My normal-magic arrow shot and instantly hit the target, even passing through it and disappearing behind.

The second phase began, three new targets appeared in the area and were spaced apart. I quickly pulled my bowstring and targeted the new targets one by one. All were on target, but my arrows were not as strong as the first one. Of course, these ones did not use a charge.
