As soon as we arrive, I can feel Autumn holding onto my arm to keep her balance while trying not to vomit.

I then casted cure on her, but her grip seemed to tighten, and her hand grew colder as it started trembling.

"(Worried) Hey, hey are you alright?"(Rina)

"(Scared) Th-The dark."(Autumn)

Is all she managed to squeak out.

All she gave was a weak nod while still trembling and started full on clinging to my arm.

After enjoying the moment for a few seconds, I decided to do something. I then covered her eyes so that her eyes wouldn't hurt so much at the sudden change of light.

I then heard everyone in the cells screaming from the intensity of the light. I then slowly lifted my hand off her eyes, letting them slowly adjust to the light until I removed them from her face. She looked visibly less scared, and her trembling had lessened, but she was still glued to my arm.

"Better?"(Rina)

*nod*

"Alright, then I need to grab something first."(Rina)

*Nod*

I said that, but she was still clinging to me.

*Sigh* Fine.

We then turned around and walked over to a metal door, but as I approached, I noticed the guard was slacking off. I then ran mana through the door and heard a faint click of the magic lock opening.

*Bam!*

I kicked the door open, making the guard and Autumn jump at the sudden loud noise.

"(Cold) It seems someone is slacking off? Do you need more 'training'?"(Rina)

He then began trembling while taking on a stiff posture.

"(Terrified) N-N-No Ma'am!"(Soldier 1)

"Give me the list."(Rina)

"R-Right away!"(Soldier 1)

He then pulled out a clipboard with a list on it. He gave it to me while his hands were trembling.

"*Glare* Go to the Knight Commander to receive your punishment. Do it again you'll undergo EXTENSIVE training."(Rina)

"*Bow* T-Thank you f-for your k-kindness!"(Soldier 1)

He then ran as fast as possible while another guard took his place. I then took Autumn back inside while going over the list.

"(Nervous) W-What was that about?"(Autumn)

"Hm? Oh, that was a guard not doing his job."(Rina)

"N-Not that. W-Why was he running like that? A-And what's this 'training'?"(Autumn)

"Ahh, that. Hmm, well, you'll be seeing it first-hand. The' training' is making the guards accompany me and my sisters to cells and making them watch as we brutalize and torture the criminals. Every time they made any loud noises, vomited, or tried to run away, they got to experience what they saw.

And then once that's done, they have to stand guard for a day. It originally was just us doing our own thing, but the ones who had to stand guard in front of the entrance complained about the terrifying sounds to the Knight Commander, and he came to see what we were doing, and he liked it so much he made all the knights and soldiers take turns watching.

We were annoyed at having to do it, but he allowed us to have free rain over them during the time, so we eventually relented. When we asked why he said, 'Those arrogant fuckers needed to learn what being a soldier and knight is really like. So, better to do it where they aren't likely to die than on a live battlefield. Plus, it gives them some experience in torture methods.'

And long story short, we traumatized most knights and soldiers to the point they won't even look us in the eye. And just standing guard is considered punishment."(Rina)

She then began to tremble again.

"(Scared) A-Are y-you g-going t-to d-do that t-to m-me?"(Autumn)

"(Frantic) Ah, no, no, no! I wouldn't do that to you! When I said you were going to see it first-hand, I meant that I would show you how to torture people! I wouldn't dream of hurting you!"(Rina)

I then felt her trembling subside.

I ended up releasing a sigh with her. At which point, I realized that I was also holding in a lot of anxiety too. I then went over the list freezing at the sight of a new name, 'Mayson Brooks.' I unconsciously had an evil smile when I saw it.

I then led Autumn over to the cell where the guys we captured in our night raid were. When we arrived, they were awake and looked pissed. When Autumn saw them, she started trembling again and hid behind me while having her head popped out to see what was about to happen.

She then hid behind me and started trembling even harder. I then started patting her head.

"(Softly) It's alright. I'm here. They won't be able to lay a hand on you so long as I'm here."(Rina)

She calmed down somewhat but started hugging me as tight as she could, not that I minded. I then looked back at them.

"So, she was a sacrifice. *Eyeroll* Of course it was a fucking cult."(Rina)

"(Enraged) *Glare* What would a bitch like you know about the greatness of the Great Demoness of Ice!? Our cause is the revival of the lord of ice, and that girl is the perfect vessel for the resurrection of the Great Demoness."(Training Dummy 1)

My mood grew worse at the mention of the Great Demoness of Ice.

I then felt her tug on my hoodie.

I then created a soundproof barrier.
