5 days passed since the start of the game I proposed, only two adventurers were able to reach the floor where the boss room was. They were the redhead and the green-haired girl. Of course, they only reached the 8th floor, not the boss room before getting kicked out. The two of them voiced their complaints about the difficulty of the dungeon when compared the last they visited.
Shironeko was serving me tea while wearing her maid outfit. I have to say, props to me who gave her that outfit.
"You look good in it."
Shironeko blushed for a while and went back to serve me some tea. She really has an air of a maid. But still, the green tea she served is simply superb! The aroma and the taste of sweetness were just excellent! I could get used to that.
"Delicious..."
"Thank you, master."
Right now, I am still managing my dungeon. I have accumulated over 250000 DP, but I still won't expand it until the week is over. The inn business is going great. Also, some merchants came and started seeling around the dungeon. I guessed that the merchants smelled profit for coming here.
I also found out about how slime evolution points grow. I only found out about it 3 days ago. Apparently, the points increase when the slimes partake something and absorb it. Meaning, when the slime puts something inside its body, the material inside will be digested by the slime and the slime can accumulate evolution points. Right now, one slime is on the verge of evolution. I was feeding it rocks until now. Who knows what might happen when the slime evolves. When I fed the last rock, the slime jiggled and a white mist enveloped the slime. When the mist dissolved, what was left was a ~~~~ rock? Is that a rock?
Species: Rock Slime
Name: Nameless
Type: Earth
Level: 1
Evolution Points: 0/100
The slime evolved into a rock slime. The rock slime can use its body like jelly. It looks like clay, but when I touched its body, it was hard. I commanded it to eat another rock and the rock went inside the body of the rock slime. When I commanded the rock slime to change its form into a rod, it changed form and when I held it, it felt no different when holding a staff. When I swing it, the rock slime didn't bend nor break its posture. I made some wood with [Create Entity] and used the rock slime to hit it. The wood was destroyed while the rock slime was unharmed.
Isn't this something good? Instead of creating some overpowered items with my [Create Entity] and buying from the Dungeon Market, could I just create something to feed the slimes and have them evolve? And after that, reshape them into weapons and use them as treasures. Because I don't want to carelessly give away items that were created with [Create Entity] as maybe I would destroy the balance of this world, and also to avoid using a lot of DP for treasures, I can use this as a substitute.
Okay, with this, it's decided! I opened the Dungeon Market tab and accessed the monster option. I then bought about 10 slimes. I also accessed the item option to check for rare metals. I saw the famous fantasy metals Mithril, Adamantite, and Orichalcon. Also, something called Phonite. If I compared these four metals, Phonite was undoubtedly the most expensive metal. It had the characteristics of extreme hardness and magic conductibility. Simply speaking, an overpowered fantasy metal that is even stronger than Adamantite and Orichalcon combined.
I used [Create Entity] to create some Mithril, Adamantite, Orichalcon, and Phonite. Also, a lot of iron, silver, gold, and steel. After that, I made the slimes eat them. It may take a few days before they evolve so I let them be.
After creating all those metals and making the slimes eat them, something appeared on the screen with a warning icon.
Eh?? Hero??
"Shironeko. What is a hero?"
I called out to Shironeko who was sitting on the bed while playing with some slimes.
"WHAT!!! A HERO!!!"
For some reason, Shironeko seems excited.
"A hero is someone who is destined to defeat a demon king!! Also, they are sent to dungeons to conquer them for training! And they are very very very very very very strong!!!"
Shironeko was excitedly describing the traits of a hero. But still, to make Shironeko describe a hero in complete detail, a hero really is something huh? I checked what floor is he in now, but it seems he is still on the first floor. When he encountered a golem squad I created, he effortlessly destroyed them all.
Oi oi... Isn't he too strong?
He blazed through the floors with ease. It took him about 30 minutes to reach the 5th floor. At this rate, he will reach the boss room in no time. I created more golems with [Create Entity] and sent them to defend the sixth floor. All the golems I sent numbered 50. With this, it might take him more time to reach the boss. For now, I appraised him with [Appraisal]
Stolen from its original source, this story is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.
Name: Philip
Race: Human
Age: 17
Level: 120
Class: Hero
Skills:
[All Attribute Magic lv 5] [Swordsmanship lv Max] [Expert Swordsmanship lv 3] [Holy Might lv 5] [Divine Strength lv 1]
Seeing his status let my heart skip a beat. But I still doubted whether he could defeat Deus Ex Machina in the boss room. The hero had a hard time dealing with the golems, but the golems still weren't enough. It took him another 20 minutes to reach the boss room. A new record. The fastest record before was 5 hours with the redhead and green-haired girl. And now, it was beaten by a very huge margin. The hero then opened the door to the boss room. And when he met the boss, he hurriedly got into a battle stance.
{Woah!! Hold up there!!}
I hurriedly wrote some writings and released them in the boss room. The hero read the writings that were floating and stared in bewilderment. I then continued writing.
{Hello hero. You are the first one to have made it this far in the dungeon. In accordance with the rules, I have to give you one item as your wish for you reaching this place. Now state your wish!}
The hero stared dumbfounded at the writings then tilted his head with a questioning gaze. Don't tell me, he came here without prior knowledge about the game?
{Perchance, you haven't heard about the game I made?}
The hero that was staring at the writings then raised his voice.
[My name is Philip! The hero of the Lifruit(Li - fru - it) Kingdom! I came here on a quest to subjugate this dungeon!]
{Subjugate my dungeon you say? On what reasons? I haven't killed any adventurers in my dungeon you know?}
When the hero read the part where I haven't killed any adventurers, his jaw dropped. But he immediately regained his composure and raised his voice.
[The kingdom issued a request to subjugate this dungeon due to the danger level it possessed! They found out about the dungeon difficulty with a mage very skilled in appraisal!
Its about the boss, huh? Well anyway.
{I don't care about that since you won't be able to defeat the automata there. However! The game rules state that the first person or party to reach here will be given an item of his wish. So state your wish or be thrown out by the boss. You can challenge it later so state your wish for now.}
Since I said about something with a wish, the hero contemplated hardly whether to challenge the boss before making a wish. He then decided and stated his wish.
[My wish, is a sword that cut through any metal and is indestructible!]
A good wish. I then used [Create Entity] to make his sword. When the light disappeared, I read its stats using [Appraisal].
Weapon Type - Sword
Weapon Name - Sword of Complete Stupidity
Item Grade - Epic
Can tear through anything like paper and cannot be destroyed.
What is with the name? Well, I can relate to it since it is very broken. It might be a bugged weapon. No, it is a bugged weapon. I mean, what the heck? Cut through anything like paper and cannot be destroyed? It really is stupid. Well, I can't go back on my word now. I used the transfer option in the dungeon menu to transfer this sword to the hero. When it appeared, he grabbed it and grinned. Next, he readied his stance and attacked Deus Ex Machina. When he attacked, however, he was punched by Deus and sent flying outside the boss room.
Ah! He lost consciousness. He was foaming at the mouth. I ordered some newly created golems to carry him out of the dungeon. He was then kicked out and gathered attention. I wrote something about the game outside the dungeon.
{Dear adventurers
The game has been completed and the reward has been taken. The person who completed the game was none other than the hero! Though, he tried to attack the boss of the dungeon and was sent flying. But anyway. Congratulations Philip! the hero of Lifruit kingdom on completing the game! May the reward I bestowed upon you be helpful in your journey.}
When I finished writing, the surrounding adventurers were all shocked to see a hero defeated by a dungeon boss. Some of them carried him into an inn while the others had a look of disappointment due to missing the chance to get an item of your wish. I wrote something to cheer them up.
{Next time, I will also hold another game like this, so please come when I hold another one of these games! Have fun! Also, there is no need to fear death when inside this dungeon except if you are a criminal. All law-abiding citizens are welcome to come here to train and raise your levels! Enjoy!}
With that, the adventurers raised a shout and went inside my dungeon. Are safe dungeons scarce? Well, at least I gained a lot of DP from this encounter. The daily DP income from the hero equaled 10000.
Well anyway, 6 more days before the meeting starts. I better hurry up and prepare my dungeon.
