“So do you mind explaining what is going on here?”
Fury rub his brown trying to make sense of the situation but no matter how hard he thought about it he still can’t reach a conclusion so he turn to the only expert in this kind of field, Jay who just nonchalantly pull out a lolipop and sucking on it, shrugged his shoulder.
“I told you didn’t I? Each and every Heroic Spirit is a spirits of heroes who achieved great deeds in their life, having become objects of worship of entire countries or civilization after their deaths and do you think a person like then can easily obey any order? They are not a soldier for you to use like a chess piece, Fury” He explain in a mocking tone of voice.
“That still doesn’t explain why she is trying to kill Natasha!”
Looking at Assassin trapped in the barrier that he just made, Jay rub his chin in thought, trying to remember any information on Assassin that may be of use.
“This Assassin's True Name has been forsaken as of before the time she gained the properties of a Heroic Spirit so even I have no idea what to call her, she is a former candidate for the position of Hassan-i Sabbah, the pseudonym shared by the leaders of the League of Assassins, a Nizari Isma'ili sect whish was located in the mountains of Persia and Syria between 1090 and 1275 the Hashshashin.”
Hearing this Natasha frown thinking back on her childhood where she spent her day training in the Red Room, which cause her to somewhat sympathize with Assassin but all she get in return is a cold angry look.
“In summary, she don’t like the Holy Grail or the whole Grail war for all that matter as it goes against her belief” saying so he then turn to face Assassin.

“Well now that we got that done, how about we reach an agreement?” he asked nonchalantly.
“I will not help you obtain the Holy Grail no matter what devilish temptation you offer me” Assassin frown, coldly answered.
Jay shook his head, smiling gently but in Assassin eyes his face look like that of a strange uncle using candy to lure loli into a suspicious looking van.
“It simple, you help us fight and we will destroyed the Holy Grail in return”
This doesn’t make Assassin lowered he guard but raise it further as she question him a bit confuse at his weird offer.
“Are you not a magus seeking the Holy Grail to fulfill your selfish desire?” He shrugged not caring for her rude words.
“I have no need for an over glorified wine cup, it is of no use to me. So what it will your choice be? Work with us and destroy the Grail or fight to the bitter end here and die like a bug? Personally it would preferable if you choose the 2nd ones, it faster that way, but then you would end up disappointing your founder for a lack of belief wouldn’t it?”
His words seem to tick her off in the wrong way though as Assassin growl like an angry beast and rebuke his statement.
“Do not casually mention him or I will kill you!”
Her threat was fills with killing intent and the prickling sensation like a knife is put on their throat sent a slight shiver down the spine of everyone in the room but Jay seeing her reaction was sure of her stance on the matter and just shrugged it off not caring. He then walk away to look for something to eat, the shadow also return to their place, waving his hand as if it was none of his business.
“She all yours”
Leaving behind the angry Assassin and the trio to deal with her, but given the situation she would either run way or form an alliance with them, either way it doesn’t matter to him anyway.
Walking past Fury he whispered. “Don’t try and do anything stupid with the Grail, it will blow up in your face”
Fury scoffed but remembering the last time Jay told him that, Fury still nod.
"Also notify me when you found any other Master"
He then flew away.
As to whether Jay‘s advice out of some good intention will be taken seriously or not, he don’t care, it is Fury blowing up his own face not his anyway.
Will Fury listen to him and don’t try to get the Grail?
Mah, who would know.
