Ch. 6 Time for creation

Whatever, guess it’s time to get back to my role as God. Looking towards his computer he thought of apps and the screen complied, multiple apps were there, first was [MAP] which he instinctively knew that his skill was linked to, second was creator which he was pleased about, this would help him with creation as well as help with cost management. The Third was to help with one of the main creations he had wanted for himself, reincarnation. Finally was the app creation app, which would allow him to put his thoughts into an app, much easier than just thinking about it and hoping it worked.

Of course, the cost of these “apps” was nothing as it was linked to his soul meaning they were just abilities or skills he had access to that he was able to put into a visual format. Most humans and in his case a previous human liked visual and/or audio aids that would help with what they wanted.

Now was the time, he was going to create his first sentient beings and update his system, the creation app opened with a thought and showed the four races that he had chosen, the system he had chosen and then his world as “unnamed” just encase he needed to update anything. Selecting system, he had multiple options and at the top was the main one, how it worked. He wasn’t stupid, he knew that if he just used a game system it would cause chaos, people would kill each other for exp and boom, no life other than a couple of entities would remain.

The main aspect he wanted was the way that entities gained experience, first was that they could do normal tasks for exp, creating an axe for example would give them exp even if it was only string, stone, and wood. Second was that he didn’t want the races to suddenly start a race war because killing “enemies” gave them exp. So instead, it was a better option to have them gain experience for both peace and war. More experience if they allied instead of killing off a race. Helping your fellow friends and others would give you exp not as much as doing a task but it would. This would only work if intent mattered like fake allying with a race to kill them off faster or helping someone because you wanted the exp. So, intent-based exp. Of course, there was another way to gain experience which was like martial arts cultivators, meditating on a concept. He noticed that his world had a lot of them, so he wanted people to meditate and use them.

That was the exp part now came the levels and classes.

Everything they did would help towards levelling up, Sleeping, killing, eating, experiencing life, giving life etc. The way that levelling worked would be that you gained attribute points, each level gave you 5 free points. The attributes were going to be Strength, dexterity, mind, will, and soul.

Every creature other than Dragonoid’s started at 1 stat point in each being level 1. Dragonoid would start at 5 in each as they would be level 5 the moment they were born. Unlike games, each attribute worked on the atoms and up, helping perfect the creature, when all attributes reached 10, the creature would gain the “perfect body” Every time they had a 10-digit increase in all attributes they would gain a level of “perfect body” so once they reached level 10 in perfect body it would turn into magical body, this is where every creature would gain access to magic and the grimoire they had would come out and show them their spells. Spells could be created, every stat in Mind would give you a spell slot. You just had to learn the spell language, which was just English. Depending on the amount of letters the cost would increase. Burn would be 8 aether; torch would be 10 aether. Of course, it didn’t truly cost this much, it was going through his power so it would cost less than an aether to do but he wanted profit. Worst come to worst he could change it later, but he liked it thus far. The system would control what spells could be used so there was no worry of someone starting the apocalypse.

Classes were going to be different to most games, users could switch classes with their panel or mind if they got good enough, intent and all. Each class would give you skills, of course, you could learn skills without the class, but it would increase the aether cost by 10% so it was better to use a class. When someone gained a class, it would give them the understanding required, the same as skills but with skills you had to progress with your own information.
