Thanos's squad finally entered their base, a high-security facility located in an undisclosed location. The members of the team let out sighs of relief as they relaxed their tense muscles after the mission. Chloe, the petite blonde who had been following Thanos, looked at the Mad Titan in morbid admiration. His entire body was covered in blood, and yet he walked as if nothing had happened. She wondered if she would ever be as powerful as him.
Frank, the leader of the squad, told a few of his members to move the large crate containing the vibranium. The crate was heavy, but the team managed to move it without any problems. Frank then noticed one of his non-superpowered men sitting on the floor, exhausted. He said, "The effects of the serum are already dissipating." The serum he referred to was a special formula that enhanced physical abilities for a limited time.
Thanos heard Frank and exclaimed, "She said that she'll soon finish the new version, lasting longer and with better effects." He added, "She also said that she could even give you an even better serum if your team could bear with a few...side effects."
At the mention of side effects, Frank's veins on his forehead became noticeable. He exclaimed, "Side effect, my ass. Diarrhea isn't a side effect, it's a bloody curse." Still remembering the time where that woman gave him a "trusted" serum to try, Frank couldn't help but clench his teeth.
Thanos chuckled and left to change his habit painted by death while being closely followed by Chloe. Frank's team dispersed to their designated areas, finally able to relax after a mission filled with tension and danger.

In another location, a man was reading files on the accident. After a while, his face scrunched up in anger. He muttered, "That motherfucker, again." The man had been looking for the purple giant, Thanos, for years. He found many sightings of him all around the world, involved in multiple crimes ranging from arm trafficking to drug deals. Even without knowing the Mad Titan's purpose, he knew that he was up to no good. Multiple artifacts had been reported stolen, and coincidentally, there were almost always clues of a Mad Titan near the crime scene. Fury had even spotted him in war times in different countries.
Despite the multiple sightings of Thanos, he was still considered a legend or hallucination thanks to SHIELD intervention, not wanting to panic the local populations. Fury swore a few more times at the titan, using terms such as motherfucker in his room. He knew that the Mad Titan thought he could do whatever he wanted, but Fury was determined to find him and put his purple ass in a small detention cell.
Back at the base, Thanos sat in his private quarters, lost in thought. The voice in his head murmured, "What's next?"
Thanos replied. '2 are not available at the 'moment.' He pondered and said, 'but more are available and are awaiting us to take them away.'
Meanwhile, Chloe entered Thanos's quarters, her eyes shining with curiosity. "Can I watch you change?" she asked.
Thanos chuckled. "no."
He took the woman by her clothes and threw her outside the room.
Chloe didn't mind the rejection and kept on staring at the door, as if able to peer through it.
