's feel like they are missing out on some 'gold' from the current era which wouldn't fit easily into the wireframe of the next book (couple of arcs). (Basically, they want to see the merc/adventurer take as well as more of the 'divided' continents.

P.S to those in the discord server, I will start posting the re-writes/drafts again soon. Haven't been doing that as it's been changing almost daily and know some were 'concerned' due to spoilers/background that kept moving about.
