Under the heavy assault of the frogs. Michael couldn’t dodge everything and finally took a hit. He bounced in the opposite way he took a hit. In his view text appeared “-1 HP”. It was surprisingly low. He had 40HP in his dungeon and -1 health wasn’t the end of the world. Michael used [Eye of Angel] on the frog that hit him.

It didn’t seem so scary. -REEE- every frog screeched while falling. The horde of them seemed more scary. But he had to take them out one by one. Michael dodged the tongue by a few milimeters and used [Stick] on that frog’s tongue. While the tongue was pulling back. Michael used [Bite] to kill it, then he flew away before the rest could adjust the aim after a sudden change of trajectory. He did similar things one after another. Frogs weren't mindless monsters. When they noticed that ten pretty good frog warriors were dead. They stopped attacking him. Moment of silence with only Mosquitos’ buzzing to be heard echoing through the dungeon. -Ribbit, Bwomp, Rrrr…- One frog broke the silence. (translation: -well, he aint’ dungeon master, for nothin…-) then they slowly dispersed.

~Tax evasion?! This is a dungeon! I can’t even speak to anybody~ Michael did not cool down after a recent fight. ~But figuratively speaking isn’t my [Suck] a form of a tax? Did the previous bullfrog dungeon master take tax in sacrifices?~ Michael realized that this is not a good thought spiral to go down to. In his opinion he was still on the lower stage of this ecosystem’s food chain. If the bats joined hands with the frogs then, he would surely be dead by now. Forget the bats, if one dragonfly joined he would be dead. Good thing there is a language barrier between all of them. Division between the people ruled over is a sure way to hold onto power. The fantasy world was no exception. Michael acknowledged that he did something stupid killing that frog out of nowhere. Yet he couldn’t even apologize because he couldn’t speak, or give anything back. Michael had to figure out a way to get stronger before sucking on dragonflies. He opened his character window and started analyzing everything in a scholarly way.

The most attention brought to him [Water Spawning]. ~How come I haven’t noticed it before?!~ The [Water] and [Water spawning] could turn out to be extremely good combo making him able to create creatures out of thin air. Too bad he didn’t know how to use [Water spawning] yet. [Water movement] doubled his agility while in water, but that would make him unable to fly for a while because of the wet wings. [Water walking] did not turn out to be a simple reminder that mosquitoes walk on water. But a skill that made him completely dry and made his hairy legs hold air bubbles. His brain opened up with possibilities. Because of the small size of a mosquito. 1 liter per 1 mana out of [Water] skill was a lot for a mosquito. Just one milliliter of water was enough to fully submerge himself in water. (One milliliter is one cubic centimeter.) He could make a 10 meter (32ft) trail of water with just one mana and pass this distance with double his speed. That would mean 88 agility. (88km/per hour). Yet it was still less than a dragonfly’s agility of 125. Michael immediately started practicing water trail that was a little bigger than him. After he got the hang of it he tried flying in that trail.
“-10HP”. In the first attempt he catapulted himself into a hard dungeon wall. Michael didn’t feel pain. He was a bug, but a mental pain from embarrassment as a professor in his previous life, now making the most elementary mistake, started burning his soul. ~Who cares about being a scholar? You are a four day old mosquito and so it isn’t weird.~ Michael tried to logically justify it to himself to soothe the pain.~You are acting like your wife, Michael. Get back on grind!~ He wasn’t angry anymore at himself. Thinking about his wife lightened his mood. She was always whining about how she lost her years to get a degree in physics just to do something stupid like spilling tea. After a day, Michael became proficient in water trail movement. Including turning and suddenly going backwards. Michael finally had a plan on how to catch a dragonfly. He waited until his mana was full again. With full mana he could fly for five hours, exhausting the dragonfly. Making it wet - Unable to fly anymore. Biting it to death and sucking it dry. There was a single red dragonfly at the pond so there was no danger of other dragonflies trying to take revenge. He proceeded with the plan. Dragonfly didn’t even have any chance to fight back. Because water around Michael not only served as a mode of transportation but also as a layer of protection. Dragonfly’s hairy legs were built to make it extremely hard to submerge in water. Two hours in, the dragonfly tried to attack Michael by entering the water trail he was in backwards. Michael dodged. It did the same 3 times until the wings weren’t able to repel water anymore and got wet. It fell on land near the pond. The [Death Finder] hit Michael with the wet dragonfly eating him. ~What the hell? What a scary monster.~ In a best possible scenario dragonfly would submerge in a pond and would not be able to move. Then he would be able to suck it without even killing it. Turned out that on land, dragonflies aren’t defenseless against mosquitos. Michael wanted to push the dragonfly into the pond. His [Water] skill did not have any pressure or direction when creating water. So he started pouring water a meter above the dragonfly and a little bit to its left. While the pond was on the right. Dragonfly still hold onto the ground like the rock in the storm. Michael did not give up and had a lot of mana left. It took three liters to make the dragonfly finally release its grip. Dragonfly’s body was now below the water level. With it’s wings acting like a plank of the titanic that Rose holded on to. Michael safely landed on that mosquito’s sized raft. Founded an opening between the dragonfly’s exoskeleton and used [Bite]. His strength did not disappoint him. “+10Exp” He killed it in one hit. Then started sucking.

Michael was overjoyed. Respect of the dungeon’s creatures toward him increased. He finally collected them all. Now he had to wait three months to venture out of the dungeon. During that time he wouldn’t be bored. He had to figure out [Water Spawning] and get ready to welcome adventurers.
