~ Third Person POV ~
Entering the large hall filled with numerous high classed people, exempting the soldiers, Proxy and his bodyguards had calm expressions. If a normal person were to enter like this, they would be nervous while sweating a fountain of sweat behind their backs, but for Proxy and his bodyguards, this isn’t enough to shake their mentality. The only thing in the world that would shake their minds was a huge threat towards their master or his death.
Proceeding on topic, the three slowly walked towards the throne while keeping calm demeanours. When they reaches a specific distance from the throne, they stopped and kneeled in a position that would give respect towards the King of the country, not that they had any respect in the first place. This was only done to keep up appearances.
Seeing that the three had the minimum required ettiquete when meeting the King, the surrounding nobles had a look of curiosity towards the three that could garner such attention from the King, while the Knights were just silently staring and observing the party of Proxy.
The other nobles had a look of disgust and contempt towards the three. The reason for being is because they thought that such commoners were not worth inviting inside the royal castle. Nobles, in general, had high status. They had the responsibility of governing over the masses and direct it in a good direction, but others became conceited and greedy over the years, causing them to scorn the masses.
They thought of commoners as nothing but money farms and war potential, causing them direct hatred and fear from the commoners. In the eyes of Proxy and his bodyguards, those nobles deserve nothing but death to compensate for the suffering dealt to the commoners.
Those who have been in contact with the commoners under oppression would naturally come to know the hardship of the commoners day by day, and Proxy is one of those.
“Raise your heads.”
The daunting voice of the King shook the entire hall, but this wasn’t enough to phaze Proxy and his bodyguards. Once the words have been spoken, the three lift their heads only, their body still kneeling, with expressionless faces. Some nobles, upon seeing this, had a look of anger towards the three, but didn’t have the guts to voice out their complaints. If they did, then they could be subjected to imprisonment, torture, or worse, death.
“We give you permission to speak, but first, tell us your names.”
With the same daunting voice with a hint of looking down disdain, the King gave permission for the three to speak their names.
“My name is Jake.”
“My name is John.”
“My name is Paul.”
With voices that a little bit of boredom could be sensed, the surrounding nobles made a fuss.
“You!! How dare you speak in that tone with His Majesty!!”

“Behead them under the pretense of lese majeste!”
“SILENCE!!!”
With a single word from the King, the nobles all clamped up with fear and shame. Once the area calmed down, the King looked back at the three faces which had disrespected him.
“You three, do you realize the situation you are in?”
This question, could literally spell the end if Proxy answers it right or wrong. And to that question---
“Yes. With just one word, you could execute us here and now, right?”
Again with those remarks with a tinge of boredom, but the nobles this time didn’t kick up fuss, instead, had cold sweat running down their backs. That just proves how dangerous the words Proxy said towards the King.
“Oh hohoho… Indeed, that is correct. We have the power to end you right here and now, but sadly, our daughter is here, so We will refrain from said action.”
The nobles all breathed a sigh of relief. If that happened, then the halls would be decorated with the blood of three foul commoners. That was the reason why they feared this development.
If the commoners realized the true intentions behind the sighs, then they would literally disdain all of the aristocrat families. Of course, the sighs were only done by some of them, who literally had that mindset, while the others sighed because if word got out that three commoners died by the hand of the King because of a single mess-up, the situation could be hazardous.
While all this was happening, Fii, the daughter of the King, Iquas, was innocently tilting her head from not understanding the situation. In reality, Fii was not supposed to accompany Iquas to this event, but being the doting father that he is, he approved of her accompanyment. You could say that Proxy and his bodyguards being safe right now, was because of Fii’s selfishness, but nobody knew that, except the King himself.
Inside his mind, the King was in a fury towards the three who had no respect towards him, but because of the presence of his daughter, he couldn’t kill them or even restrain them. He didn’t want to let her experience the bad side of being royalty this early. The two feelings clashed inside his mind for awhile, until the winner was declared, and that was his daughter’s development.
Although, the King only had love towards his family, but others were just trash to him, including the nobles.
“For now, let us proceed with the main topic. Are you not, a dungeon master?”
To those words, a majority of the nobles gasped is surprisement and shock. A dungeon master meeting with a King of a country was unheard of, even in the past. For those that didn’t know, they were in the faction of surprised people, while the others who knew because of their extensive information network, they were able to keep a calm face.
“Correct, I am a dungeon master managing a dungeon near the town of Granc.”
With those words, the value of the town of Granc has increased. Those who didn’t know the difficulty of the dungeon had malicious thoughts to control the dungeon for their own. If that happened, then they can bring an abundant amount of funds, materials, and war potential into their territory, war potential being monsters. They could also blackmail the dungeon master to give them treasures if they so wanted.
For nobles who wanted to deepen their pockets and let their family prosper, this was an infinite gold mine.
The definition for dungeons in this world was a spot where a huge amount of mana gathers. A core is made from the abundant mana and the first monster or person that wanders inside the dungeon and gets in contact with the core, they are then registered as a dungeon masters. Dungeon masters are also on the top of subjugation lists. The reason being that is that dungeon masters are criminals that kill people if they are a human, and a threat to humanity if a monster.
Also, the reason why dungeons are sought after is because of the treasures found within, all provided by the core or dungeon master.
“I see, then, what is the problem for you to directly come and meet us?”
Another question that could spell doom if answered incorrectly, but as Proxy was designed to stop the hero from bothering the dungeon any longer in the most efficient way, what happened next was pandemonium.
“I would like to file a complaint towards the hero for disturbing the order of the dungeon and the town of Granc.”
